I wanted to break in my “new” vehicle for a little bit before writing my review, so this is from the perspective of someone who’s driven the car enough to know the quality of the product. I purchased a 2012 Camry with about 96,000 miles on it.The vehicle checks out absolutely solid. I did encounter a handful of blown fuses, and a faulty tire pressure sensor. Which all in all, is well under $100 to repair. Also certainly not the worst case scenario when purchasing a used car. They’re little things that don’t affect the drivetrain or general function of the vehicle. The transmission shifts seamlessly, the brakes are smooth, the car still runs and handles like it just drove off the lot. Granted, it is a Toyota, but it is one that was clearly cared for meticulously. Judging by this and the other inventory I saw available at Super Auto Care, it is clear that this business is run with integrity, by people who cares about the quality of the inventory they carry. It is not your average “drive off the lot and end up with a dozen problems” place that many encounter while shopping for a used vehicle.Yash was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was looking for something safe and reliable for my growing family. I felt like my objective was understood and my needs were met when it came down to selecting a vehicle. He was willing to negotiate and help me get the car right into my price point, and he was consistently available when I had any questions or concerns. Super Auto Care is even focused on the little things, like purchasing new floor mats for the vehicle, and sending me off with car wash vouchers. Most used car dealerships just kind of shoo people away once they’ve purchased a vehicle.I visited probably about 20 dealerships altogether. I drove a car at each one. Super Auto Care was the only place I was even comfortable making this purchase, and I’m so glad that I did. If you ever find yourself in need of a new to you, reliable vehicle, this is the only place you need to look.
Bought my first car here, 09 Mini Cooper. Love it. Had some problems in the beginning but Ronnie and Yash were more than happy to take care of it when technically it wasn’t even part of the warranty. Its hard to find Car Dealerships like that. I have full trust and would recommend them to anyone no questions asked. Keep it up guys.
I recently bought a Toyota Rav4 from Super Auto Care. Yash was our salesman and he was fantastic! So realistic, not pushy, very knowledgeable and felt as though he was really on our side/looking out for us. We had a little down waiting for finance and he was awesome to just chat with. He got paged during our visit and did a really nice job of responding to us while simultaneously handling the other situation.He went to Ronnie as the sales manager and he was fantastic too! He personally came out to talk to us and really worked with us to get the best deal possible.They made what was previously a very painful process easy and seamless. Highly recommend stopping in and ask for Yash or Ronnie you wont be disappointed.
Names Kelly, I purchased my van from super auto care about two weeks ago. When trying to test drive her she did stall and had a few problems with stalling for the first day I took her home. Super auto care did everything under their power to take care of me and make sure my baby would be all better before bringing her home once again! We purchased a used 2011 BMW 528 a few weeks ago, Yash Kumar was very helpful with our purchase. We were so satisfied that we went back last week and purchased Audi A4 also. From the moment I opened the website I was impressed. The first stop was Super Auto Care. Amazing selection and actually really great deals. Everything from Range Rovers, Pickup Trucks to Sports cars. I recieved immediate service with professionalism you really dont see in family owned shops. Yash Kumar was my representative. Very respectful, understanding, considerate and to me was what seemed to be magical powers because I am now driving my 2015 Ford Taurus limited for $11k. To be safe they changed all Pads and Rotors for nothing. I was in and out with confidence I was driving a well maintained, reliable safe vehicle for me and my family. I Have proof of purchase from super auto care. I purchased a 2002 toyota rav 4 with the only issue them telling me was the fuel tank needed to be replaced. Turns out the fuel line had a cooper pipe and was not installed correctly (lia toyota did the correct work) 6 Months into owning the truck codes 440 441 come up (evap) cat is also making noise.car sold to me for 3500 with out taxes.By privately if you can or research dealer.Dealer my name is MItch.
If you dont care about your money then go to these crooks supper auto care they better call themselves Lora care. the car I purchased from them cost me more money to fix it than the price of brand new car. they are good until the New York state dealers warranty period is passed. after that they will be all different people.
I found a car online that I was very interested in and drove up to see it. Yash was so accommodating with my phone calls and test drive and letting me take it to a mechanic. Bought A Beautiful Acura TL from Super Auto Care A few Years Ago.! She Did Have Problems With The Alternator And Axle But They Were Great On Fixing The Problems And Getting Her Back To Me . My Aunt Also Purchases A Nissan Pathfinder From Them And Loves It Turned out to have some transmission issues but there getting it fixed with the warrantt.! They have good cars for really good prices. If your worried about anything just get your car facts.!!

I would be honest here these are good guys very friendly. but the cars they sell always pops up with some kind of problems. I have purchase 2 vehicles 🚗 for me and my wife. Both had a lot of issues. Sold them finally, lost some money but got myself rid of those cars.

Literally robbers my aunt have purchased a used car from them. She really had no previous experience before. First of all they sold the car out of their lot which was dead investment for them and 2nd they sold the car for almost the price of new car while the car is more than a 100k miles and 3rd there are many issue in the transmission. I can only say shame on you people

I see every one shows concerns over the services you either threat them or call it a fake review instead of apologizing them for the inconveniences, which show how rude you are. now please dont the harass me with any law enforcement because that itself is crime of a Legal threat claim-- (veiled or not) that a party will take action based on alleged violation of the law gives rise to a right by the receiving party to bring an action for declaratory judgment that it has not broken the law--you better in order you won house.

2022-03-17Nice dealership with a large inventory. I found the car I really wanted that no one else had. They took the trouble of completely going thru the car and when they found a serious problem with the car mechanically they went ahead and fixed everything before they gave it to me. There arent many places out there that would do that. Yash and his staff really made the whole process run smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended and thanks again Yash!

2021-03-26I purchased a 2009 Subaru Impreza from Yash here, and I have to say I am beyond impressed with the service. I traveled an hour and a half upstate due to the rapid response from their call center even at 1am when I reached out, and all the positive reviews here on google. Yash would NOT let me drive the car home that day BECAUSE he wanted to ensure that the vehicle was safe enough for me to drive. As it turns out, the car needed some work which was taken care of there on premises and the mechanics did an amazing job. Nothing but positivity from me for this business and Yash. 10/10 would recommend and I plan on shopping here again!

It was so quick and easy !I drove away with my new car the next day, I could have driven away same day but I didn’t get there till late morning . The vehicles are priced fairly and they make sure everything is in tip top shape before you get it . Save yourself a headache during your vehicle process and just come here !

2020-07-01This place is amazing!!!!! The easiest and painless car shopping ever. Not only was the car we bought exactly as it was pictured online, Yash went above and beyond for us! After driving 2.5 hrs from NJ he waited after hours so we could see and test drive the car. When we arrived he gave us the keys and the ability to look at the car ourselves without a salesman breathing down our backs. Never rushed us to make a decision or hurry up so he could go home. It literally was the easiest car deal weve ever made! Yash worked with us until 8 pm (2 hrs after closing!) to save us a 5 hour car drive to finalize the transaction. We are extremely grateful and so happy with our purchase. My son is beyond excited for his first car!!! One thing you get from Super Auto Care is friendly and welcoming environment. There is no pushy sales, they give you enough room and comfort to make your own decision. Every one at the dealership were very knowledgeable and friendly. Its been 3 months since I own my car and I havent had any issues with it.
