Do NOT even apply here. They will waste your time and money. I put a deposit down monthss ago. They told me a move in date. Then I call for an update a month later and they tell me a later date. Then I call again another month later and they say they have no estimated move in date at all now. Then I email again another month later and they tell me they already leased out for the summer. Mind you i already put a deposit down. Worse place ever. Dont waste your time or money !!!!! Absolutely ridiculous.

I was going to do an application at these nice apts until I read all their rules! Lol! They have GOT to be kidding! You must show proof of your animals being fixed, spade, etc...to me it seemed to controlling by management. Read the fine print on this one!!!!

This place is a dump and a joke to work for …. Completely unprofessional. Save your money and go elsewhere… one star is a stretch …. Everything is cheaply put together and old.

They are located just outside of the city right across the street from a nice park. The apartments are clean and up to date. They are very proactive with repairs and keeping everything looking clean. Its one of those places where they are trying to improve and be relevant. A lot of younger people live here with a few older people spotted around. The pool is sufficient. I recommend it based on the good value.

My experience with Summit Chase was very disappointing! I was looking for an apartment to rent, and I saw advertisements for their apartments on almost every rental app and website. So, I reached out to the place and they asked me to fill out an application. I dont understand why they did not inform me from the beginning that they did not have any available place for the next few months. Because I was seeing their advertisements everywhere, I assumed that they had available apartments. So, after filling out a long application, and giving all of our (me and my fiances) personal information such as SSN, they told us that we are approved to go to a waiting list!!! They did not call us until a few months later when we no longer needed an apartment. So, my advice is that do not waste your time with this place. The way they treat people is awful!

First of all, if youre looking for a quiet apartment life, this is not it. The walls are paper thin and I can hear my neighbors conversations, sex life and bathroom habits (this is any apartment that is above or below me.) Also, Im glad I dont have kids because when I get home from work, my next door neighbor screams the work f%@k in every other sentence. Also, there is supposed to be a 40 lb weight limit on dogs but the tenant two doors down has a good sized pit bull - that has come after me once when I was taking the trash out. Two other tenants have labs and a rottweiler. Also, if you have to get up early in the am, dont count on your neighbors being quiet after 10 or 11 at night - they will stomp, slam doors, have their tv and music turned up and their dogs bark as well (this goes on until 3 am). Dont bother calling management, you will seriously be wasting your breath. One last thing - the parking lots. The complex is not flat - in fact the apartments sit up on a steep hill. This makes it treacherous in icy conditions and there are pot holes galore. The management sent an email stating that their maintenance crews start salting / plowing at 6 am, so if you have a very early shift or get home early in the am- be really careful. The website makes this place look like a beautiful resort but if you come and see first hand, youll see rotted boards on the decks, ripped and stained carpets on the stairways, and non existent parking spots. Do yourself a favor and look at other options. Too much money for not that great of a place.

The staff at Summit Chase apartments are disrespectful and inconsistent. We were told we would get our security deposit within 2 weeks (early out). We were then told it could take anywhere from 2 weeks - 60 days. It has now been past 60 days and still nothing but rude and disrespectful conversations. Look elsewhere.

Upon sending in half of our application, we were summarily rejected for not making enough money. lets make one thing clear, we would be making in excess of 4-5 times the monthly rent in income, so that is straight up bull to begin with. furthermore, we hadnt even finished the second half of the application because you have to have each party (my fiancee and myself) apply separately. This lightning-speed rejection letter seems to be mass produced and highly impersonal, as if used to mass reject anyone who isnt a local college student who has mommy and daddy Gates / Beezos paying their way through college. trust me, if i made any more money i wouldnt be renting an apartment...
