With exception of the pita, I cannot deny that the food is pretty fresh. However, it has little flavor. Moreover, when I was advised that my meal would take 30 min to prepare, I ended up waiting at the restaurant for an additional 20 minutes. They also didnt have any beef (which they neglected to inform me over the phone), so they had me switch to chicken shawarma baba ganoush, which just plain wasnt good. It also didnt have the tomato and parsley it was supposed to have on it. There wasnt any apology. Frankly, the customer service was just poor. Luckily, making a greek yogurt pseudo-tzatziki is easy. I just did that to jazz up the food and it was edible. Also, why was all my pita served in a grocery store bag and not heated at all? bummer. Not worth it.
I’m visiting my in-laws here, from Ireland. Wanted to get them middle eastern food so found this place. It was 30 mins drive from where they live. The food we picked up was excellent. We had to reheat it because of the long drive but that was ok. Loved the quality of everything. We ordered Tawuk special, vegetable platter, kabseh and some deserts. I was nervous about getting poor quality or inauthentic food but thank God that wasn’t the case. Big thanks to the chef and the team. The family here said they will definitely order again after we go back home. The one thing I didn’t like was the beetroot pickles, they weren’t really pickled. Aside from that it was all perfect.
I believe that the customer service of this establishment lacks communication. I felt like I was working when talking to the lady who was at the cashier. She didn’t help me whatsoever with any suggestions nor did it seem like she wanted to talk to me. I spent $70 here for takeout. I would at least expect some type of welcome .Food: very basic for the prices, needs more seasoning and more quality pita. It’s a shame.
Absolutely blown away by the food. SO delicious. The atmosphere was bright and happy and busy. The service was attentive, friendly and kind. We FINALLY have an astounding Middle Eastern restaurant on the West side of Syracuse! The hummus and falafels are not to be missed - and the seasoning in the beef potatoes chops was outstanding. Everything was amazing, right down to the pickles! We cant wait to go back. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Sumer!
The taste and quality of their food was OK not 5 stars. It is affordable place and clean, but the quality of the food could be better. The other problem was the kitchen fan exhaust. The smoke from the kitchen comes directly to the sitting area. It got unpleasant to sit there and wait for the food with all the smoke around.
First off - this place is VERY CASUAL. Almost fast food style. Dont expect restaurant level service! With that said ... this is some of the BEST Arab food Ive ever had in my life. Ive traveled around the Middle East and this food is legit good. The fattoush is top notch. The Shish Tawook was super tender. The rice was flavorful and cooked expertly. I highly recommend getting one of the family combos and sharing all family style. Arabi, Desi, and Persian alike come to this spot for authentic, well made middle eastern food. Reconsider eating at the typical sharwarma & gyro spots and try a fattoush & shish tawoq.
Only two stars just because of the staff. So polite! But the food!1) Huge portion of rice and chicken meals that normally can fed three people => food waste2) Too much oil in all the food. My throat still hurts. I couldn’t eat their fried chicken at all.3) too much spice in the rice. Could be less. They need improvements in all the three area before I can recommend them.
First time trying out this Middle Eastern in the Westvale Plaza .... off the hook !! ... Placed a cup of steaming lentil soup down in front us .... w/o asking ... Everybody gets it !!! Started with plates of favorites , grape leaves , falafel , hummus and pita bread .... All outstanding .... Then this pile of lamb and rice , was set down in the middle of the table with tasty tahini sauce .... Like nothing Ive ever had before .... Tender chunks of lamb , with long grain rice , tasty veggies and exotic spices !!!!! UNBELIEVABLE .... My wife and I could NOT finish half of it and Im a BIG eater , so 3 boxes filled for tomorrows lunch ... Then the check .... 25 Bucks ????? WTFudge ..... This place is awesome !!!
My first time eating here was 8/30/2021. The food was ok, it wasn’t anything to write home about, lacked flavor! If you’ve never had middle eastern food, or if this restaurant is your only experience, than I can see you liking it! But if you grew up eating middle eastern food at home, or just have had it outside of the area in your life, Sumera just falls flat. It’s also greasy, I’ve never seen/had baba ghanoush that was so shiny and near separating before. It had a good roasted flavor, but the amount of oil in it, along with the amount oil on the hummus, was just ridiculous. I woke up vomiting the next morning.I would not go to this restaurant ever again. Plus the staff was not the nicest, definitely not the warm-loving experience I’m used to having at middle eastern restaurants.
The food is always delicious, though they do run out rather quick sometimes. IDK if its because of the time of day or simply demand, but I had 2 days in a row where there was no Kabsa lamb, when I called to order. And while only happening once, I do have to say that someone working the phone was not the most polite. I was still going to order something, even though they were out of what I wanted. But before I could even make my order, they hung up on me. I hope that kind of disrespectful customer service wont be repetitive, as I really like this restaurant and their top quality food.
This food smells amazing and the restaurant is decorated very uniquely. Be careful when you order because you may be like me and order something you dont expect. That being said, you should DEFINTELY clarify what youre ordering because it seems like what constitutes a menu item is open for interpretation. All that aside, the food is actually very tasty. I amended this review because I thought it was necessary.
While the food seemingly good, the customer service is horrible. The receptionist/waitress is rude, very disrespectful, and angry. You ask her a question, she acts as if she did not hear you or gives you a nasty look. She’s lacking the very basic customer service skills and for that I will never step in that place again and would recommend the same.
This place has really good food at reasonable prices. The owner is also very polite and honest. The last time I went there, I ordered three plates of the kebsa chicken for takeout. It turned out that the rice and chicken were hard and seemed several hours old (I saw one more reviewer point this out). When I complained to the owner, he promised to give me free plates of kebsa chicken in exchange when I went there next. He fulfilled that promise even though I returned after almost two months, and the food was fresh and tasty this time. I just hope they maintain consistency...I had only one bad experience in the 4 or 5 times I have been to this place, and they made up for it!
Another example of the kind of place where I’ll get hung up on one particular menu item, become completely addicted to it, and go back constantly to order the same exact thing. The chicken shawarma sandwich here is literal perfection. The few other things I’ve tried have been good as well, but that chicken sandwich is really something else.
WOW!!! My family just decided to try takeout from this place on a whim tonight, and none of us knows much, if anything, about Middle Eastern cuisine. But oh my goodness, this was such an amazing choice!!! We got a literal TON of food that was incredibly delicious and filling, we’ll be eating leftovers for days, and all for a great price! I was in the mood tonight for healthy takeout that my kids would also eat, and boy, Sumera did not disappoint! I wish I had taken pictures of everything before we dug in, but you’ll have to take my word for it. We will DEFINITELY be patronizing this restaurant again! Thanks Sumera!
Probably one of the best Mediterranean eateries in Syracuse, which has a good amount of Mediterranean food.. Easily the most popular. Great food, great service, the people are extremely friendly. Theyve only gotten better and faster as Sumer has aged, and I expect it to keep going in this positive direction. The owners and people who work here are very accommodating, and my friends and I were close to missing our sunset (Maghrib) prayer, and the guy behind the counter, who I am assuming is one of the owners, set up an area in the back end of the restaurant for us to pray in, prayer mats and all! We didnt ask him to do this, he just overheard us and asked if we wanted it.. Very, very kind and accommodating! Also, prices are very fair and out of the Mediterranean food places in Syracuse, Sumer has the best prices and gives the most food, and like I said, probably the best tasting food as well!
A few months ago I decided to give this place a try, as I like trying new restaurants in the area. I never really ate Middle Eastern food before so I was a little reluctant at first, but am I glad I came here to finally get a taste of it. Ive been hooked on Middle Eastern cuisine ever since I ate at this restaurant. The food was fresh, the portions were large, the service was top notch, and the atmosphere was simple, yet inviting. This is a must try Middle Eastern restaurant in the Syracuse area!
I used to come to me here during my clinical rotations and the food was great, my how things have changed! I called to place an order for an upcoming banquet catering contract (10k+)and as soon as i let then know i wanted to place an order there was a long pause and the guy hung up. When i called i back there was no answer. What a shame because i do like to support local businesses but when i recieve terrible service im not inclined to spend my money there
Not sure how this place has 4.4 stars. I woke up this morning puking up their garlic sauce and tzatziki sauce. We ordered the combo beef and chicken shwarma; the meat seemed as if it was cooked last week and they reheated it in the microwave. No salt, no seasoning. The chicken shwarma was rubbery. The pita bread was definitely store bought not homemade. The hummus tasted like it expired. The pickled vegetables that came with the combo were rubbery and tasted as if it was stale. The dolmas had mushy rice inside. The baklava had no honey or anything sweet. It tasted like they dipped it in butter. The pistachio filling had no texture just mush. The only thing good from.our order was the falafel and the samosas. This was the first and last time we will be trying this place.
Glad we stopped in. My wife and I have been in search of the best Gyros and Sumer Restaurant is top two. I always get traditional lamb, but my wifes beef gyro had the most succulent and juicy meat ever The meat was perfect and pita bread soft and fresh. What impressed us the most was the beautiful aroma of food when you walked in the door. We have yet to try all they have on the menu, but we will be back to sample more soon. They were wonderful to our two girls too. Overall a very good experience and one we would recommend.
Excellent food. Great service. Flavour profiles different from anything Ive tasted before.I had the Kebsa Lamb, best tasting rice Ive ever had, incredibly tender and flavourful lamb. The tea was, again, good but not anything Id quite tasted before. The Arabic coffee started with an excellent bean, and added LOTS of cardamom. Intense, deep, and rich.Portions were generous, and prices reasonable.I recommend this place highly.I dont remember if Ive ever reviewed a restaurant before, but I have made the payment of praising this one.
The food is really tasty. I first was introduced to this place as an Iraqi restaurant but you can find a variety of middle eastern foods here. The staff are friendly and prompt and the price is not cheap but reasonable. A bit far for students but if you have a car it shouldnt take you long from Univ. The desserts are fabulous too. Will definitely go again!
Ordered on Grub Hub app from their restaurant for my family at 12:30pm. Received an email restaurant confirming order to deliver food at 4:30pm which got switched to 6:30p since I’m in central time zone. Restaurant does their own delivery as per grub hub. Now 6:30pm & Still haven’t heard anything. Restaurant isn’t even picking up my calls. They could’ve at least called me or notified me that they were not going to complete the order. Now my family has been Fasting for 16 hours & was left without dinner plans last minute. Very frustrating experience.
The quality has been dropped recently! Here are following issues we found:1) The rice was leftover from a couple of days ago and not freshly cooked2) The Shawarma meat was not fresh and served cold3) They did not bother to warm up the pitta bread4) The stew was served cold with 1-2 pieces of lamb meat5) The worse was, when I shared our experience with the manager, he looked like that this is how it is and he did not care!!I do not recommend this restaurant at ALL!
Update: instead of online delivery I went in and ordered falafel. Honestly- not a great experience. Three chaps sitting around ( literally, on the counters ) and all of them left when I walked in the empty restaurant at about 11:30 mid week. One sauntered back to take my order with out smile but a hint of annoyance by my small order. They have a minimum purchase for pickup on their website 🙄so they made me come in twice to buy. After at pick up it was me that said thank you after I walked to the counter to grab the sole order waiting ( this time the gents sat in the back and watched me retrieve it.So yeah. Good falafel or not. I’d kinda rather support other local businesses.Super happy. I started craving falafel this week and it took 2 restaurants but this place is fantastic. I won’t name names but my eight year old refused the other places falafel but loved Sumera’s. I agree - she’s so right. The falafel here had the perfect exterior crust and a delicious moist filling. Also - the sambosas had a rich spice and were so satisfying. The pita tasted fresh made and the Baba ghanoush had a true smokiness without being heavy. I tried pickled turnips for the first time today and will never order with out them again. Honestly I can’t say enough about this place. By far the best Mediterranean around. Period.
The food was tasty, though proper temperature was a bit of an issue, but the service needs work. The waitress was pleasant and polite, brought our drinks, and then... nothing. The food finally came, after a long wait, appetizers and entrees at the same time. Both appetizers, hummus and a salad, were cold, so the reason for delay is a mystery. The food has potential, but getting the service on track should be a priority.
The food was much better before the restaurant was sold recently. I hope the new owners could improve the quality of the food and the way they serve it . It changed 180 degrees since then. The older chef was really much better with the older staff. Hope you can bring the previous quality back!نتمنى ان تعيدوا الطبخ الأصيل المتميز اللي كان يعملو الشيف القديم. للاسف ما عدت اجي للمطعم بسبب تغير جودة الوجبات و تراجع الأداء. بالتوفيق
Some of the best middle eastern dishes available in the Syracuse area! They have an extensive menu, and I try something different every time, never disappointed. The owners and the staff make you feel right at home. Try any lamb dish, so far some of my favs!!! Great addition to Syracuse cuisine!!
Very good Middle Eastern food in a casual setting. Our party had egg rolls (yep, Middle Eastern egg rolls. Who knew?) And falafel for appetizers. Both were delicious. For the main course we had chicken and beef combination shawarma platters. The meats were nicely spiced and grilled and the food was plentiful enough for a take home box. Recommended.
My fiancé and I were amazed with the service and food. Everything was fresh and so delicious. Definitely one of the best places to eat something new. Portions were very big prices were on par with eating out any where. So its a typical night out for food. Will definitely be eating here again.
First off, I’ve eaten here many many times and the food is exceptional, the owner and staff are great people and very friendly. The reason for not giving them 5 stars is I never know when these guys are open. Their hours are definitely not accurate On google and it needs to be updated. The emotional roller coaster is maddening!
I ordered a family platter and I have picture they filled the platter with rice and little bit of meat. I have picture I could show but it seems they changed their setting so you won’t see how terrible their food is! Also I paid 91$ for platter and it’s a waste. As a middle eastern that Eats this type of food daily I highly don’t recommend!Terrible customer service
IMO, Sumer is hands down the best Middle Eastern restaurant in Syracuse. The food here is always delicious. Ive been ordering delivery here (GrubHub all the way) for a couple years and finally decided to have dinner at the restaurant. Its not fancy but definitely cozy. Owners/employees are very friendly and the servings are even larger than the delivery portions. That said the food is definitely the star of the show here and I recommend that everyone try it out.
We ordered for delivery through Seamless delivery service. Seamless provided prompt and courteous service. The food arrived hot and as ordered with sauces on the side. The lamb Tikka was wonderful! I will get this again....great price for 8 pieces of falafel, Kenya vegetable was interesting...lots of rice..small chopped vegetables. Will order again.
As a Middle Eastern that eats this type of food daily. I highly don’t recommend this place! Staff very disrespectful and portion size very small. They care about money more than satisfying customers. I Also have pictures of the food but they do not have the option to post them here.
I didnt enjoy the fish. It was lacking flavor. I ordered tilapia fillets on rice. The rice was different, and not terrible. But I must say that Im not a huge fan of Mediterranean food to begin with. My coworkers brought me so I can try something new, amd I was not impressed. With that said .. my coworkers LOVE this place, so please try it for yourself.
By far this is the best Middle Eastern restaurant in Syracuse area! Service is great. The moment you step to the restuarant, they welcome you and seat you! You get some lentils soups as a complementary item! Had some taboulah and baba ghanooj salads they were great! Steak fries are good, chicken shwarma needs more seasoning! Beef kabab and teka are great! Kunafah is also good but the cheese used not the one supposed to!All in all it was a great experience and delicious food! Gave 4 stars because I believe there is room for improvement! Wish them the best.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place!!! At SUMER, The food is very good. I come here on my lunch breaks. Though some may not like the wait and complain, get over it!!! I have a half hour lunch break CALL to place your order, theres no excuse. They make EVERYTHING FRESH!! No prepackaged or frozen food here. Everything is made to order. The way it should be, the restaurant is very clean and well kept. Staff is Extreamly friendly everytime I come in. Ive told all my coworkers about this place and now some of them have become regulars too. I love the wide varieties of foods and drinks. Best of all, you could NEVER beat the prices ANYWHERE!! If you want DELICIOUS Mediterranean cuisine that you cant get anywhere else for the quality or price, come to SUMER you will not be dissapointed... I hope they grow and expand to several more locations in and around town.
Do NOT order from them especially in Ramadan. Ordered at 5.54pm, order confirmed with an estimated delivery time of 50 minutes.Called at 7.30 to ask the status they said on the way (were 25 min away)Called at 8.15, they said 10 minutes awayCalled at 8.30pm they told the delivery person is literally 2 min away.Called again 8.45 they say they do not have an order for me!! The order somehow didnt go through on their end but l received a confirmation email and my credit card is changed. They kept making excuses but also confirming its on the way and when we got soad they finally told us that theres no order on my name. First of all why do you keep confirming its coming then? Its been years since you guys are opened but you still cant run a professional business. The way we were treated was very disappointing. After waiting for an order for 2.5 hours their response to us was Do you what the food or whatNot even 1 star but cannot give zero!
Friendly atmosphere and a truly authentic middle eastern taste. Portions here are quite generous too so you really get your moneys worth.I ordered baba ganoush as an appetizer, it was just ok (felt like it came out of a can honestly) and was a little weak on the seasoning, a bit of salt and lemon would make it way better. My main dish, the Arayes, was pretty good. Nicely filled and well-seasoned, but the side of fries it came with felt unnecessary, it would have been much better with more veggies or a salad on the side. I also tasted the beef kebab and those were nice.
Eatting dinner here now. Service is good our waitress nice young lady. The food is absolutely superb. We started with tabouli and Dolmas yumm yumm. We then recieved our main dish of Lamb Gyros, wow what a huge portion, food was fantastic!!! I would reccomend this place ten times over..Keep up the Good work Sumer Restaurant!!
I visited this restaurant last night for the first time. Food was amazing, I loved it. It is so refreshing to have a different choice of food in the Plaza. I am 46 years old and have lived in the area my entire life and was excited to hear of this restaurant opening. I ordered many appetizers to taste the food. Falafels were delicious. My husband and mother like them more the Greek ones we usually eat as well as the hommos. Kebsa Vegtable was rice and veggies, very tasty. Kebba Halab very good. In summary I am happy with my whole experience, will be back. Welcome to the neighborhood!
The food is AMAZING. The service however is not that great. You get waited on by 3 different people but it literally takes forever for your order to be taken, for you to get a box and to get your check. The waitresses that I’ve seen are very rude. The men that work there are very nice but they all seem very unorganized. But I keep coming back because the food is so good
I have eaten there 6 times. Many people from my office are going to Sumer for lunch. It is authentic middle eastern food. The dishes are not too spicy and have a wonderful mélange of delicate and mild flavors. It is unlike other middle eastern restaurants in Syracuse. Treat yourself.
Sumer has delicious Middle Eastern food in a casual atmosphere. We have been there a couple of times for dinner. As soon as you sit down, they bring a cup of lentil soup out. I ordered the Teka lamb and my husband had some sort of combination of chicken, beef, and lamb skewer meat (it isnt directly on the menu, just something they have). Our plates were full! We had rice (from one dinner) and hummus (from the other dinner), pitas on the table. Yum yum yum!
The place is terrible not like used to be before, I think the owner and the staff is new, food taste bland, they served food in plastic plates, they bring all the food in one try and put it in front of us felt like we are here getting charity not being in restaurant I can’t describe how bad is the costumer service, the waiter is rude, and the other guy is ignorant, the bathroom dirty, not recommended to my enemies.
The worst Arabic restaurant I have ever tried. I order Shawarma it was with no taste at all. I’m sure it wasn’t a shawarma it’s not grilled it tastes like if they put the chicken in water for have an hour and then put it in the sandwich. Honestly I couldn’t eat it that was very bad night too. I don’t recommend to anyone
The food was wonderful! My wife and I live near Munjeds and King Davids restaurants but Sumers is far superior to these other locations. The food is delicious, the spices are spot on for the region, and the staff are very friendly and willing to chat!I will be returning to eat more authentic Middle Eastern food that is delivered at a great price! If you like Middle Eastern food, you must give Sumer a try!Eid Mubarak!
Horrible customer service. Pre covid the wait staff is very slow and RARELY checks in on you. If you order over the phone or in person for take out they have never had it ready on time. Always a waiting game. Im glad theres some diversity on this side of town but the service is awful.
After graduation we went to Sumer and I was threatened and disrespected by staff. what happened there was completely unacceptable. It starts with bad waitress attitude who is the new owner of the place. He was throwing the food with no respect and giving looks like he’s making us a favor giving us the food. This continues after I told the partner of the store about his behavior because it’s definitely not acceptable to be happing to the customers of the store. This guy(Hakeem) he become a mad man when he knew I know the partner because I been a customer. He starts insulting and swearing at me when I left which not even safe or respectful for the restaurant. I turned and told him speak respectfully because I am not talking to u. And that when I been threaten by the owner him self. This is very not acceptable by a professional team if the owner is not safe what are we expecting. After I been threatened I found it a done talk and I walked away and he started swearing a bigger words including what he can do to me which I don’t understood. I told him to watch his mouth and speak professionally and respectfully but he didn’t like that and he told me to come outside to the back of the store to show u what I can do. I don’t know what he had in mind to do including this threat. I wanted to share this with everyone to make everyone if this happens, you should call the police to be safe. I shared my story of me being threatened and disrespected at Sumer restaurant
Sumer restaurant is newer middle eastern place with traditional dishes and hospitality. After you food selection of well flavored items you are greeted with a delicious lentle or chic pea soup. This is a casual eats kind of place not much in thrills outside of the food, local artists paintings on the walls. As someone who grew up in middle eastern culture and has cooked in middle eastern restaurants I hold these thing to a high bar. I dont need thrills when i bite into my food here thats is my thrill.
So i changed my review from 5 stars to one star i wish i can put 0 star , i ordered 3 shish kabob males for Iftar that mean i did not eat for almost 16 hours, i received 3 shish taooq instead , i called them they was mad at me because i said shish kabob not kabob, they did not apologies they was rude they refuse to give me a refund, they offer food second day, i will never go back to this place again .
They messed up with my order twice and when told them this is unacceptable they told you sorry we cant do nothing to you customer service so bad they didnt know how to treat you right the worst restaurants in my entire life and I work in hospitality I know whats called customer service in my opinion they should close it

2022-07-04I don’t post food reviews like this, but I just had to. The food was really bad and tasteless. It wasn’t worth the money, if you plan on having a good food. Just save yourself a trip, just don’t go. Bought 4 dishes and all of it was bad. I hope they do put some effort into the food and make it good. Saw the reviews and it was nothing like it.

2021-08-30I believe this place is much better now. Taste of chicken tika over rice is out of this world and salad fultush is something with Great taste.. must try thatRestaurant shows cultural background with 7/10 service, clean and friendly.A lot of things have been removed from their menu so please make sure if they are still serving the old dishes.

2022-06-03Food is tasteless and old. Everything was warmed up and half of menu was out of stock. Dont recommend at all. The sauces are old and expired. All the recent reviews are made up. The deserts are terrible.

2022-05-25Third visit. This place has changed for better. Everything was in order and the food tasted much better. The staff were great and quick.[My second visit] There was a new waitress who didnt seem very courteous. We had to wait a long time before we got served. Then we ordered tea. It took 20 minutes before we ask again. But the tea was really good. The service is really not satisfactory. The waitress should be smiling at customers.[My first visit] The food is good and the price is reasonable. The only thing is that it takes a while before you get the food.

2022-05-04I went to get some sharwarma sandwiches for dinner. It had no tasted at all. They mixed up the meats and got it wrong. Wrote wrong meat name on the bag.. It was so cold , hard and the bread was very old bc it fell apart. Dont go here and waste your money like I did. They definitely went down hill. I have attached photos so u can see. This was worst I ever ate.

2021-08-31Food is not as shown on website at all. Got the shawarma combo and the chicken and beef shwarma were dry and unseasoned. The lamb gyro was generic tasting. The pitas were thin, dry grocery store pitas. To top it all, the prices were high especially considering the quality.

2022-05-10Definitely not what I expected when I walked in the place but Im so so glad I did! The lady behind the cash register was extremely helpful in ordering as Ive never had this type of food before. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back for more

2022-07-02Delicious food, wonderful staff, and an all around fantastic experience. There was a misunderstanding on our end about our selection and they fixed what wasnt even a problem. Amazing customer service. They also dropped off free falafel that was soooo tasty and aromatic. 100% will be back!

2021-02-06Our family loves authentic middle eastern food. We tried Sumera, and found it to be fantastic. The food was as authentic as it comes, was obviously freshly prepared and tasted delicious. The restaurant was decorated nicely and the service was fast and friendly. See pictures for food options. Highly recommended.

2019-05-25This visit was not on par with the last couple of visits. Service was pretty bad...whats with banging the dishes and plates on the table? she even forgot that the kabsa lamb comes with a salad...we didnt bother to ask, just wanted to get out...then we waited for a while for her to take the payment ..didnt happen...so we walked up to the counter and paid...it was not as if they were running full...Food was good but the kabsa is difficult to eat without the lemon and the salad with it...will I go back? Sure... hopefully, the staff will be in a better mood.
