This place is amazing, the staff is young but mature/responsible. The kids identified with them well and were comfortable. The staff is attentive and the management is hands on, and on point. Quality decor, CDC guidelines followed. Timing of event is respectful, everything in the package and then some. Beautiful Decor to add to. I was comfortable and my daughter was happy, it was a Win Win. Will definitely have my daughters spa party here again.

An Exceptional Experience!!!My goddaughter celebrated her 5th birthday with a few invited young family members and friends. They all raved about the exciting and fun experience they had at this remarkable kid’s spa. The spa’s staff is so hospitable, inviting, entertaining and professional with their guests. In addition, the environment is very clean, professionally designed and welcoming. My goddaughter was so impressed that she has revisited after her birthday and is presently booked to visit again soon.Thank you Super Diva Kid’s Spa for such Awesome service to your patrons!

Absolutely perfect little spa day get together for my daughters 6th birthday! I felt bad doing a small get together instead of a big party this year since I am very pregnant, but this topped a big party for my daughter. The spa is absolutely adorable and the staff was so friendly, accommodating, and enthusiastic and helped the girls feel comfortable. She had so much fun and is still talking about it! They got their nails and toes done, glitter tattoos and makeup, sparkling pink lemonade and did games, dress up, a dance party, pizza and cake. My daughter and her friends couldn’t have had more fun!

I bring my daughter to Super Diva Kid’s Spa at least once a month. My little diva has a great time every visit. The staff is accommodating, polite and they make all the little Diva’s feel Super special. If you would like to book a party, attend one of their special events, or you just want to make your little one feel special, I would highly recommend this place.

I would recommend Super Diva Kids Spa if you want to have the best birthday! It’s so clean and everyone is so friendly you feel right at home! They have so many fun events and special treats with every special one! My daughter loves having her nails, hair and makeup done! Made her so happy!

My daughter had a fun time getting pampered at the kids spa. She has been there on 3 different occasions and each time she had a blast. She especially enjoyed the 360 photo booth and I loved her excitement. Taneka and her staff are very attentive to their young customers making them feel special and pretty. I highly recommend Super Diva Kids Spa.

To call it a smear campaign is way out of line and unprofessional. As far as people responding to my review, that is their choice. My purpose for the review was to ensure that my voice was heard & that other parents would not make the same mistake I have made.As stated before, I contacted the Spa on the business phone and left a voicemail. Once I did not get a call back after a week, then I proceeded to inbox you on your personal FB page to inform you that I had contacted the Spa. You were a FB friend for a few years. We had gone to the same church and you were a black owned business so I decided to book YOU. I wanted to support you! I thought it would be fine for me to inbox you and let you know that I called the Spa and to contact me, but the moment I reached out to your business via email to follow up on the refund, I saw that I was blocked from your personal FB, which is fine.When I called to cancel the party, you ensured me that I would receive a full deposit & I was grateful, especially since you stated that you normally don’t do that, but when you didn’t follow through, that’s where the issue came in. Unfortunately, it did not work out the way that I planned.Thank you for sending me an email but I do not feel comfortable resending my credit card info for the partial refund & to state in the email that “I won’t get my partial refund back any quicker” because of people’s comments is once again unprofessional. I can only take credit for what I have stated and done. I have been integral & honest in my review. I have already moved forward and have done my part.Oh & Yes! Bruce is my husband, we booked the party together for our daughter. I was locked out of my Google account & since we booked and paid together, I was able to do the review this way.Thanks,Crystal A. After booking my party and paying a $150 deposit online, I reached out by phone to the owner for some questions since I had not physically been there. They never returned my call. One week before my daughter’s scheduled party, I noticed that the owner had a “Spot Fund me” on her personal FB page asking for donations toward the spa. I reached out a second time via FB messenger asking her to give me a call. I also informed her that I was trying to reach the Spa & that I saw the “Spot fund me Post” and wanted to know if it would affect my daughter’s party. Next, since I didn’t hear back from her, I booked another party for my daughter to ensure that she would have something. Unfortunately, she never called back even after the FB message but instead responded on FB messenger the next day stating “Why would you think the spot fund has to do with your daughter’s party?”, and that they call people to confirm info 3-5 days before. Anyhow, I thought it was unprofessional & I didn’t have a good feeling so I called the Spa & this time they answered. I asked to cancel the party and the owner said that I would receive a full refund within 12-14 business days. I explained to her that I had left a message with the Spa but didn’t hear back and was concerned……..I still have not gotten a full refund. I sent an email & no reply……and noticed that she blocked me from FB…..that let me know that she had no intentions on doing business the right way…..then I called today and the owner Taneka said that since she couldn’t find the message that I said I left….she cannot give me a full refund….only partial. She went back on her word. Unprofessional, unethical & just wrong! Definitely NOT Recommend after that kind of treatment! The message was clear….$150 was worth more than doing what’s right!

My six year old daughter and three year old goddaughter have such a ball when they come to the spa! They get to embrace all things girlie and it boost their confidence as well as their socialization skills when meeting other girls there age at the spa. They find commonality and friendship and it is such a sweet experience for them. The staff and owner are so friendly and accommodating. My daughter messed up her toes after the owners hard work omg and she did it over happily with no questions asked and reassured my daughter not to worry about it. They encourage young girls to embrace who they are growing into being and build confidence with there runway shows and dress up time! They are treated like true princesses and I’m so happy to have found a place just for them!

This business is one of a kind. Pleasant friendly environment. Awesome prices and very very nice place. My daughter had a great time along with her friends. I even got my nails painted. Owner is very nice and she walked me thru the booking process. I am glad I chose this place. I am coming back next year .
