Their graduation ceremony was quite nice. It was held in the SERC building and was temperature controlled. The bathrooms were clean and lots of them. There are also drinking fountains, water bottle refill station and several vending machines at the entrance.

Small town-minded faculty, administration and staff. Dorms are gross, uninhabitable cesspools. If you come here, start anti-viral medication sooner rather than later. Overall, Brockport is an okay safety school.

Great mid sized SUNY school within the Rochester metropolitan area. I personally didnt go here, went to SUNY Oswego, but I have visited here and have had friends and family go here and really enjoy it.

I would never recommend anyone go here. There is very little diversity on campus. The views of the university do not support inclusion, tolerance, and equality.

Great professors and very transparent with students and staff especially during the last year. I highly recommend SUNY Brockport.

- If you commute....dont come here. All the commuter parking is taken up by people who live on campus so you cant find a spot. Youll get a ticket for parking where there isnt a spot but someone who lives on campus wont get ticketed for storing their car in the commuter lot (they have a massive lot for students living in campus)Actually come to think of it; the parking here is just abysmal in general.- The gym for people who arent student athletes is very small and they dont have showers so if you live off campus you cant go to the gym between classes.- While the library staff are helpful the library is small and they dont enforce volume levels so no matter where you go its loud.- If youre a Veteran...dont come here. The VA office is slow, inefficient and has more extra paperwork to do than any other college Ive been to. It seems like every semester theres some problem that prevents them from processing the paperwork. Even MCC does it better. When you go in to politely ask for help you get attitude from their staff as if them helping you is a burden. Literally every veteran here has issues with this place. Whats worse is the hours of the veterans office are short and obscure so youll probably have class when theyre open.

I would never support a school that doesn’t support law enforcement. Giving a cop killer the platform to speak is disgusting.

This is a great school. The new president and her administration are definitely making a difference. They are working on the veteran issues so hope to see that resolved. They are active with the community with classes for seniors and access to the fitness center. They often have free movies and lectures available to the public, (at least 4 per week).I enjoy interacting with the staff and faculty.

I absolutely loved my time as this school. I met some amazing people, and still talk to some of my professors because they were so impactful on my life. The plowing was decent unless it was a really bad storm, in which you werent going to see your car for days. As a commuter, this was fine for me. Unless you wanted to find parking, which is the hardest thing to do here.
