Absolutely love sunshine dental .I had a really bad experience... like bad bad at another larger area dental practice, and upon switching to sunshine dental I finally was at ease and all my issues were dealt with in a timely manner and it was all very friendly. - I would not hesitate to recommend, or even convince friends and family to come to my dentist :)
I wouldnt even reccomend my worst enemy to go here. I took my child (5 years old) for a tooth extraction and it was my first time there. All the staff was running around the entire time we were there which let me make a point we were there for 3 hours waiting in the room for the dentist to even look at my child once. After that long wait the dentist the oh great and wonderful Dr. P comes in and looks at my sons xray and has no idea which tooth that needs to be pulled even though its clearly broke and visible clearly to anyone. So after this point we now are back to the waiting game. He finally returns back in after helping others as he had been doing for hours and works on my son for less than 3 minutes because my child cried (remind you hes 5 years old) the dentist then gets very angry and slams his tools down and leaves the room. A brief 15 minutes later he sends one of the other staff in to tell me we have to leave! Now we are kicked out with my son having his gum around his tooth cut open and in pain and they dont even apologize to me when I flipped out on them. This place should be shut down and I am pursuing legal action.
I am a senior citizen who had usually gotten all my dental work from my dentist in Miami. Because I am spending more time in the North Country I wanted to find a local dentist and get some dental work done that had been put off. Dr. Panjali was highly recommended by family members and surprisingly, Dr Panjali’s methods and skill far exceeded the fine recommendations. As a general practitioner he is highly skilled in areas of dentistry that usually are limited to specialists. Difficult procedures do not seem to phase him in the least and he is very confident in his skills, and with good reason. He is a highly skilled dentist whose methods may be a bit unusual at first. Dr Panjali has a large and skilled professional staff. He does not need to waste time getting you set up nor finishing up last small bits. The staff handles these matters with no problems. Therefor, he schedules multiple patients at the same time and it seems that every room is occupied with patients and the Dr. begins after the patient is set up and ready and he immediately begins the procedure. If an injection for pain is needed he will administer it and then move to a different patient while you are getting numb. He does not seem to believe in standing around and waiting. If it is a difficult procedure and he senses that the patient may be tiring, he will stop, let you rest and relax and move to a different room and begin the procedure there. This can go on for a couple of hours until you (and probably several others) are completed. I did find this method unusual at first but to do this successfully you first need a professional and highly trained staff, second a dentist that has the skill and confidence to move from procedure to procedure without missing a beat, and third, and probably most importantly, a dentist that is strong and energetic. Dr. Panjali has all three requirements and he executes his method flawlessly while always keeping you, the patient fully informed about what he is doing. For me, he is a rare find in this area.
Really professional service. The dentist and his entire staffs are very welcoming, kind and caring. I had different dentists in the past and once I came see dr. Panjali, I really wish I had seen him from the beginning so that I would have saved not only my money but also tooth. I highly recommend this dentist service to everyone. They also welcome Military and their family. Thank you!
Con artist. In my entire life Ive only had to go to the dentist once or twice a year for cleaning and a random filling maybe. My teeth never had any issues until I started going here. After every visit Id have some new issue. Been going to him a year and have been there 8 times already. Thats about as many visits in one year then Ive had in 8 years.Example: I went for a cleaning with no issues. During the cleaning I was told theres little indent in a previous filling and that it should have a new filling before its an issue. We do the filling and as soon as I could feel again I was suddenly having extreme sensitivity in the tooth behind the new filling. I go back and he tells me I need a crown. I argue with him saying the tooth was perfect until he did the filling so it doesnt make sense. He pushes me to get a crown despite any logic I throw at him. Finally after impatiently staring at me waiting for me to agree he finally offers to do a filling. Against my better judgment I trust the weasel and he does my third filling in a years time (not a cavity for any of them either). Again, as soon as I could feel my face again the sensitivity was incredibly worse and was in full on pain. I go in the next day and all he did was put fluoride on it and say, I told you to get a crown.I flipped on him explaining the logic that nothing was wrong until he touched me and hes done nothing but make it worse. Im convinced that when youre numb he purposely does damage to other teeth so youll have to come back and bring in more revenue for him. Hes certainly getting every dime he can from the insurance company.Again, not a single problem until I left his office every time. A routine cleaning ended in 8 visits and 3 fillings in one year with continuous pain. Im still in a ton of pain. Picking up my records tomorrow from his office and already scheduled to go elsewhere. If youre looking to have healthy teeth do NOT go here. Youll go in for a cleaning and walk out with all fake teeth. He just wants your money.
I am very grateful with Sunshine Dental for removing all my bad teeth . It was pain free . The aftercare Is very simple and the Dr was very understanding to my needs . He was very professional . Very clean and great smiles from all the staff . Id recommend this place to any one .Thank you sunshine Dental .
I have to say if you have an emergency they do what they can to get you in as soon as possible. Xrays are fast and the people friendly. Im not super stoked with the wait time, but considering that it is to fit you in unexpectedly is a plus. My root canal was very fast and painless, and even now 8 hours later I feel completely fine. I was expecting pain but I have 0. Id recommend them
By far the worst place I have ever been. My boys and I went there it took 3 and 1/2 hrs and all the more they did was x-rays. that clearly she did not know what she was doing. They looked In my youngest month with out tools an lasted a hole 39 seconds and said nope hes good. No cavity. Ugh really. I could see a cavity thats why were where all there. I needed a tooth pulled so so bad an decided to wait for another dentist that was very highly recommended with the waiting list was over 2 Months long. but shows how crazy my visit went. that Id rather deal with a tooth ache that long. Instead of having to go back there ever again lol said very said. And I hate going g to the dentist to begin with. An for that to have been Imy Visit I have every rite to feel the way I do lmao
If I could give ratings for 0 stars I would. Hands down the absolute worst dental practice in the North Country. Even if this practice takes your insurance as payment in full.....RUN!! My ordeal began with a simple cleaning....or so I thought. I get the song and dance about how my gums were really receding and I had periodontal disease so this means the expensive deep cleaning. Turns out I dont have gum disease.....go figure. I also needed a filling replaced. The appointment was scheduled and the tooth in question was repaired. After a week of horrible pain from the repaired tooth I called for an emergency appointment. Upon arrival I was promptly brought to a room, given a shot of novocaine, and had x-rays taken again. That was the last I saw of anyone. After 1+ hours in the chair I walked out.....still in pain. The next day I called a new dentist who had me come in that day due to the circumstances. Within 5 minutes in the chair my new dentist found the source of the pain......Sunshine drilled out not only the old filling, but the pulp surrounding my nerves as well. One root canal later I have learned an EXPENSIVE lesson.....DONT TRUST SUNSHINE!!!
I am very happy with the treatment and care I received from the staff . The dentist made me a great denture that I was extremely happy with the doctors knowledge and the best thing the payment facilities offered to patients INTEREST FREE !🙂Thank you Sunshine DentalAlecia Parker
Not worth one star! I had to wait 1,5 doctor to see me! They tried charge me for FREE consultation ! And Indian looking doctor were very rude , making comments about my tongue pierce and little to old for braces . Stuff is not friendly and have know idea how patient serves should be. Stay away , and stay healthy everyone :)
This is possibly the worst experience Ive ever had at a dentist. I had a 1300 appointment and sat in the waiting room for almost two hours before I was seen. I watched people who had appointments after me go ahead of me. The communication was poor. Had I not been forced to go to this buisness for an evaluation I would never return or recommend this buisness.
Horrible - the wife and i have both recieved bad filings from this place. Appointments are frequently cancelled. The cleaning lady will watch tv while she cleans you. Most recently i was due for a cleaning in a week. The appointment was cancelled and earliest replacement is over 6 months away -- i was given priority.
My 12 year old daughter is up there visiting her grandmother, her braces bracket fell off and this place said the only way they will see her is if she becomes a patient and has them taken off and become his patent. Now what human would allow a 12 year old to go through the pain of a wire digging into her cheek and not clip it? When we lived up there he wanted to put a lower jaw extender on and come to find out it was a good thing we didnt use this place because she didnt need it. We live in NC so it isnt like I can just go get her and bring her to her dr. I feel this man should not be able to practice. My Father is a DR. and would never treat a person like this. SHAME ON THIS MAN.
This is the WORST! WORST! DENTIST!!!I have ever been to in my entire life!!!! From all the Dentists I’ve been too all in Florida and this place is a nightmare!I had gave this place several chances and all the times were the worst the staff had no idea what they were doing kept dropping things on the floor.. but the Dentist Aeklavya Panjali was beyond rough with my mouth and continued to hit his utensils on my top teeth, he has no bedside manners, or knows how to treat you professionally and respectfully!I’ve never been treated so rudely from a Doctor! I highly recommend to do your research and go anywhere but here.I will NEVER be coming back here! Spreading my experience telling everyone I know to never have him practice on you.Not TO ME TIOM THIS DENTIST OFFICE IS A SCAM THEY STEAL FROM YOU!!!!!!!!THEY CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY FOR WORK THEY DIDN’T DO!And his Wife is the Manager of the facility so whenever I need to make a complaint or need a copy of my Xrays, they refuse to do so and say they are “very busy and hang up!”*The tooth pictured is the one that is giving me so much pain after the crown has been placed cant even eat on the crowned tooth .As YOU CAN SEETHERE IS Mercury in my tooth now because of him! I PAID FOR PORCELAIN CROWN!And I got this cheap silver piece that’s making my gum line show now!Don’t make the same mistake I did.I’m the process of trying to shut his practice down!!!!!

2022-01-20It was over a two-year Nightmare! From 2019 and just Today! Yes today January 19th, 2022 thank God I can finally smile again after so stressful, painful, long, and very expensive process that Dr.Panjali left me in. I was an employee here and a patient but I am not rating this place as an employee but as a patient. I will try to make the story short but I can go for an entire year telling how this place gives me NIGHTMARES! I continue to have nightmares where I see Dr.Panjali and it is horrible. From just one veneer it ends up with four veneers/crowns, cracked tooth then failed implant (twice failed implant) and this was verified by two Doctors! I used to go to another dental clinic for the usual routine dental check-up, but since I was an employee in Sunshine Dental the previous manager asked me why not get the veneer/crown there and Ill get a good discount, I was new in the clinic and dental field so I didnt know any better, so I decided sure why not I wanna save money. (Worst decision Ive ever made!) They convinced me instead of just getting one veneer why not get four crowns/veneers it will look more aesthetic (who doesnt want that) since I was a kid I didnt have that much confidence when smiling. So I made the appointment. After the procedure was completed, I noticed immediately the veneers and crowns of the shades are off, till now I remember, I describe them like the On and Off Christmas lights! Every other tooth was like white, gray, white, gray so I told Dr.Panjali my concern and he advised I sleep on it, and if you think they still look like that we will fix them. About more or less two weeks I have been asking my husband, mom, neighbors, and friends what do they think and they all agreed the colors didnt match and it was obvious. Dr.Panjali confirmed that too so we both decided to go ahead and redo the ones that are off, but in the process, he became frustrated, pulling harder resulting in cracking my tooth down to the root! ( I remember he was very rough like usual!) I was so devastated I couldnt believe it and mind you this is my front tooth that he cracked in two, I wouldnt care if its in the back, I asked if a root canal will work or anything, but unfortunately, the only option is just to get an implant. He said no worries since He look at me like his younger sister he offered me a free implant (didnt want it at all because Ive seen the process, its very invasive and long) but thats the best option for me at that time. So I went ahead and did it, the implant was in, and with the follow-ups, he noticed that the bone is not growing around the implant, so he decided to take out the implant, do a bone graft, heal and reattempt the implant, so we did that. This time he was able to put on the implant crown did a temporary cement then come back, at that time I can already tell the crown is moving and its a bit painful every time I eat, but I thought it was normal since its only a temporary cement, but when I came back to the next visit I told him that, and he looks very concerned and said the crown shouldnt be moving even though its a temporary cement, so he did X-rays again check the implant and said he doesnt understand. Theres even a visit I brought my husband to make sure what was going on but on that visit he never say its a failed implant! He even showed X-rays to my husband, even said its probably hereditary (poor genes), that probably Im low in vitamin D and C, even asked me to get my vitamin D and C checked. (Primary care MD confirmed normal lab levels) but still went ahead took a high dosage of Vit.D to help out. But with that last visit, my husband and I decided to go ahead and find another implant specialist and never come back to him. I struggled for more than two years, by that time everyone is wearing face masks so it helped me hide my faulty smile! My new provider assessed there was so much scar tissue and diminished bone, and gum tissue. But after the first attempt, the new provider got it right and fixed my teeth. Yes, I can literary smile now and I can move on.

2019-06-11I will always continue to tell everyone how wonderful this office is. Every single employee I have come in contact with has been incredibly friendly, gone out of their way to make me feel calm and comfortable. If you need oral surgery or just a dentist in general, you can not go wrong with Sunshine Dental.I had an extraction and almost passed out after. The attention and care I received was not only fast and effective but they all did what they could to calm me down and make me feel comfortable. I will never forget this experience.

2020-09-23I went to see Dr Panjali for a tooth extraction after I had a decayed molar with an abscess. All of the oral surgeons near me could not get me in for at least a month and a half. There was no way I could deal with the pain for that long. Once I was all numbed up, Dr P had my tooth out in less than ten minutes. He did an amazing job!! I have minimal swelling after 2 days! On top of that, the staff made me very comfortable and were extremely friendly!!!

2019-01-19I had my 6 implants at Sunshine Dr P is so skilled to design the best solution for me and the staffs are so warm-hearted to care for me. Each time when I visit their office.I am totally satisfied with the results. That is why after my dental implants, I recommended my wife to go there as well. She did some of her earlier individual implants at other clinic. In comparison of service and results with Sunshine dental she is very happy with the solution of whole-mouth implants . She can eat all kinds of food now and often tell her friends about the good experience she had at sunshine dental , thanks Dr P.

2019-04-18I was scared trying to find the perfect dental office. When I found this one my first visit they were extremely nice and they were very polite. They were relatable laughing with me making jokes but very serious when it came to dental care. The dentist is an amazing man who is caring and judgment free. He will give you every single option you have and will allow you to choose the one you best see fit. I had a root canal and did not feel one thing. I am beyond impressed with this dentist office and I will hundred percent be going here every single time. Highly recommend.

2019-10-16The staff was courteous and sensitive to my severe fear of the dentist. They walked me through everything and made sure I understood what they were going to do. Dr. Panjali is a consummate professional and made sure I was comfortable at all times. He is also my kids dentist and they love him too.

2020-09-07Went for a yearly checkup. The assistant was very nice and attentive. The dentist, however, was very rude. He came into the room for maybe a minute or two, asked me one question and then walked out. Never seen him again for the remainder of the appointment. He didn’t give me an opportunity to ask questions. I wouldn’t want him to treat me in anyway, he seems very impatient and dissatisfied.

2018-12-20My appointment was at 2 pm, I didnt leave until almost 5pm. The dentist had several patients and was going from patient to patient, room to room. Once I did see the Dentist, I was getting a bridge and a crown. I felt like he was impatient/ flustered with me when I would tell him it wasnt fitting right. He continued to work on it and once I stated it felt better, he just left. He didnt tell me he was done, just left and the assistant finished up. I have to go back and get another crown because the first one didnt fit properly. Im suppose to get additional work done, but I think Im going to find another dentist to complete the work.
