I am absolutely in LOVE with my new bike. I recently purchased a Felt B14 tri bike and it is the most amazing bike I’ve ever purchased. From start to finish, Frank was absolutely amazing, taking his time to show me around the bike and instal safety lights and hydration before I took the bike from the store. He even helped me secure the bike in my car because I think I was just too excited and nervous to damage it before I could even ride it! 10/10 would recommend and I will be back to buy more accessories and the indoor trainer Frank recommended. Originally chose Sunrise Tri for a professional road bike fit. Best thing I ever did to improve my biking experience. Frank spent a few hours making adjustments that resulted in a much more efficient and comfortable riding position for this senior rider. Customer service is great and prices are competitive. The bike fitting by Frank at Sunrise Tri was a birthday present that I gave to myself and it was totally worth it ! I have NEVER been so comfortable on a road bike, AND the adjustments have helped multiple areas of pain that I have been struggling with (back, hip AND ankle!). Absolutely recommend getting the fit !
I had my road bike fit here. The first fit was a huge improvement in riding comfort. I recently went back for my follow up. Just a minor adjustment, everything is excellent.
The service is exceptional, Frank the owner will take as long as needed to get the perfect fit on your bike. What else can I say, I bought 2 bikes from him and each time drove from Northern Virginia! That is 560 miles round trip to get the best service and it is worth it.

Sunrise Tri was great. They were so busy on a Friday and completely backed up. Frank still took my service order and it was ready for pick up by the end of the day. I was also shocked to receive a call personally from Frank that he would stay open in time for me to pick up my shoes, so I could have them for the weekend. Overall excellent experience!!

I was initially attracted by the price of the bike rack I was buying. Sunrise offered it for about $60 less than all other competitors. Once I ordered the rack, I had a few questions for customer support, and they were answered professionally and in a timely manner. I received a bike fitting from Frank, and I was amazed how much goes into a fitting, and how good, and how much Frank cares about fitting the customer correctly....: I went for a 20 mile ride later in the day, and I felt like I was riding a new bike. Just sitting on the bike felt like I was automatically put into the correct biking position....This is my third year doing serious biking and I actually feel like I wasted the last 2 years because of not being fitted correctly...... I totally recommend any person that wants to get seriously into to biking, to go to Sunrise Tri and get to get fitted and purchase a bike from them......

Where do I begin about Sunrise Cyclery/Tri. These guys are class acts and truly care about their customers. Ive been to a number of bike shops who are too big and not concerned with customer service or the personal touches and are simply concerned with maintaining sales margins. Certainly not the case with these guys! Frank and his staff are a true pleasure to work with and do everything in their power to provide excellent service. Ive bought a number of big ticket items here, including a Kickr and power meter, and will happily do so again. Frank has been able to offer both an amazing prices and get any special orders faster than anyone in town. Not to mention, he shipped my last purchase quickly and for free, although I had asked last minute. Theres a reason Ive always gone back to these guys for my most important purchases. I bought my first E-Bike at Sunrise Tri Massapequa. The staff was great and understood my needs. I got to ride the bikes of my choice before I bought and Im so happy for that. I had back surgery and still suffering chronic pain. They helped me decide that the E-Bike would be a great choice to get me to do simple range of motion to where I could not ride a traditional bike very long at all. I now ride my E-Bike Every day. Im not a review guy, but I had such an exceptional experience with Sunrise Tri and Frank that I have to say something. Im a long-time endurance athlete but first time triathlete/ironman contestant. I showed up at Sunrise Tri having done nothing but online research, and Frank could not have been more helpful and insightful in connecting me with the right equipment and patiently explaining everything at every step of the way. No attitude, no judgment... simply all friendly and helpful support. I have no idea how my training and race will go, but since Im only doing it to have fun new experiences and meet cool new people, Frank has already delivered!
I went for a Retul fitting with Frank at Sunrise Tri (West Babylon, NY). Frank was awesome! He comes with 40 years of experience and I think that makes his Retul fit even better. Extremely knowledgeable. To make a long story short, I spent 3+ hours with him and basically made all a lot of adjustments to get me a better position on the bike. His fit session is worth it!

If you are considering purchasing a tri/road bike, or have purchased a tri/road bike without a professional fitting I urge you to come see Frank at Sunrise Tri.I originally came to Sunrise Tri to purchase some shorts for the TOBAY Triathlon back in August. I spent 2 hours talking to Frank about bikes, not once did he try to sell me on a bike. He was extremely knowledgable and honest. After my race I came back, Frank explained the benefits and limitations of different bikes, took some measurements to find a good frame fit, and I ended up putting a deposit down on a perfect for me tri bike.Yesterday I came in for my fitting, what an experience. Most bike shops in the past, have sat me down on the bike, taken a few measurements, made a few adjustments, and sent me out the door.....Frank spent 2 1/2 hours using 3D video capture and 16 motion/video sensors while I was pedaling the bike at different resistances to dial in the frame and components so the bike was not only a great fit, but the pedaling was efficient.The level of knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help from Frank and his employees is something I have yet to experience at ANY retail purchase experience. I will be using them for all future race fittings, and bike maintenance, and sending my friends here for their bikes.If you purchased a used bike, or a new bike at another shop without a pro-fit, I urge you to speak to Frank, it will likely be the best investment you make for your new bike.

A Triathletes one stop shop,been going to these guys for well over a year and if there were a bit closer to me I would have purchased my bike there. Once you become a member it is well worth it. as a triathlete training can be a very lonely event but with there google page you can network easly with other athletes. there Fridays Sprint specials cannot be beat. Pick up a nice Louis Garneau Superleggera Helmet for only 110.00. also was able to try on wets suits and the staff there was really knowledgeable and ended up picking up a Nice Zoot wetsuit and received over 35% off.

2022-07-03Sunrise Tri never disappoints. Setting up the appointment with Anne was super easy and quick. Got stuck in traffic on the way to drop my bike off and Frank waited for me to get there despite it being after closing time.He took special interest and care to make sure what I needed was done right. Though the list of things that needed to get done wasn’t brief, they had it ready to be picked up in 24 hours and it cleaned up great! It’s like a spa day for your bike. Not sure why anybody would want to go elsewhere….there’s a reasons they mostly have 5 star reviews.

2020-12-06If you are looking for a road/triathlon bike then Sunrise Tri is hands down the only place to shop. In search of a triathlon bike for my girlfriend, I stumbled across Sunrise Tri’s webpage and saw a plethora of options available in all different price ranges. I ended up choosing the Felt IA Advanced Ultegra Di2. Frank was available every step of the way and couldn’t have been more helpful. The most important part of the process that Frank provides is the bike fitting. His fitting consisted of a meticulous approach, combined with an esoteric understanding of how to form a synchronous relationship between the human body and the bike. This is paramount for serious riders, and those who enjoy going on long rides. We will be back!
