We just went to get a couples 90 minute thai massage this past weekend. The center itself was super clean, smelled wonderfully, and had this warm glow that was very inviting. We changed into clothing that I distinctly remember from Thailand where I got many Thai massages, and laid down to get our massages.The massage itself was just like I remembered, this delightful balance of massage and stretching, which we desperately needed after working out in an attempt to keep off the thanksgiving calories.After the massage, they gave delicious tea and let us bask in the glow of our wonderful massage.I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. 15/10 - Would Recommend!
Best massage I have ever had. Melissa did a fantastic job. Very professional and very clean. I cant wait to go back for another one. I work out a lot and shes really able to get into my muscles.
Can’t say enough good things about Sukho. I’ve booked several appointments throughout the last several months with the focus on my neck, shoulders, and upper back. And Kritti always knows exactly what to do and really cares to make sure my problem areas are being addressed. The space is beautiful and a plus to the delicious ginger tea that is offered post appointment.
Kritti and her team are wonderful. Her place on W27th street is very much a peaceful and sacred sanctuary in the heart of New York. I really love coming here. From the impeccable, clean atmosphere, the warm friendly welcome and the incredibly relaxing massage, the whole experience takes me into another world and I always leave walking on air.

Absolutely loved my experience at Sukho Thai Healing. Krittiyanee, the founder, definitely lives up to the hype. Her training and ability to read the body is outstanding. As a body worker myself, it can be hard to find massage therapists who are able to work on me the way I would work on myself. It was like Krittiyanee could read my mind! She was able to find all my points of locked up tension and work them out both firmly and patiently. Left feeling aligned, mobile, and light on my feet. Also her space is just beautiful and so relaxing. Would highly recommend!!
Sukho Thai is by far hands down one of the best places for a massage in the city. This is coming from someone who goes 2-3 times a week to various places to get my fix for the past 20 years. Ive experienced every style and technique from Tui Na/Qi Gong, Shiatsu, Reiki, Swedish, Sports, etc. You name it, Ive tried it, and not just here but across the globe. And I have to say, the Thai massage here @ Sukho is one of the best experiences out there by far. I was a little reluctant at first, but Im definitely becoming a fast believer and convert! This is now my first call place when I need some body work done and get centered again.Kritti and Patr are both amazing, sweet, and professional. While the price point is the upper middle tier, you get way more value out of the sessions than you would anywhere else. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and spacious. While not a spa, the setting is just as tranquil and nice once you get into the studio and let the stress of the city fade away as you settle in and let the professionals do their work. I hate writing reviews on places I personally love, because then it makes it harder for me to book my time, but Sukho deserves the business so here I am. So if this is youre first time and youre on the fence, I hope this post will convince you at least give them a try. You wont be disappointed.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I booked with Kritti once the restriction is lifted for massage spa. I can say that kritti keeps her place extraordinarily clean and only allows one client in at one time during my visit. Kritti is the best massage therapist. She was very attentive to my request since I have neck and back pain from working at the computer all day aka office syndrome. I would say my experience at sukhothai is worth every penny.Ps. Once you arrive, leave your shoes at the designated area in the waiting room because they wont allow outside shoes inside the treatment room.

Amazing experience and truly authentic Thai massage. Im an athlete so I like a pretty strong amount of pressure compared to most people but Kritti was awesome and one of the best masseuses Ive come across. The space is really beautiful and I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Also felt VERY clean and sterilized and I was temperature checked upon entry so they have really good safety protocols. 10/10
The place is very clean, cozy and zen. Kritti is well knowledgeable and I have so much stress around my neck area so she put a lot of effort on that area. I felt so light and better. I did cupping massage on Friday night. Now I know where my Friday nights going to be.
Oh my... where can I start. Kritti, the owner, is an amazing person and masseuse. From the very beginning, she takes care to understand what your unique needs are and caters the massage appropriately.I had lower back issues and back spasms for months before coming to Kritti. Rather than sticking to some routine, Kritti was able to adjust the treatment and even incorporated some more movements and stretches. She is a great listener and always cares about making sure you leave feeling amazing physically, spiritually, and mentally.
Best massage have ever gotten for the tightness in my back, shoulders and neck which ultimately causes head aches. The key is a combination of body work and stretching together while the masseuse works out the knots through. Left feeling like a new woman.The environment is also excellent - peaceful, clean and safe. This truly felt like a custom personal experience for my body and mind. Thank you!
My experience was five star from beginning to end. I cant recommend it more highly. My wife and I had a visit and fantastic massage by Kritti and her team.
My overall experience was wonderful. The space is nicely designed and very clean, no shoes on! I was welcomed with tea and or water. Kritt discussed what was wrong with me and she explained how she works and what we were going to do, a combo of stretches and massage. Kritt was very personable and knowledgeable. I felt much better when I left and the next day. Kritt also provided me with stretches that I should do every day to help release the tightness and tension. I plan on returning.
I recommend Kritti very highly! She and her location are calm and peaceful. I love getting deep tissue massages with her — she’s very skilled at doing a deep, strong massage without it being painful. I look forward to her massages and stretches for days leading up to it and feel relaxed and limber for days afterward! She’s very responsive over text, which makes scheduling easy.

Im a huge fan of traditional Thai massage. Having lived in Thailand several years, I got accustomed to my weekly Thai massage session. Now that I live in NYC, I was so happy to find Sukho Thai Healing. Kritti who runs this place is simply awesome. She has good techniques and knows how to find the hard spots in the muscles and get them out leaving you totally relaxed. Prices are absolutely reasonable, place is small but clean and in good location. Will be going here frequently.
This is one of the most amazing massages you will ever have. I travel to nyc once a month and make sure to visit Crithi every time I’m in the city. This is an authentic top-notch experience I have not been able to find anywhere else outside of Thailand. Highly recommend it!
Kritti carefully tailors every session to your needs. She scans your body for certain areas that require attention and focuses on releasing and relaxing your body. I’ve been suffering from overall body aches from living in a covid world, sitting all the time, stress and bad posture. Kritti offers an absolutely fabulous thai massage! She expertly combines the perfect blend of stretching, deep muscle and intuitive touch that leaves me in a state of bliss after every session. Absolutely the best massage I have found in Manhattan! The therapists are highly trained and skilled. The space is beautifully decorated and relaxing. I have experienced both sports massage on a table as well as traditional Thai massage, which includes amazing stretching along with the therapeutic massage. Professional massage, the room is clean and decent temperature. The massage lady has a great service and high experience for cure the spot issue such as my shoulder. She did a great job because my shoulder pain felt relief and never got hurt after treatment. Well done. I would definitely go there again if I visit New York again

Kritti is very strong and good technique at her combination Thai stretching and Deep tissue massage. After 90 minutes massage I am feeling like I am taller and my knots at shoulder was loosen up. I am 59 years old and cycle a lot and the rhythmic pressing and stretching that she expertly applies has helped my muscle recovery and improved my flexibility.Kritti is a a former nurse and very experienced, knowledgeable and accomplished practitioner blending traditional Thai techniques with other physiological know-how that she has learned through her professional commitment. I fractured my fibula last March and Kritti really impressed me with advice on rehab throughout my entire leg.Having some muscle flexibility challenges I find the techniques that Kritti applies hugely beneficial and a substitute for yoga - where I simply lose don’t have the patience!Kritti is extremely polite and a super pleasant person. I had Benjha as a massage therapist. I left feeling energized. She really concentrated on my shoulders and middle/lower back, where I was very tight. She is very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend her if you want a massage from someone who pays attention to your needs in a professional manner, not someone just going through the motions.

Kritti has been treating me for over a year now. I run a traditional martial arts dojo in Brooklyn and train approximately 4 hours each day. Without Krittis help, it would be impossible to do! Ah~ Sukho! Always a dream... an escape from the hustle~ pre booked a week ago and then had to reschedule-no problem everyone was professional and easy. Quick responses too! It’s a small business started by a beautiful LMT and healer named Kritti, who goes beyond the call of duty for everyone~ I worked with different therapist here and they are all licensed which is not the case at the wham bam thank you ma’am Chinese Massage adventures— you get what you pay for you know. The prices are great for NYC and they always have a cold towel and refreshing water, Pellegrino~ and always wipe down my feet from still wearing sandals still 80 degrees Oct.1st in NYC during our session and depending on my needs we take it from there. This time I needed to focus on my legs and feet, low back I started running again— and Thai was perfect. (Back walking is amazing too!) they also do traditional Swedish and deep tissue... ah~ always sad when it ends but know in a month I will be back! A little get away when you can not.

I have problem with my upper back from working and standing all day long, after My first treatment I felt much better and I’d continue doing treatment with her till now over a year. I’ve mostly done for deep tissue massage, I like her technique and she focus on the problem I would have highly recommended to get combination Thai&Deep tissue massage.

2022-02-14I have been to lots of spas/massage places, but Sukho is hands down the BEST!! She is SUPER TALENTED. My chronic pain in neck / shoulder area has been greatly alleviated right after the first session, and I almost never felt it after 3 or 4 consecutive sessions. I’m still visiting her for maintenance. Magic hands!!!I can feel that Sukho truly cares about her clients and the place itself is such a tranquil safe haven as well. She offers me ginger tea with delicate tea cups and it makes me feel more cozy and warm.Thank you Sukho for making my life happier :)

2021-12-30As you step into Suko Thai Healing and take your first breath you feel at ease. We all know how hectic the city can be. It felt great being in a space that was so appealing visually and soothing to my soul. I had a traditional Thai massage. I carry tension in my neck and shoulders. After my massage I felt absolutely amazing. My whole body felt amazing. My therapist was kind and engaging. Very professional. I would without a doubt recommend Sukho Thai Healing to anyone needing a great Thai massage.

We went to get a 60 minute couples massage and both me and my girlfriend had the best time, we both were very comfortable, The Staff were awesome and very friendly as well as their service. They’ve been really accommodating and gentle with their massages! The place was pretty nice as well! Will definitely come back!

2022-03-24The best Thai therapeutic massage I’ve ever had! Was only in town for a few days and desperately needed to improve the mobility of my sore hip flexors, full back, ankles, and left hamstring to make it through the dance intensive I was in town for. Kritti is not only an expert at her craft — she is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about what you need. She takes the time to listen and truly understand your needs or concerns. I walked out feeling amazing and rejuvenated. I’ve only had a few other Thai massages before, and I always felt they did the same thing, no matter what my concern was. My 60-minute session with Kritti was tailored, comfortable and communicative. She also offered delicious ginger tea afterwards in their warmly decorated waiting area. I wish I lived in NY so I could work with her on a regular basis. Will definitely be back!

2022-03-26My husband booked me a 90 minute Thai massage with Kritti for my birthday. Hands down the best body work I’ve ever received! Kritti was so sweet from the moment I walked in. The place if very nice, simple, and clean. I felt very safe re: Covid risk and Kritti wore a mask for our entire session. Her pressure was great and she was able to intensify it upon my request. My body feels like my body again. My hands (bi lateral carpal tunnel) are loose and pain free, when usually they are tight and achy. I have restless leg syndrome and my legs and feet feel relaxed without any aches or tension. I will definitely be back and will hopefully make this a monthly treat too myself because it’s so worth it!
