During hurricane Sandy we were without electricity for 12 days. Upon arrival home one evening to get clothing, one solar panel was on my driveway. I contacted Kevin. Within the following week the panel was replaced without any fuss. Thank you Kevin!
Hello everyone at sunshine plus we would like to thank everyone there for the great job everyone did for me and the family at the munoz residents. The hole team that came to do the job and all the paper work was great we totally appreciated all the work that was put in to complete the job and helping us out on cutting down our electric bill . Kevin and his crew did a great job and it only took 2 days. loved seeing that electric meter start to go backwards. electric bills way down....even with the A/C running.dont lease....BUY. highly recommended

2022-02-21Kevin was great throughout the entire process. I could tell from the first time meeting him that he genuinely cares about his customers. He took the time to answer any question I had prior to installing the solar panels, and continues to be extremely responsive even after the panels have been installed. I am pleasantly surprised with how low my bills are every month! I would highly recommend Kevin and Sunshine Plus Solar!

2022-02-10I called Kevin and the Sunshine Plus team to inquire about replacing a solar hot water tank that had been installed by the prior home owners. From the moment I first spoke with Kevin, you could tell he was knowledgeable and transparent. Kevin came later that evening to check my current tank/system and walked me through exactly how the system works (which the solar company that installed the system years ago, refused to do). He noticed immediately that the system has not even been functioning because there was no anti-freeze left in the system. After a few days of talking it over, we decided to move forward on the project. I called Kevin and he said before he ordered the tank, he wanted to come back and inspect our panels on the roof to ensure they were not damaged. It turns out that they were leaking the anti-freeze, and are no longer functioning. Instead of trying to sell me on new panels, Kevin was upfront and honest and discussed with me potential alternatives (even outside of Solar). I really cannot thank him enough for his honesty (even though it meant he was losing business) and I hope someone looking to install solar on their house reads this review and gives him a call.

2020-01-10Kevin is easy to work with. He is friendly and flexible. We started our first solar panel project with Kevins Sunshine Plus in 2007. Over the past 12 years, we have continued to expanded our system to meet our increasing electricity needs. Kevin is always there to take my calls and handle my requests promptly and professionally. 2019-02-11We have been enjoying working with Kevin from Sunshine Plus Solar since 2013. His team had removed our old solar systems and installed two new systems, one for electricity and the othe for heating the pool. We have been enjoying the 12 dollars monthly electric bills and the warm pool since. He has been maintaining the systems regularly and without our worries! Kevin is also a pool expert and he has been maintaining our pool. Beside of his skill and professionalism Kevin is a great person to know. He is highly recommended! Huey & Kay

2020-01-10We loved everything about Kevin and his business. He was responsive and patient with us and answered all of our questions. We were set on having black solar panels with no grid lines. Kevin showed us what he normally uses in that instance and could tell we liked it, but didn’t love it. However we had agreed because that seemed to be the best option. Kevin went out of his way to contact his distributor to find a darker color that he could provide us. It’s little actions like this, that make us write this 5 star review. Kevin listened to us, heard us and got us exactly what we wanted. Would recommend a thousand times over!

2019-06-07I have now had my solar electric and pool solar for 6-7 years. I have had no issues whatsoever with my electric. I have had only a couple of minor issues with my pool solar over that time, and Kevin has come over and addressed them. I appreciate the fact that he continues to check in with me to make sure that everything is going well and to see if there is anything I need. I know he also checks my electric production on his end as well, and will probably notice if I have a problem before I do. I am recommending them to all my friends and neighbors.

Their work is highly reliable and should their be any glitches at all, they are right there to correct any problems. I would not hesitate at all on having Sunshine Plus Solar as my solar contractor

2019-05-23Kevin gave us the best of 5 quotes, did the job on time and with no changes. We started making electricity immediately and have been showing negative power usage ever since! He sourced me premium panels at a discount and we got better yield on a smaller neater array. Clean install, no loose ends. Cant even see it from the street!
