My daughter has been enrolled in a private group class with other kids from school. Per our initial agreement the class should roll from one semester to the next. When reconfirming the class for the next session we were told that there was no availability or opportunity to do the class - the office didnt even reach out to us to find another solution prior to us reaching out 3 times with no response. In addition to the mess, our kids (who have 3 classes lest for the season) arrived at the soccer facility at 4:15 to find out that the space booked over their class. 3-4 year old children were then forced to go outside to a concrete court nearby to play in dark since the sun set at 4:30. We received absolutely no heads up and the fact that they even thought that was acceptable and even an option is beyond me.When I called to speak to a manager I was told they would call me back. I am still waiting (24 hours later).
Find more reviews on YELP for the past 2-3 years when you consider this business. My son has been enrolled in a 3-4 age class on Saturdays.Week 1 (Jan 8th) - Arrived at the facility (the cafeteria at St George Academy in East Village) to find out that the space was not ready (all lights turned off and the tables remaining on floor) and a couch showed up late with no equipment. Class canceled. What a waste of time on Saturday morning. Got a credit added to my account upon my request (not voluntarily). They were asking for another chance to make it up.Week 2 (Jan 15) - Didn’t attend the class due to the severe NYC weather. I don’t know what happened that week.Week 3 (Jan 22nd) - Arrived on time at 9:30AM to find out the space was not ready AGAIN. 5 min later, a different couch showed up and he started the class in the gym next door which was only available because there was no basketball people playing at that time. Very lucky. However, the coach finished the class 10 min earlier at 10:05AM saying he was running behind the schedule. There was no further explanation. The truth is that the next class up was to start at 10:20am.Will I give them a third chance? Of course. My son will continue to attend because they have a strict refund policy and are not likely offer one even though they are not providing a service they promised until Week 3.[Update]They reached out to me and issued a full refund because the class was eventually canceled and also a $75 credit towards future classes. I give them 2 additional stars because they take customers feedback seriously and delivered a good customer service. However the customer experience I had during the first 3 weeks was a disaster.Should remember that 32% of customers will abandon a brand/service after one bad experience.
Of all the dozens of classes weve enrolled in for our toddler (music, sports, gym, cooking, preschool prep, the list is endless!), the Super Soccer Stars enrollment process was UNBELIEVABLY easy. The site is easy to navigate, and the live chat module was incredibly helpful; I was able to live chat with a rep throughout the entire process. We are huge fans of Super Soccer Stars!!
Great coaches. My son has played with Coach Michael for years, since he was 2 years old, and absolutely loves and looks forward to every game with Coach Michael. We are lucky to have him !! Especially professional and courteous is Will Barnard in the Premier office. Will makes sure the class fits your child, does not push you into just any class. A++
Really like their coaches, they are very thoughtful on learning through interesting games for young kids. Almost each class has a different game... Customer service is great, always very helpful and patience. The only thing I would note is that sometimes they change the time of the class without advance notice, and not everyone can make it after the change. Its disappointing for the kid who has a lot of fun and not able to make the class again due to time change.

2022-02-07We had our son`s 4th birthday party with supper soccer stars and it was AMAZING.So far we got to know the coaches from their soccer team on classes and we were sure that we`ll have a great time on a birthday party with them, but that was way better. Coach Mango, everyone of the kids loved him, Coach Clara that helped us so much and made sure everything is smooth and Lucas, that helped the entire way to organize the event, were just super. Fun energy, smiles, good vibes and an awesome approach to the children. The entire group participated, and even our older son got included by the thoughtful coaches. Highly recommended, It was a perfect celebration.Thank you!

2022-08-14My 2 year old son LOVES this class and looks forward to it all week. The coach keeps it silly and fun while giving the kids instructions with drills to challenge them and encourage them. The customer service team is truly exceptional, never had an easier, quicker, or more pleasant experience dealing with anything that’s come up! This makes a huge difference in my experience as a parent. We are very happy.

2022-08-08We enrolled our 3 1/2 year old son at the encouragement of his preschool teachers (who saw promising talent in him). When we showed up for class, he only participated half the time because he felt a bit shy to participate. We thought it would get better the second and third time but it didn’t, and the coach did very little to really engage him. We even had a phone call with management, and they suggested that we do the work of shadowing our son. It was a very lazy solution and one that we had already tried. This program may work for a lot of children but it unfortunately didn’t for our son.Above all, children should feel comfortable to participate, as well as receive positive guidance from coaches who understand how to connect with them.

2022-04-14Super Soccer Stars is by far the BEST soccer program out there. My kid who is 5 now has been going there since she was 1.5. Ive had the best experience and they have been so accommodating and caring. My child is non verb and is a great visual learner and all her coaches have been so understanding and accommodating to her. This is why she loves the program. She has learned so much and has helped her open up and not be shy. And because of Coach elvis she was able to recognize her name. Because he will constantly call her name out. Im super thankful and will forever be a Super Soccer Stars mom!!

2022-06-13I was recommended by many friends and I’m happy we enrolled here. My toddler had a lot of fun over the past 2 months at the classes and we are looking forward to joining another season.

2022-05-02The coaches are wearing masks. This was not made clear when I signed up. My two year old can’t hear what they are saying and we dropped out. In NYC toddlers are still masked indoors and I thought outdoor soccer instruction for 2 year olds would be unmasked

2021-11-03My 1 yr old daughter LOVES her soccer class. (She has class in Prospect Park, Brooklyn). Coach Mango is A++. Exceeded my expectations, she’s learning so much more than just kicking a ball around (which we also do!). Balance, colours, listening skills, vocabulary…We are definitely signing up again.

2021-11-08My grandson finished a session with 2 trainers on Saturday at Falls Twp. Park. Trainer Jeff (I cant remember the other trainers name) were absolutely phenomenal with these children. They had so much patience and so many training tactics. My grandson learned a lot about soccer and loved both trainers. We will surely miss going to these sessions.

2022-06-12An absolute disappointment. A total waste of our time and our money for parents, but specially terrible for the morals and sportsmanship of the young players. This club is a ripoff.

2021-10-19We have had a great experience with Super Soccer Stars since my son was 2 years old. Coach Alejandro was somehow able to shepherd a herd of easily distracted 2 year olds and teach them soccer basics. Now he is in a private pod of 2-4 year olds and Coach Britney has done an amazing job of keeping them all active and engaged!
