Place is clean. Seems nice until the owners show up later around 8pm to grab their daily gold. Makes you feel like they dont trust you in there. Too bad Im not good enough to be trusted but my money is worth the same. They seem nice but they are a bit judgemental and phony at face value. Get your laundry done early and get out before the judge comes if youre gonna go here. My friend and I spent a lot of money here between laundry and having a storage unit a year ago. Two quiet nerdy guys with glasses kicked out cause we kept fixing 2 stroke bikes in our unit. We had no complaints but they are judgemental. They assumed we were criminals stealing bikes and I personally work 13 hour shifts. Honest assessment is they are clean, but thats it. They are good to do quick businesses like laundry but long term like a storage unit is a nightmare. They have cameras and evidence everywhere but its still not enough. She will stalk your movement on property. He was a nice guy though he folded when she started acting like this. There are better places to spend your money and get respect, or at least be left in peace.

Owners dont mind their own business. We were working on our bikes quietly in our storage unit but over the course of the year they kept being nosey. If we pay rent and bother nobody we should be left alone. They assumed we were stealing bikes and cutting them apart. This is new york, not California. They kicked us out assuming we were criminals. I work 13 hour shifts in a warehouse. They wont leave you alone, she wears the pants and she will drive you nuts and kick you out if you even try anything above using your unit for storage and nothing else. I live in an apartment, I use my storage as a garage to fix small things. Nothing wrong with that unless your unit is at summit self storage.
