Great place had my part and got my dryer up and working immediately. So many other places had the part only to find it was not the correct part, all substitutes. I found them on the web a bit of a ride to get to but worth every mile traveled.Suffolk Appliance Parts had the right part at a very reasonable price and It is working right now. Charged $32.55 for an exact same part on amazon for $4.37 shipped... receipt states no refunds no returns. Counter man says online parts are garbage thats why they charge more. Online is the same brand they carry... I understand a mark u . But 26 bucks is a little much..
First time going here and I was very happy with the service. Guys were friendly and helpful. They had both the parts I needed for my Whirlpool washer and the prices were comparable to the online stores. I will definitely return.
I had a problem with my Whirlpool duet gas dryer. The dryer was giving off no heat at all. I went to a number of sights which lists up to ten possible causes. I choose the least expensive which was a thermal fuse and it didnt solve the problem. I looked up a number of suffolk county locations and this store was the only one with positive feedback. I called them and explained the problem and Kyle at the location said it was most likely the gas coils. I went to the store because he had them in stock. He explained the replacement procedure. The two coils and a duct cleaning tool cost me $50. you can see why there in business a long time. I would recommend this store to anybody !
This is was a all around great experience. I usually don’t post comments for company’s but the guys working at this place were excellent. Very helpful show me a way to fix a my frige door. Had a lot of laughs with them as well. Very happy with them thanks guys.
Ive been there twice in the past two years for parts for our old dryer. They always have what we need and for a reasonable price. Good, friendly service and it saved us from having to buy a new dryer.
These guys are great. They offer excellent service and very good prices. If you need any parts even if these guys are 15 or 20 mins more drive than other places where you get your parts. Just go here you wont be sorry.
Had what I needed locally so no need to wait or pay for shipping. They were able to test a part (drain pump) and confirmed it functioned normally there by saving me about 100$. Ill absolutely be back for my future needs.
This is the essential mom and pop store. Been around forever. Always got what you need the way american stores used to be. Very knowledgeable and give advice readily...

I use Suffolk Appliance for all my parts needs. Ive used them for dryer, dishwasher & fridge repair parts. Usually always have everything in stock and if not, only takes a couple days for them to get the part. Theyll give instructions on what to do if you need them as well!
I visited this store on June 15th 2016...I thought I needed a part for my fridge! I was going to troubleshoot it myself!! Of course I wasnt sure it was going to work,so instead of selling me a part that I probably didnt need, the 3 gentlemen that I was speaking with, one in particular whose name is Pat said he would stop by my house and check it out for me! As it turned out I was wrong all it needed was a little more freeon! He fixed it for me right away! They were all very friendly and helpful!! I couldnt be happier! I highly recommend Suffolk Appliance Parts!!
Save yourself a few trips. Go here first. My local place didnt have what I needed but said she could have it tomorrow. I know where she was going to get it.....Suffolk Appliance! Went and got it myself. First time there. They have everything (almost)!

This is the kind of place you go to if you need the part now. Our Amana dishwasher inlet valve was not working. Sears did not have the part in stock but could ship it to the house. Called Suffolk Appliance Parts, they had it in stock, got the dishwasher working later in the day.

2022-08-18I got there at 3:53, 7 minutes before they’re supposed to close. That would’ve given me plenty of time to get what I need quickly and get out before 4 o’clock. They were already locked up. Their store is very inconveniently located for me. I had to leave work early to get to there on time and they couldn’t be bothered to be open. I’m not happy

2022-01-27Great place that has exactly what you need, and friendly honest staff. I went in today to buy some dryer parts and the gentleman told me I was probably buying the wrong parts and to just change my dryer coils. Saved me a bunch of money. Dryer works great now thanks.

2021-10-18Been here twice in a week, dryer rollers went and check valve on dishwasher, has the parts I needed right away for cheaper than I could find on Amazon. Have used before this years ago and will use again.

2019-12-16Hands-down the best experience ever dealing with a supply house. Kyle was more than helpful, and you can’t put a price or value on knowledge. I will never order parts online again. 2021-07-03Called earlier today asking about a part, was advised they were open until 3pm today. I made it by 2:50 and the store was locked up already. I spoke with another customer who arrived prior to me who said it was closed already when he arrived a little while ago as well. I drove from across the island bc they had the specific part we needed. Another two customers also drove up as Im writing this.....all disappointed that they wernt open til the posted hours.

2021-06-19The worst customer service I’ve ever had. I go with a picture of the part and the part number to this place and he goes in the back and comes out with a different part and says well “this is all we have, if it’s not this then I don’t know what it is” , I clearly showed him a picture remember, and proceeded to charge me and even when I told him “ this isn’t the one I showed you “ he proceeded to say “ well then I don’t know what it is.” Then I finally get a chance to go back and return it and he’s like “ we don’t do returns , look at the big sign.” Never saw it before that, I never asked him about returns, my fault I’ll take the L on this one,butScrew this place , I’ll buy it online, so funny how everyone else that has gone thru this store has received excellent service, hope your business fails, BYE👋Its okLesson learnedWon’t happen again
