Dear Bus Driver please communicate with the kiddos and their parents. If you feel the need to come to the bus stop 10mins early (your time you should have been coming all year) it’s totally fine, however; communicate that with us. Transportation stop acting as if your driver been on time all year…….hold them accountable.This is My Personal Experience

YOU NEED TO START PROPERLY TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS TO LOAD AND UNLOAD AT BUS STOPS!!! This is getting ridiculous. Too many of your drivers do not put their yellow warning lights on when they’re picking up/dropping off their students!!! It looks like they’re pulled over... my sister ended up getting a ticket because one of your drivers failed to indicate they were dropping off a student. I also on a few occasions had to slam on my brakes because the driver either had their hazards on or no lights at all (never their yellow WARNING lights)It’s not right that people are getting $250 fines because YOUR DRIVERS aren’t being trained correctly! I have called and spoken to the safety supervisor SEVERAL times to complain about this, but nobody seems to care. I do not care if everyone is short staffed either. That’s not excuse to not properly train your employees!

Today was the second time I witnessed bus 293 make a U-turn on sunrise Highway from the left lane. Instead of getting behind all of us that are in the left turning lane he stays in the left lane, beeps till somebody lets them in and bust a U-turn right there. So dangerous and I’m very glad that no one seemed to be on the bus but the driver.

I have to keep calling the company to get the bus number and the pick up timeThe company replied me to pick up at 6:45 am and the driver will call me but he never called.We waited there at 6:40 and no one reached out three Rep put me on hold and still no answer to what happened

I have been trying to reach someone in this office for the last week about a bus driver that is not showing up in the morning. The result being me driving my daughter to school which is 30 minutes away. You call get a automated system leave messages with supervisors they don’t call back if you get someone on the phone they transfer right back to the office. No one picks up no matter what time of the day. I am extremely disappointed.

Service is great but I need a new bus bus # 71 (118) is trash it doesn’t have any heating system and the windows are all messed up.
