So I went with my sister and her boyfriend earlier today. It was a lot of fun taking pictures and cutting sunflowers for ourself. It was a great inexpensive activity. We also went into the corn maze and had fun with that. The only thing that ruined our time there was the petting zoo. One of the calls was obviously sick/dying. One of the parents that was there was freaking out. The staff did not address it or the people there at all which made us a little upset. We didnt stay much longer. I really do hope that calf is okay and that the staff got it the help it needed.
We went with my family today, the last day of the sunflower season. We got lucky that the admission was free and the hay ride was free aswell. The vendors had good food and refreshments. We had fun, took pictures and explored the farm overall. We will come back next year God willing.
I wish I could post pictures here so you can see why the review. I called prior to plan the trip there since I live 2 hrs away, I was told this was the time to go to get some sunflowers -___- when I got there I was told I needed to pay for parking and a festival they had ($45!!!!) because the event was for the farm. Ok, went to the sunflowers and they were all dead, black as if a Halloween movie where a wicked witch casted a spell on them... then, no money back and no flowers because they were DEAD! They should’ve told me 2 days ago when I called the flowers were dead.
Wow! We showed up and they had a festival going on. We mentioned we were there for the sunflowers only, and still we were charged to enter the venue. We were then told we didn’t have to pay since we were not assisting the festival, so money lost there.ALL THE SUNFLOWERS WERE BLACK AS IF BURNED! ALLLLL OF THEM!!!! Those were the pics we took, of carbón looking sunflowers, but yet, we were not given our money back.If the flowers are dead, just tell people or post it on the site so we don’t waste our time and get ripped off. Very VERY disappointed.
Disappointed masks were not mandatory. Rides in the trailer, people were not socially distanced, everybody sat together. The girls taking the money had no masks on. When I asked why there was no social distancing or mask they said that nobody needs it because they’re in a field.

2021-07-17We went there in 2020. It’s a very nice place. Self guided tour (well you can call it walking around) is free which is nice. If you want to collect sunflowers then 5-10 $ depending on how many you want. They sell some fast food and honey etc too. They also have a tour with tractor which many people chose to do. I would go back in the season.

2019-09-16We went here the weekend of Sept.7th and we were glad we did because it was near the end of sunflower season but we still managed to get a glimpse of the beautiful sunflowers. That weekend they had a corn festival going on and they had some stands that sold corn products and drinks. They also had a tiny petting zoo with a few baby cows and goats and also a play area for kids. The farm is small and there isnt much to do but we were there for the sunflowers and we took beautiful pictures. Our 22 month old thoroughly enjoyed the small animals and play area so the entrance fee of $5/car was worth it. Were glad we finally checked this off our bucket list! 2020-08-23Amazing fields gleaming with tall beautiful bloomed sunflowers. Only $5 entry fee ( Cash only ) and you are allowed to choose, cut and take home 3 fresh 🌻🌻🌻!!!The fields are like a maze, so you have some trails to enter and cut them. Do spray yourself with repellent, as we are visiting their home! The unpicked field across the road was pristine for pictures and the tractors were a great touch! They are working farm vehicles, but we were allowed to climb them for pictures. The petting animals were super cute, though they needed more shade in this heat 🥺. So many friends have visited thanks to our voices. End of season is August 30th, so DO go soon!!!FYI. Bring a bucket and a gallon of two of water for traveling home. Wouldnt want your flowers to die in transit.Photography 📸📱credit:Chef Carlos C. Torres of Monster Kitchen16.IG, FB, YouTube

2021-08-27Sunflower Valley should be called Death Valley! Drove over an hour with my daughter and all the sunflowers were dead! And they charged $20 in advance knowing there would be no flowers!

2021-08-17Absolutely beautiful fields. I do wish they had more signs. There was no sign saying Sunflower Valley Farm so I almost passed it, and there is no sign saying where the photographer fields are and that they are ONLY for photographers. I paid $30 to have the private fields for photographers when the people that only paid $10 for the general admission fields walked into the same fields we were in and walked right into my photos many times. Also no one checked to see that I even paid, so I feel bad for making my clients pay the $30..but we did get some amazing photos, just wish there was more signage and enforcement for photographers.

2021-09-12We paid for a 1 hour photo session to be taken in the sunflower field. We drove 45 minutes and our photographer drove 1.5 hrs. just to find out that the heavy rain killed all the sunflowers. Not only did we lose our fee but we wasted our time. A courtesy phone call would have given us a chance to find another place to take our family photos. Very disappointed.

2019-09-19I was at the weekend music festival. It was AWESOME! Everyone was so nice and helpful. 3 stages, 60 bands, great stuff for kids and really cool surprises! Also wonderful food and vendors. I look forward to the next event hosted here.

2021-08-07We we’re very excited to visit the farm with our kids, but unfortunately were extremely disappointed. The website description is quite misleading, and, while promised “petting farm, face painting, and plenty of fun & activities for the whole family”, we were presented with a few goats, a couple of hay bales, and an old damaged set of cornhole. Sunflower fields were nice. Although price is not the reason for my low rating, I do not believe the visit there to be worth the $12 per adult, and $5 per child.
