Most racist cops in new york. pulled over last night for looking like MS13 gangmember. They want me to give up information lol. Officer even asked me is i was citizen....you can tell they are rookies working like in the movies. They lie to try and get info out of you, and treat you like you are stupid....he didnt know i was recording :)...i have respect for cops, all my cousins are cops (6 in nypd) even they say they are racist.
They need to learn the difference between accused and guilty. Some wacky ex-girlfriend called them and told them some crap she dreamed up. They decided she must be telling the truth because shes hot (undeniable despite the person I discovered her to be) and they haul me in and start talking to me like a piece of dirt. They let me go less than an hour later because theres nothing to anything she said but still, within that hour, they did substantial damage to my lifelong support of police. Lousy and unfair precinct.
We had our tires cut on two cars. It is now going on two weeks we gave them a clear video of the guy who did it and they wont return calls and wont do anything about it they are useless. Our tax dollars hard at work!!
Horrible service at this police dept. Theyre so rude and dismissive. Almost as if they dont care. I called them for info and the officer was very short with her answers and it felt like she didnt care about my inquiry. They need to be better trained on dealing with people in a civil way.
Worst service ever a bunch of stupid people at the front desk talking and not doing their job. Finally someone help me with a rude attitude. I don’t understand the people they let work,their, I mean there their to do good and justice for the people but to be honest they could care less. They just want their paycheck no good Suffolk cops. Do right by the people. Do your job.

It is my first time I visited this precinct and i am very upset, because i called here earlier and was told that i can come in a get a print out of a incident report that i need, well i got there this guy sitting there with glasses cant remember starts with KO whatever just has this nasty attitude thats all i didnt like if he could just explain what i have to do instead of giving me a paper on what to do which i have seen already that would be nice and it wouldn’t take more than 10 seconds so very disappointed about his weird attitude like i ask a question he goes like you didn’t read the paper, if this is how the residents will be treated what they are there for its just very upsetting.
Had an great experience here, was handcuffed in the holding room overnight the handcuffs were not to tight but not too loose I was able to take my handcuffs off and put them back on without not much issue to scratch my foot that was itching like crazy, would definitely recommend getting arrested by them they take good care of their inmates I gave them a 4 star only because their burgers were gross and didn’t have hot sauce to offer, if I’m in the area again I wouldn’t mind getting arrested by them just bring your own Condiments
Hannah Dreiers peice on This American Life is worth a listen when you make up your mind about the police that work here in Suffolk, not very good investigators and are clearly biased against migrant familys.

The officers are very rude and won’t put any effort into solving my case. Very disrespectful and talk you down like you’re stupid. I came in hoping for the best and left with even worse news. Horrible
Great going....P.O. was nice.... sent us to the the DAs office. Low and behold Im still waiting a month and a half for the DAs response. Money laundering, embezzlement , elderly care act law etc...Suffolk County, seriously, WHERE DO WE GO FOR HELP?????
I want to thank Officer Bell and Officer Carrasco for stopping in the middle of their dinner to help me in reporting my lost wallet, id cards, license and bank cards. Thank you for your time and attention.
I call them to inform them some guy is going around as a fake chinese delivery man with two other men in his car and they rudely tell me that I am wrong and hang up. My poor parents are now frightened these guys might come back.

Been trying to report a rape for 2 years now, still no report. The person who raped me is supposedly an NYPD OFFICER WHO HAS GOTTEN AWAY WITH A WHOLE SLEW OF CRIMES. FUNNY THING IS, I ACTUALLY WANTED TO BE A PROSECUTOR BEFORE ALL THIS HAPPENED. HOW CAN I EVEN HAVE FAITH IN THE SYSTEM ANYMORE! I AM DEATHLY AFRAID OF POLICE AFTER MY ATTACK. I DONT BELIEVE A WORD ANYONE SAYS, AND MORE SO A POLICE OFFICER. JUST HAD NUMEROUS THINGS HAPPEN AGAIN THIS WEEKEND, AND YOU WOULD THINK THAT I CAN PRESS CHARGES. NOPE, AGAIN POLICE FAIL ME. BUT YOU BET YOUR ASS THEY SNIFF UP MY BUT, GET AGGRESSIVE WITH ME, AND TRY TO PIN ME FOR THINGS I DIDNT DO! MAYBE YOU SHOULD START LOOKING AT THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY BREAK THE LAW INSTEAD OF GO AFTER PEOPLE TRYING TO REPORT CRIMES!
The Suffolk police are Racist!!! The police stop me an asked me if I speak English!!! Then gave me a ticket!! Saying that I didnt stop at the stop sign when I did!!
If you treat them with respect no problem.. But when you tell them that they are working for you. Thank God they dont quit.

The female lieutenant answering the phone was short in tone and insensitive to my reason for calling and transferred my call to a number she knew would not be answered.

2022-02-26A man with a rifle threatened my brother at a stop sign yelling at him to back up. He listened and called 911.Within minutes the officers from the 3rd precinct rushed in and apprehended the man without any hesitation. True heroes putting their life on the line, thank you.

2020-02-27I was in the civilian Police Academy. These guys are now my family and I am a part of there family. I am praying for them everyday to be safe from all harm and danger. I was able to do a ride along with this precinct(3rd) and it was a awesome experience. God Bless you😘🙏My husband and I learned so much from you that we didn’t know.

2018-03-03On the night of March 2nd, a police car blocked a street where I live. There was no visible policeman that I could see until I was close enough to see him. He was standing on the other side of a downed wire and was so far away I could not speak to him until he walked over with a nasty attitude. He was standing as rude and inferred I was stupid because I couldn’t see the wire. It was dark! How can anyone see a black wire in the dark? Even when I told him I live on the street he was still nasty, rude and condescending.Here’s a suggestion, how about putting two policemen at a scene like that? That way there could be one on both sides of the car to inform people of a situation.Why should I give money to a police force that hire people that do not know how to treat the people they serve? When they call asking for money next time I’m going to say ABSOLUTELY NOT!

2019-09-01I have nothing but good things to say.. I’ve dealt with the 3rd on both sides of the fence...getting in trouble when I was younger and now as a mature tax payer needing them to help me. When I was in my early 20’s I made terrible choices that led to a lot of heartache and chaos. The police from the 3rd were still professional and were just doing their job. Anybody complaining about them needs to wake the hell up and realize this. Now I’m in my mid 30’s . I own a home and every time I have had to call them for help with noise at 3 am or when the older man was passed out in front of my home from heat exhaustion .. the 3rd has come within 10mins and responded with each situation respectfully. All cops are not bad and they are human beings just like each of us. Respect on both sides can go a very long way.

2018-12-14I was there looking for a friend of mine who was arrested, and they didn’t give information at all about him. I had go on my own in the internet and found him, the lady officer that was on the front desk was more busy playing with her friend , and making jokes about her friends officer Ramirez . She was acting more if she was looking for boyfriend. She didn’t help me at all. They suck . They just don’t want to work at all . All bunch of lazy people over salary that we pay

2019-06-18Yesterday afternoon my wife was involved in a automobile accident on Montauk Hwy in ISLIP. Police officer Villano reported to the scene. My wife was pretty shaken and disoriented from the accident. Officer Villano enter the vechicle from the passenger side sat with my wife, comforted her, and proceeded to do his job ( police report) in a way that kept my wife calm. I want to commend And thank PO Villano for is great service to our community and for his ability to calm my wife. Also this morning I called the third precinct, the officer who answered the phone was professional and accomadating . I didn’t get his name, I just want to thank the third precinct for great job.

2018-09-08Just like Israel B said, the woman on the phone doesnt care. I called to report a friend who was suicidal because things like I wont be around and Im going to remove myself from people are definitely suicidal given the context and she said she wouldnt take a report unless he directly said he was suicidal because it costs $10,000 to ping a phone (it doesnt). I sent him a text asking if he was thinking about suicide and he said yes. Then she accuses me of setting him up. She also asks me why I dont know his address and his last name when Ive only known him for less than 2 weeks. What? How is she still employed?

2018-03-20Just called them to report that my stolen debit card was being used in Bay Shore at the local pizza place. Instead of being helpful and trying to catch and arrest the guys, who we have on camera, they tell me to call my local PD. How is my local PD going to catch bad guys in another state? They didnt even attempt to sound like they care.
