Overall this was a great place to live. The apartments are really nice with up to date appliances, and on top of that a gas stove which is rare to come by in apartment complexes. The property management offered the best customer service and the maintenance team was awesome. Any issues we had (which were just small things) always addressed the issue the same day. They even provided me with wall and trim paint when I was getting ready to move out to cover up any wall holes or scuffs. Packages are delivered to a mail room with package lockers that you can open with a code sent to your email/cell phone. On top of all of that, the surrounding area is great if you are into the outdoors - there is a giant state park a mile away, and there are running/walking trails that you can access directly from the apartment complexs property. Plus, this place is super pet friendly. All this being said, it is still an apartment complex and you are living next to other people. You can sometimes hear other peoples music (only if it is blasting) but that will be true in any apartment complex. Thanks Summit for a great experience, I was sad to leave!

Very nice apartment, we love the granite counter tops and having a washer and dryer. Leasing office has been very helpful to me, the property is well kept you can see maintenance on sight all of the time. The only thing is that it is not 100% sound proof, you can hear people upstairs but you get used to it. I actually made friends with people upstairs everyone is very nice

I love the place. Some people are nice. Management and maintenance are wonderful and very easy to get along with. I love my apartment, feels like home. Parking is a bit limited. I dont really dont like my packages being delivered to a mailroom, would rather have it delivered by my door. But I cant work with it. I would recommend.

My overall experience living here was truly awesome. Between management, maintance and the apartment building itself I had experienced nothing but high quality across the board. No matter what the problem was someone on the staff was always available to help 24/7. I highly recommend Summit Terrace to anyone looking to rent and if it wasn’t for a job relocation I’d still be living there myself. A special thanks to Pam and Anthony for going above and beyond with their help throughout my entire time staying at Summit Terrace!

Nice apartments and Ive enjoyed living here. However, it feels like the designers purposely made the parking in front of the apartment building very limited on purpose. 12 spots in front of a building for about 40 apartments (oh and the building across the street will park in them too) a piece isnt very realistic. Its clear that they want you to fork up the extra $250 a month to rent a garage.

Staff is super friendly and maintenance is always working, always a pleasant time talking to everyone. The grounds are well kept and the leasing office works with you not against you. Pam and Kelli are amazing and Anthony in maintenance is great. I absoultely love living here!

Never lived in a Luxury Apartment where the housing office doesnt address your complaints, and the upstairs neighbors are so inconsiderate, stomping on the floors throughout the day at all hours. Despite numerous complaints, no action was taken. I know this because I spoke with the upstairs neighbor who stated she was never informed by management. And despite this, they continue to be a noise nuisance, frequently dropping things on the wood floor as well. Unbelievable how inconsiderate and selfish people can be. Cant wait to leave this community and never come back.

Very nice brand new apartments. However, the leasing office told me that they would not honor the break-lease policy, despite it being stated clearly and requiring a signature from both parties. Although I never signed anything they refused to return the deposit I provided with my application. Buyer beware: read ALL of the lease before giving this place anything.

I left my keys in my apt I call the number they have for after hour maintenance emergencies LOL and the lady tells me to call a locksmith I call the locksmith and of course he can’t open my door cause the locks are electric 😡 this is a joke there’s nobody around just in case this happens???? Unbelievable something so simple

Brand new Beautiful complex with amenities including clubhouse w/ gym room, pool table & outdoor pool. Rent is on the higher end but when you walk into each unit you feel as if you are in a house.
