If I could give it Zero I would, we stayed there last Saturday and woke up to finding bed bugs all over. No big deal right I had no marks or anything on me until a few days later IM COVERED in bed bugs and the owner wont respond to calls or anything do yourself a favor, buy a tent and sleep in that instead of this place. It should be shut down.
Room was clean BUT facilities were unsatisfactory VERY poor draining tub & sink , water rose to ankles while showering also sink water was very slow draining after washing up in the AM hours , Grab bag B/fast consisted of blue berry muffin & power bar no tea bags avail. On 2nd day no personal coffee added to Rm. When asked for different rm. for 2nd night was informed none were available by mngmnt.
One of the filthiest rooms of a hotel in which I have stayed. Syracuse hotels were full due to graduation and I had to go there. Breakfast is just coffee, some muffins and some very few yogurt. I arrived late and the manager was rude and complaining about her difficult day as like it was my fault. The rooms are in really bad shape and dirty.
I paid for my room through a third party. Stayed for one night and left the room in barely-used condition. Charged an additional $45 by the hotel, and the only recourse was continually being told that the owner was a very busy man and would get back to me. Whatever. I tried multiple times. My time is worth more than the money, but my last act on this matter will be to warn the public of their treachery.
OK hotel - def worth the price. Staff is friendly and place is pretty clean! Its nice that there is a gas station/convince store near by as well as grocery stores so you can curb your spending by getting food and supplies there rather than ordering out. I will definitely stay here again and soon!!
Don’t come to this hotel the front desk is lazy the housekeepers lied about the room being clean and to top off this joke of a hotel I found bedbugs in my room on my pillow! The manager and the front desk didn’t want to do their job so I had to get my money back by doing it for them and if your the owner reading this review I’ve already reported you and your staff for such an unsafe environment in a hotel that you clearly don’t care about. Oh yeah I’ve also called and reported your hotel for the bedbugs and have already shown pictures to prove it to the health inspector have fun dealing with that! I’d be surprised if any of you still have a job after this.
OMG, stayed here for my sons wedding. If it wasnt already paid for it wouldnt have been by my choice. They dont have wash clothes and the front desk acts like theyve never heard of them after asking for the 3rd time they finally told me they dont have them. Thankfully there was a Dollar Tree across the street. The drain in the tub didnt not work nor the hairdryer and when its 20°outside it sucked not having it. The electrical outlets did not work which left me frustrated and without a charged phone not to mention the food in the mini fridge stunk. I was told at the end of my stay that the room that was paid for included to queen size beds which we did not have they were a little larger than twin size but smaller than full size. Over all highly disappointed. I dont recommended staying here.
Positive: The location is what we liked, the bed was comfortable but squeaky. The bathroom was fine. Towels were good. Front desk staff was very helpful. Negative: the main concern was we needed to put the heat on for a few minutes to dry up the humidity and made the room stink of cigarettes. The coffee maker was missing the holder for the coffee pouch and there was a cup of water in there for who knows how long.
If I could write a NEGATIVE 2 stars I would. Front desk staff was difficult to find the night we arrived. Asked for a tea bag and was told they didn’t have any but they could get me hot water. Came back to front desk after unpacking to say there was an inch wide layer of mold all around the inside rim of the toilet. Was told cleaning staff left for the day. Asked if he could get some cleaning supplies and do it but was told he couldn’t leave the desk. I inadvertently left my charger and Fitbit at the hotel. Called and they said they would keep it until Tuesday morning at the front desk. My cousin went there in person and stood at the desk for 20 minutes with no one coming. Found the guy riding around in a ATV
A friend and I traveled 2hrs to stay one night for a concert. When we arrived? We were skeptical! Lobby floors, windows? So dirty!! The price for one night was 157$. To be honest? Should get some sort of credit?!! The room itself was disgusting!!! The smell of the room wasn’t the best either!!! All the appliances were filthy!! The breakfast set up was a shame!! I guess what do we expect? Hotel 8? But for the price? Was expecting more up keep!!! Especially during COVID!!! I don’t recommend this place unless?? Staff start taking the cleaning and health of their customers SERIOUSLY!!!
The bathroom in room 210 could use a good cleaning and new paint. Toilet seat was very loose. Walls had stuff on them. (Stains of some sort.) Limited continental breakfast. You get a brown paper bag with a bottle of water, packaged donut and breakfast bar. It served the purpose.
Terrible experience from the second I walked in. The lady behind the counter and the manager got into a screaming match where she was swearing and making threats then stormed out. Wouldnt have been a huge deal if my 2 grandchildren werent right there to hear it all. Then they kept saying something was wrong with my credit card so I had to leave, draw the money off my card (no issue anywhere else) which cost and then i had to deposit it onto another card which was another fee. Then....check in was supposed to be at 3pm however our room wasnt ready until 5:15pm so we all had to loiter in the lobby. We got into the room to see there were no towels or wash clothes, the hairdryer caught on fire and the hallway stunk like weed. Overall a horrible experience and Id rather sleep in a tent in the parking lot!!! Dont go unless you like to complain then this is the place for you!
The beds were comfortable, in a location close to food and highway, tvs worked well, room was relatively clean, and being pet friendly is a great plus. The hallway and stairs are very dark, one ice maker on first floor, a couple key card issues, just little things that are consistent with most Super 8s.
Gud within budget in general, however the room facilities are not well installed. The toilet bowl is wobble, the doors handle are loose. Taxes increase but no update on Booking.com, poor breakfast during & after COVID-19 but no update on Booking.com either. No continental breakfast as pictures showing on booking.
Its certainly not the Hilton, but its also not a pay by the hour kind of place either. Its your mid level typical facility. It was almost $100.00 bucks a night, without any discounts. The location itself wasnt in a bad neighborhood either. Certainly better then Syracuse for example. The employees I dealt with, seemed very nice and friendly. All that being said, this is your typical run of the mill mid-entry Hotel.
Economical hotel for the Syracuse area. Clean and relatively quite. As of the weekend of 7/17/21 they werent serving their continental breakfast. Not sure if this was due to covid or the transition of new management. Can confirm they did serve breakfast as of my initial stay. Hotel of choice when in the area.
The place its ok not even for a night, didnt like the fact that they try save as much as possible on operating costs that fell into the cheapest categories of hotels: they said include the breakfast but it was a granola bar & a small bottle of water; All hallways has not enough lighting, worse on the stairs. Not coming back to any of the Super cheap 8 hotels
If you are looking for great location, great customer service and a clean place this super 8 is it. I was shocked to see how clean this place was specially because it was so reasonably priced, I would truly recommend this hotel to anyone. And this is coming from someone who is OCD. Michael, Erin and the rest of the crew are so wonderful and friendly from housekeeping to front desk. Thank you guys so much for making my stay an enjoyable one.
Stay away from this hotel! I had to cancel 10 minutes after reservation, due to COVID work meeting between states got canceled. Website falsely states you won’t be charged till you actually arrive.Guess what, manager Michael will tell You lies, as his employees are trained to do the same.I was charged without the stay here.Dishonest, ignorant company.STAY AWAY, there’s nothing “super“ about this hotel!!!
My husband and I made a reservation for this weekend, but ended up getting snowed in with over 3 feet of snow at our house and unable to get there. We were unable to get a refund even under these circumstances. We were only able to move our dates otherwise would have lost our money. They were not even willing to give us a credit/voucher to use later, we had to make the decision for new dates right away or they would have just canceled it. Just very disappointing that a hotel would not be more understanding in this type of situation.
Needed a place to stay while bedroom was being worked on. Everyone and everything were great. Friendly and acomidating staff. Appreciated that we could stay on the 1st floor (hotel has 2 floors, husband has difficulty with stairs). Breakfast was adequate: make-your-own waffles, both dry and hot cereal, toast, pkg of little donuts, fruit and of course coffee, tea & cocoa. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean with towels and tub mat. Could use a night light - got one at Dollar Tree across the street that worked perfect.
Absolutely horrible! Had to change our own sheets, clean our own hot tub and room smelled like moldy carpets. Drove around the city looking for cleaning supplies it was so bad. Building smells like animals and urine had to buy febreeze to spray the hallway.Back Door doesnt lock left open all night. Drug sales in the parking lot.On top of that spoke with the manager Mike W complete waste of time and breath. If I can rate this place a zero i would. Wasted 134.00.. stick with what you know people.. No more Super 8 for me ever!!!
So I checked in and the lady at the desk had the personality of a bookcase and the attitude of a disgruntled employee. I nicely handed her my ID and CC and after several swipes of my CC rather than hand them back to me she put them on the counter. I mean come on. The rooms need to be checked for operating condition, cleanliness and security prior to putting them on the vacancy list. So my room I walked into had a stale odor like someone smoked in it previously and the housekeeping staff tried to mask the smell with some pine tree car air fresheners. Secondly, The door was hard to open because the automatic closer looked like it was about to fall of the door header. Then the door would not close on its own. I had to close it by force. Bathtub has dirt ring in it. The lighting in the bathroom could use an upgrade because unless you want mood lighting its not ideal for shaving. Another issue with the bathroom is the toilet handle has to be held down in order for the toilet bowel to flush. Bed looks like it was on My 600-LB life (see photo). Coffee maker in room has leftover grounds from the previous occupant. I thought this room had a microwave according to the booking but when I asked got the rudeness treatment. So they have free coffee. If that what you call it. I think they used the same process for cleaning the coffee pot as the room. I took one sip and thought I had been poisoned. It literally tasted like they left the cleaning solution in it when they made the coffee. It is definitely true that you get what you pay for. Wyndham Worldwide needs to take a look at their subsidiary of Super 8 and make some changes or let it go. I have stayed at some crack, hooker drug dealer infested Motel 6 that were alot better than this place.
Its hair all over both of the beds and them Dusty and nasty it stains all on the bed and the little the lining at the bottom of the bed is hair all over the pillows you pull the cover back his hair everywhere the room was freezing cold like its not 10° outside is dust everywhere I dont know what to do like this room is terrible
The bed was terrible, I was told my room had a balcony. No rooms there have a balcony and after I paid for the room 85 dollars plus a 50 dollar charge that they said will be refunded if I dont smoke in the room the clerk tells me they do not have a elevator stairs only. Probably never see that 50 again. Breakfast was a short bottle of water and a granola bar.
The rooms are much nicer now. They have remodeled and its clean, comfortable and nice looking. More up to date. Towels are soft and fluffy, not scratchy like some lower price hotels. Matress is comfortable. The suite we stayed in is big. You could have a small party. I have family in the area and I usually stay here when I come to visit, except two years ago I didnt because it was drab, dirty and tired looking. Now its nice and the price is right.
Clean and friendly. I took away one star because the pet friendly part cost us an extra 30$ for a 10lb dog. I understand not all pet owners are like us and dont care what their pet does in a hotel. However I think it should be a deposit and you get 2/3 of it back at the end of your stay. 30$ a night for a dog is ruff. (lol). Ive seen kids Id charge their percents more for then the dog.
The rates are cheap, and the rooms reflect it. Not the most clean place, and the walls & ceilings are paper-thin, but at the cost I cant complain. The lighting in the rooms is terrible and the bathroom is screaming for an overhead light. The bed is very firm and the sheets are standard linens. I havent really interacted with any staff, so I cant comment on the customer service. All in all, pretty much what I expect from a low-cost motel
Worst beds we have ever slept in..Just got back from a night in your hotel in Liverpool NY where we stayed in room 210. I have slept in wet rocky fields that were more comfortable than these beds. I have not ever given a two star review before this and usually dont bother with negative comments. Considering the main purpose of getting a hotel is to sleep, well...lumpy, easily flattened, creaky beds that feel like they are being kept afloat with conveyor belt wheels on which you may fall off of at any given moment are not acceptable. The rest of the hotel was fine, but for my daughter and I this bed thing was the cause of a sleepless night and was deemed post worthy. As a customer I would highly recommend investing in some brand new mattresses for we would not stay there again until you did.
The person at the help desk was friendly. The convenience of being to pay with cash was wonderful. The rooms are pretty basic but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty small but still better than nothing. It consisted of cereal, waffle maker, Cinnamon rolls, toast, juice and coffee. I would go back. For the little money spent it was nice.
OLD hotel in the middle of renovating. Lobby is torn up. Desk agent says still breakfast but no place to eat. Bed comfy. Elevator pretty dirty and sticky. Bugs in the ice. Bathroom old but clean. Looks like new linens and carpets in halls and rooms. Eventually it will improve but it is a tough mix at the moment.
Needed a place to stay while our bedroom was being updated. Room was spacious and clean. Could use a night light in the bathroom-bought one at the Dollar Tree in the plaza across the street. No elevator as only a 2 story bldg. Ice only on 1st floor. Breakfast was adequate; cereal, make-your-own waffles, toast, pkgs of donuts and pastry, oatmeal, coffee, tea, cocoa & fruit.Convient to Thruway for travelers
Good for a clean bed and a hot shower, but thats about it. The room was pretty spacious, but the air conditioning was broken, luckily the windows open. The breakfast left much to be desired, but it was free. If you are traveling and just looking for a place to crash for the night its fine. But if youre looking to stay for any longer than one night, this isnt the place.
My stay at Super 8 was a good experience. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was completely wheelchair accessible. The room was clean and came with and unexpected refrigerator. All of the lamps have outlets which makes it super simple to charge devices and the free wifi is easily accessible. 8/10 would stay here again and would recommend.
Meh ... I guess you cant expect much from a budget motel. It was clean, comfortable, and somewhat quiet enough. A few instances of kids running up and down the hallway, and someone a few doors down had a dog that barked a bit ... but luckily not in the middle of the night. I appreciated that there was a small refrigerator in the room. Didnt expect that, and it came in handy. Also, the guy at the front desk was kind enough to print something out for me that I needed printed, so I appreciated that. Also, the curtain in my room was broken and couldnt close, so he came up to fix it just enough to get the curtain to close, even though it definitely wasnt fixed. But I was only staying one night so it wasnt a big deal.Annoying, though, that the vending machine was just about out of EVERYTHING. I needed a bottle of water and there werent any. I know the motel isnt totally in charge of the vending machines and its the vendor company responsible for that, but it did have a negative effect on my stay here.Id stay here again if I had to. But Id look to see if anything else was available first.
Pet friendly not really! After I unpacked I got hit w a ridiculous fee for having mine w me. What was I supposed to do, move? I have work in the morning. Then I check out and realize the$30 I said to go ahead and charge, was per night! Thanks for doubling my hotel bill. I called, they said they would$25/ night... on a$50 room thats not feasible. Im gonna have to find a pet friendlier place. I took pics of the room before I checked out after 4 days stay. Anyone else think they shouldve waived the pet fee to have a room rented every week?
Room was not ready when we arrived at our check in time 300pm (although they did offer to vacuum for us after we arrived) Microwave was not included as advertised, there was no toilet paper. 1 of the 2 handicapped spots was plowed in with snow. Coffee was horrible. Bed was nice.
Horrible staff cheated us out of a room we paid for for a lesser room, then we checked out early due to my girlfriends pregnancy and got charged for 4 days we couldnt use.I and travelosity tried to work with them to get a partial return only be told we were given the chance to not stay there day 1 and because we tried and took the lesser room, they would not give a partial refund. The staff was exceptionally rude. The front desk would put us on hold while we were watching only to ignore the phone and just leave it there on hold to both us and travelosity. As for the room,The room size was good and clean, but the bed say super stiff and the bath was too small for a normal person.Break was cereal and some muffins with juice. I will never stay here again and it makes me question any super 8 hotel in the future.
Staff friendly. Room cleanliness is a huge issue. Found a DILDO behind the couch from what I can only imagine was from a previous guest.. Very thin walls and other guests can be heard at a great distance from rooms. Odour of cigarettes on upper floors as smoking is still permitted indoors here. Sadly will never be back.
Called them told them I needed a wheelchair accessible room. Then booked online after being told I could and still have the wheelchair accessible room. Arrived they had my booked for a 2nd floor no elevator room. They charged me an additional $34 because I had a wheelchair. Had no choice but to pay. To top that off the room was not ada compliant. If you are disabled or care about anyone who is please never stay here.
Super friendly check-in guy (didnt catch his name) & it didnt take forever either. Lobby was nicely put together & very well kept; no brutal stains on the chairs & sofa, trust me, I look ~ first impressions are everything! Room is a good size; super comfy bed & pillows, good size tv, free wi-fi, clean, quiet & a very clean bathroom. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 is because I like bathrooms with a large counter space, but since I didnt stay for an extended period, it was fine. I would definitely stay here again...highly recommended!
5 stars because the lady was extremely nice and helpful at check in. Dee I believe was her name. She helped me and accommodated me with a nice pleasant attitude. Have stayed at many hotels in the area but I will return to this every time from now on. It was in great area with lots of food, shopping and gas stations near by. Only few mins to mall, supermarket and tons of other places. The rooms were really clean and even smelled nice probably because no smoking allowed which is the only tiny downfall but plenty of space outside to park and have a cigg. Breakfast included but I didnt get to see what they had. The only complaint is the noise. The noise was unbelievable and nobody did anything about it. The room down the hall was blasting music to prob 2 in the morning both Friday AND Saturday. And the screaming and laughing was unreal. Im all for a good time especially on vacation but screaming and slamming doors at 1 a.m... that ridiculous... I know Im being picky now but I wish they had note or something on door to room so people know to be polite and not slam it.. the rooms next door would close the doors so loud it would shake things in my room.. not fun to hear at 3 a.m. ... besides the horrendous noise great place with clean and well maintained room. Coffee maker, tv, open window, a.c., comfy bed .. overall nice spot to stay.
Positive: Location Negative: First room to toilet over flowed moved to a different room it was terrible I have pictures to prove it I believe they put me there before cleaning it left over food in refrigerator dirty cup on floor dirty wash cloth in bathroom I told them at the front d
Room is okay, clean comfortable beds. No microwave as advertised in rooms. Continental breakfast is a joke. Only fruit is apples. When asked front desk clerk for a banana she had the personality of a wet dish rag. No English muffins or bagels. They need to take a leason from the Super 8 in Massena. ☹️
I only give a 1 because the front desk woman and management were AWFUL and tried to charge us more at check in (and at check out actually did add an extra charge to our bill) than the amount in our confirmation email!! We made a reservation in June 2018 for the third week of September 2018 for a 3-night stay. At the time we made the reservation, we received a confirmation number with a total for stay amount which included taxes and a one-time fee of $15 for the pet fee. We called a few days later and made an additional reservation for a one-night stay at the end of the month and again received a confirmation number with a total for stay including a one-time charge of $15 for the pet fee. We arrived and were told that our confirmation amount was incorrect and there would be a $25 A NIGHT pet fee!!!! We showed the lady at the desk our email confirmation and was told that regardless of what the email confirmation total was, the hotel charged $25 a night for pets. The telephone number on our email was the hotel number and the email was from the general manager. Still, the lady at the desk would not honor the amount we had been quoted. She supposedly spoke to her manager and we were then told the best they could do was charge us $15 a night or we could cancel our reservation!!!! WTH!!! We continued to argue that they needed to honor the amount we had been quoted and finally the desk lady said ok, they would honor our total. Heres the real infuriating thing!!!! When we checked out, they gave me our bill and they had added an extra $15 plus tax to our bill for the pet fee so even though they had agreed to honor our confirmation total, which already included the one-time pet fee, they fraudulently added another night pet fee and tax to our bill hoping Im sure that I wouldnt notice! Since I did not have time to stand and argue with this same woman again, I paid the bill but am calling our credit card company to dispute the amount and I am calling the Wyndam corporate office to file a formal complaint. If you stay at this hotel, beware of the charge discrepancies!!!! I do not recommend this hotel!!!
How was it? Amazingly lovely! Most folks (including me) dont expect much from the lower cash places. Maybe its got something to do with being taken over by Windham, but this Super 8 was great. Everything worked. Everything seemed new. The people who work there were helpful. I sure hope this is a trend that continues!
Im giving it 1 star because I couldnt leave 0 stars. The hotel was very outdated. The front desk workers were too busy on their phones to even ask how our stay was when we checked out. The bed in the room was bowed in the middle, very uncomfortable. The day of our stay ot was 90 degrees outside and the air conditioning in our room didnt work. Thankfully we brought a fan from home with us. It gave some relief. Check out is at 11 but at 9:15am house keeping walked into our room WITHOUT knocking. Said oops and walked out. So rude! The bathroom was the only decent thing about the stay. The breakfast they offer wasnt terrible but could be improved. I definitely will not stay here again. For $150 a night I expected more. Not even a pen in the room! What hotel doesnt have a pen in the room? Beware!
Very unsatisfied.. room was dusty, black mold in the fridge.. not worth the stay.. and to rectify the situation they couldn’t give me a refund.. and they tried to offer me an equal refund for my payment of $57. The equal amount offered was $17 not fair not cool and they don’t care about customers, they even said black mold can’t grow in the fridge.. snd it can as the freezer has the water build up wish I could rate 0 Stars
Has bed bugs. I asked the front desk if they would close down for fumigation she assured me that they instead would best the room with heaters, insinuating heat would kill them. I asked to speak to the manager several times but he was no where to be found and height was the general manager. If you choose to stay here make sure you burn your clothing afterwards.
This was the worst hotel experience ive ever had. The rooms were very old and the whole hotel needs a remodeling. The manager there (Deena is her name) charged me more then what I had a receipt for online, by no accident. Clearly family owned, and the boy who lives there and works there (Ankur) talks down to the employees and did not make me feel very good as a customer. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place at all. There are other places in the area to stay and suggest any one of these. I do not see how there is a buisness here, other then ripping their customers off on a daily basis.
BED BUG INFESTATION... This place has bedbugs, while laying in the bed i noticed one walking on my husbands pillow. Got up so fast and started looking underneath the bottom bed cover and found another one, got the lady that worked there to come look and she supposedly didnt see anymore, once she left I looked and found another one. SO DISCUSTING!! The manager wouldnt even give us a refund for that night being that now we had to go rent another one for the night! I have a video to prove it!
I reserved this room a month in advance. Check in time is 3pm and we arrived at 4pm. Check in took forever. Very confused service clerk. Gave us a room on the 2nd floor, no elevator, I had requested Handicap as I am on oxygen. Moved us to a room on the first floor, we used on room key to enter, and there was someone in there!!! That customer and ourselves went to the front desk, and they apologized. Sent us to the 2nd floor as that was all that was available. Slowly made my way up there, only to find the door wide open, the beds unmade, towels laying on bathroom floor. I CALLED down to the front desk... more apologies.... clerk asked that I come back down for another room assignment. I said no, you bring the key to me. He did. When we were finally in a room, it was clean, no strangers walked in on us during the night, and all was good. Not very organized, and they dont have a good contingency plan for hiccups that happen sometimes.
Room smelled of some kinda of cleaner, musty smelling, hotel front desk people rude, knew very little of the area,no ice buckets. Over all very poor. Will not be staying in this one..if could give a neg star rating i would..oh and the coffee is just muddy water..breakfast? A waffle maker and toaster..
The bathtub did not i.press me. It has ring around the rosie or just plain worn. Fingers came up with white stuff on them....they probably did not rinse tub with enough water. Room was extremely warm when i walked in. This location is only 2 floors and the vending machines are on the first floor....all three of themBoth mattress and box are covered with cloth protection.
2nd time staying here...not bad for a quick overnighter. ..the beds in my room were horrible...giant sag in middle of both in room...rugs disgustingly filthy...And back entrance to hotel not secure...Only complaints. ..bathroom clean. .employees nice...location is ok...food to be found close by...
I would have rated this a 5, rooms are updated and clean. The drawback was the breakfast, garbage can overflowing, the hotel employee had to be told by several people that the milk was empty, coffee was empty, juice was empty, etc., this was a Saturday morning, many guests! The employee wasnt paying attention to anything but the computer behind the Desk!
I stay in Liverpool for work during the week - typically five nights. This motel is very convenient to restaurants, supermarket (Wegmans), Starbucks, etc. It is clean with new carpeting, tiles, wallpaper in the rooms Ive stayed in. Smoking is allowed in some rooms and can be noticeable in the hallway at times. No smell in the rooms, however. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Wifi is free and adequate for email, netflix, etc. I like that I can open the window in the room to let fresh air in. The beds and linens are fine. Breakfast is minimal but you can drive 0.3 mile to Wegmans and eat breakfast there, buy fruits, etc.
They have bed bugs. I have a video of a bug crawling across my bed. The staff came in and scooped it up with a cup and apologized. She then had the nerve to offer us 20% off our stay for the last day only. Then tried to imply we may have brought the bug in. I called the news station and filed a report.
If you stay at this hotel be aware of your bill!!! The night manager tried saying that I was smoking in the room and I dont even smoke and I was the only one in the room. So be very careful that you dont get charged for stuff that you shouldnt!! I would strongly recommend that anyone planning a stay at this hotel DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!!!!! Go to a different hotel
Lisa B. ! was unbelievable . I would like to marry her. I had a large work crew that stayed and she took care of us all. Amazing that she was there early morning when we left for our job and she was still there after we worked a 12-15 hour day and still had the energy to be so polite.
Just got here tonight & in 1st room they gave us, poop smeared all over the sheets. Crubs in the bed also. Nasty!!! 2nd room, toilet didnt work.....really? !!! Dont ever write a review, but dont want someone who has been traveling all day be welcomed to this mess of a place

2022-05-26My stay at this hotel was a stopover from my trip to NYC. After so many mix reviews I was a bit skeptical to go to this place but I was wrong. I got a nice big clean room. Yes, the room and property is old but the rooms are big with microwave, fridge and tv. The bathroom was clean as well. It was perfect for a nights stay. I forgot a personal item at the hotel and the staff was very kind to locate it and keep it safe for us to pick it up. This hotel is worth the price you pay for it.

2022-06-17I’m usually skeptical when I see super8 for a low price. But w my flight cancelled & nowhere to sleep for the night I took what I could afford. The customer service was excellent from front desk to airport transport super friendly & kind. The room & bathroom was clean and comfortable. I slept like a baby and I’m very funny when it comes to cleanliness. McDonald’s rite next door, dollar tree, Dunkin’ and gas stations in walking distance. Airport shuttle was not a hassle or headache at all

2022-05-15The place was filthy, unnecessarily rundown and desperately in need of upgrades of basic stuff like sheets, mattress and pillows.. old and uncomfortable, lumpy, etc. Blanket and towels were stained, carpet not vacuumed, fridge and microwave were dirty, surfaces covered in dust and grime. It was nasty. I posted photos here shortly after my stay in early March. I wanted to leave when I saw my room but it was so late and I had nowhere to go, and I was just there for the night so I stayed and tried to touch things as little as possible. They have a sign at the desk claiming theres no daily cleaning service due to COVID but its been over 2 years of COVID so theyre just using this excuse to not pay for staff to make the place even remotely clean. DO NOT STAY HERE AND DO NOT PREPAY (good luck getting your money back if you leave). There are a lot of other hotels in the area. Its not even worth the cheap price. Id rather sleep in my car.

2022-04-18This was the worst hotel Ive ever been to. Staff was very slow checking us in, even though we had prepaid our stay. The room was disgusting, not properly cleaned, sheets were stained and there were bed bugs. Room was very dirty and dust everywhere. We chose this hotel because breakfast was included. But to our surprise that consisted of bad coffee and a nutrigrain bar. We had to spend extra money each day for a proper breakfast elsewhere. I will never recommend this hotel and if I could give it 0 stars its still too generous. Save your money and go elsewhere.

2022-05-24Terrible. Showed up at 3pm to check-in. Didnt actually get into a room until over an hour later. There was one staff working--a housekeeper--on her fourth day on the job. God knows she did her best but what kind of mismanaged garbage establishment has one employee on duty on her third day? After finally getting a room we find neither the light nor the fan works in the bathroom so we had to drag the floor lamp into the bathroom to be able to see in there. Not a lot of bright sides except I can say there were no bugs or pests of any kind, which was unexpected looking at the dump. You go into any budget hotel with low expectations, but this place actually managed to disappoint even then. Im just grateful we didnt leave with bedbugs or anything. I dont care if theyre charging $5 a night; avoid this place.

2022-06-02Positive: The front desk attendant was very personable. Room was clean, comfortable, entirely adequate for our needs. Area was quiet, and easy to get to. The continental breakfast was also entirely adequate for our needs and expectations. Also reasonably priced. Negative: No.

2022-06-24Positive: The close proximity to shopping & the cost of the room was affordable. Negative: I did not like it he $20.00 extra charge for a pet NOT ADVERTISED & an added $50.00 charge onto my card/bank for incidentals the clerk said! This wasnt advertised & Ive never been charged this fee to HOLD until they check the room. Upon our departure.

2022-03-02Stop!! Don’t waste your money One of the worst places to stay.!!! At 10:30 they start knocking on your door! the check out at 12 noon or even 1 in all the hotels that was so rude from the staff to call me to tell me that I have to leave the room on time!!!The bed and the furniture are very uncomfortable and dirty! Don’t waste your money with extra $20 you can get way better than that. They don’t even have shampoo in the bathrooms so disgusting!!

2022-05-24Positive: The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Negative: Extremely dirty. I take it as you get what you pay for but this was Extremely dirty. We had to clean the room ourselves and it smelled like smoke the entire stay. Our window screen looked as if someone had tried to break in. Did not feel safe.
