Super sweet worker. Let me sample new flavors of lemonades. Great service and wasnt busy. Only ever seen two people ordering at any given time.
Usually when you go to a food establishment like this, customer service is not always a big deal because usually its not these companies main focus. They focus on getting you your food quickly, no matter how their employees act or treat you. This Subway definitely doesnt abide by this philosophy. Let me share my experience really quick. I placed an order online for a couple of subs and two cups of soup and it said I can pick it all up in 15 minutes. When I got there, the subs were ready but not the soups. The man (which I really wish I would have gotten his name because hes awesome every time I go here) asked what kind of soup I wanted but then told me he was very sorry that they had only one cup left of two different kinds of soup. I was okay with this as I like all of Subways soups. He proceeded to apologize for not being prepared fully and when he went to get the soups there wasnt enough of one of them to fill a cup. He AGAIN apologized for not being prepared and said that I would get that half-cup for no charge. He came back with the soup and for the third time apologized. The fact that he took ownership for not having the soup and not having it ready and RECTIFIED the situation WITHOUT me asking is a PERFECT example of EXCELLENT customer service. I understand things happen, people get busy and maybe not every little situation can always be accounted for but when someone goes out of their way to make the paying customer happy and can own a mistake AND fix it, it shows that persons character and customer service skills. I used to think of this Subway as just a place where I sometimes get lunch but this gentleman made my experience so pleasing that when I go to get lunch now, I know I will be taken care of no matter what may or may not come up. Thank you again for caring. Not enough people (and young people in particular) care about if they do well at their job but this gentleman definitely is an asset to Subway and Im sure has a bright future in whatever he may do. If you just want food, go anywhere. If you want a fast and PLEASANT experience, I would definitely recommend you go here.

Subway at 12 corners is the best. The staff is always friendly and quick when making sandwiches. I recommend them definitely.

Went to Subway couple days ago on Chili Ave there was only one worker it wasnt busy it was very clean she was very patient and our food was great been the subway a ton of times always get good service

2022-02-06Can a subway deliver classy? Well with the right people it can and this place has it. The guy cleaned the shop like it was his classic car, made great food and the radio jammed Elvis. Seriously. It was like a good twilight zone episode

2020-09-01I would go out of my way any day to come to this subway! They have fantastic customer service. To the ladies that were working today at 7 pm and let me know there was a promotion going on and went out of their way to be welcoming after a rush of customers, you guys are wonderful. I will be in more often and will let everyone know that you guys are the best subway in town.

2021-04-24I do curbside order and they always do a good job at making my sub. The only thing is they dont cut my sub in half and thats something that they should do when a customer placed their order. Its hard to eat a whole sub without it being cut.

2021-08-30This place does NOT toast their subs. We have ordered a sub from this place multiple times requesting it be toasted. When the sub arrives the bread is clearly not toasted and everything thing is cold. Very lazy, please just toast the sub, it literally takes 30 seconds.

2021-06-21MOST TERRIBLE STORE EVER! DID ONLINE ORDER AND PLACED IT HERE BY MISTAKE INSTEAD OF THE ONE NEAR MY HOUSE. CALLED AND ASKED TO CANCEL ORDER. THE LADY SAID IT WAS CANCELED, BEEN WAITING FOR REFUND TO MY PAYPAL AND STILL NOTHING. CALLED TODAY, THE MANAGER CLAIMS THEY MADE THE SUBS AND THROUGH THEM AWAY. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ANY SUBWAY EVER AGAIN, ILL GO TO WEGMANS OR DIBELLAS FOR MY SUBS 10 TIMES BIGGER AND FRESHER TO.
