Ill-mannered staff. looked at me as if i were from mars when i asked if they could show me a neutral cushioned shoe. for a minute, i wondered if i had ended up in a butchers or fishmongers shop instead of a specialist running shop. then after reluctantly showing me a few pairs with zero enthusiasm proudly announced that i would also have to pay 15 bucks for their cheapest pair of socks since they couldnt be bothered to have disposable ones. needless to say, i decided to go spend my 150 bucks elsewhere. thanks, but no thanks.
I can even get in the door! They close every afternoon, which I finally saw is written in small letters on the door. Its supposed to be for cleaning, but there is nobody inside cleaning. Strangest thing Ive ever seen. I guess Ill order on Amazon instead... and retailers wonder why customers prefer online shopping.
Fantastic service! I needed extra help to get fitted for running shoes. The staff member also gave me running tips which has been helpful as I embark on the journey of training for a half-marathon (Im not a runner so the tips I got was definitely needed!)
Very clean, pleasant environment. The selection was more limited than I wanted but I managed to find a good product. Anthony, the sales associate, was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Very positive experience.
Customer service is probably a 0 the folks don’t look like they run themselves or actually ever tap into their aerobic struggle mix that with their incredibly bad attitude you’d think you’re in a hospital instead of a running store
I had been having arch issues, so I stopped by super runners shop to see if they could help me find a new pair of shoes to fix the issue. The two people who helped me were Winston and Tarek, and they were incredibly helpful. They have a machine that measures your arches, they asked me many specific questions about my issue so they could advise me toward the perfect pair of shoes. They brought out a couple pairs of shoes for me to pick from and told me to take as much time as I needed to try them on, walk around, and decide on the right pair. When I finally settled on one, they encouraged me to spend a week running in them, and if I had any issues I could bring them back and they’d help me find a new pair. I’ve been running/exercising in these shoes for two weeks now. The arch issues are gone, and I love the feel of my new shoes! Bigtime thanks to Winston and Tarek! 100% recommend this place.
Good experience and good selection. Went in looking for sale shoes to try a new style/brand and they had 5-6 styles marked down 25-50% off. Salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable. Bought a pair of $140 on cloudflows for $70. I would go back.
Everyone here is very helpful. They dont try to sell you anything you dont need. Im definitely shopping here again.
Wonderful little running store in Brooklyn Heights. I ended up popping in as they actually refilled the large water bowl out front for my dog. Such wonderful employees! The shoe selection here along with the apparel is great. Not sure how I didnt know about this store before!

2022-05-24The attendant,Allison was professional in delivering her service.She was thorough in her explanation and efficiently satisfied my need.The staff in general was pleasant and I felt served in an excellent manner.This was my first experience in this store and I recommended it to 5 people already,just from yesterday’s visit.I actually felt as though I went to a podiatrist.Thanks for a memorable experience!!!I walked out the store with my new sneakers on for 12.7 miles yesterday and ready to walk today again!

2022-09-10I just bought a pair of running shoes from the Court Street location. The attendant could not have been more helpful and courteous. He was patient and able to answer all of my questions. The store was clean, well organized, and had a good selection of shoes and clothing. I could not ask for more and will definitely return.

2022-04-13Shocked - Ive never met such unhelpful running store staff. I was the only person there and she seemed totally disinterested in helping. Mumbled and stared off into the distance most of the time. Tried on two shoes that both fit poorly. She didnt volunteer any further. Total waste of time. Ill go elsewhere. Avoid.

2022-06-01I shouldve took heed to the bad reviews. The only competent people there are Gabrielle (manager) and the other young lady. The two males that helped me need training, one of them gave me two wrong products...didnt even bother to look at profile in their system. Also, a person (a male) that answers the phone was condescending and passive everytime I got him when I called....like youre bothering him. Customer service sucks. My order was wrong or delayed 3 times, Gabrielle tried to help but to no avail. My foot is really hurting and I was looking forward to running, but nope...at least not with their products... I tried to be patient, but canceled my order...It was just ridiculous... I can honestly say, I will NEVER REFER THIS ShOP TO ANYONE (court street). Go elsewhere , youve been warned. OR maybe its just this location...idk but ill take my money somewhere else.

2021-06-07That’s wild I’m reading all these good reviews about the customer service and they were just awful to me and my partner and to the two other people that were in the store at the same time. One salesperson was being super flirtatious with her customer and totally ignoring other customers and the other who seemed like he was in charge but was so condescending and abrupt. he had a really bad attitude, openly followed me into the back of the store pretending to just do a loop around before he went in the back but super obvious making sure I knew he was watching me. dismissive of my questions, Rude to the other customer that walked in. really, when we got out of there my boyfriend and I looked at each other like what an unpleasant place, why would we ever shop there again!

2020-08-30I just want to give a shout out to Michael. I went in as a beginning runner. I told him I’m 6’5 and 205 pounds and I wanted some shoes with a lot of cushion because I’m not light on my feet. He gave me three brands to try. The Brooks Ghost felt like they had the most cushion and support. And after a couple of runs, they feel like pillows for my feet. Every part of me was hurting after my first run except for my feet and knees. Thanks Michael!
