My husband loves this place but it runs hot and cold with me. I feel a lot of hairdressers use this as their springboard 1st place of employment. Occasionaly my hair is lopsided. Its just a straight line it really shouldnt be too hard. My hair is all one length.
After paying 62.00 for a cut shampoo drying and straightening….. the next day I was straightening it myself I notice it’s not the same length on both sides….. seriously….. never again…. Nope …. Rip off for that amount and what they do!!!
A client of mine was told she could come get her hair done at 3:30 PM. When she called the shop to tell she was on her way Alisha (The Manager) was very snotty and told my client that they did not have time to do her hair because what she wanted done was going to take 3 hours minimum. Mind you the shop doesnt even close until 7, so there was plenty of time to do her hair. I told her never mind on the appointment and we definitely werent coming there. I called to Camillus and they were very nice an welcoming, They close at the same time as the Auburn location but they managed to get her in and do a real job on my clients hair. I will not be calling to Auburn super cuts anymore.
I went in for a trim and style and was lucky enough to have the Shift Manager Caitlyn. She got me in right away. Everyone there was very pleasant and professional. I walked out with beautiful healthy hair and a smile on my face.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Even if your hair doesnt turn out the way you liked, they are happy to fix it free of charge.
Able to get in for a haircut at a moments notice. Inexpensive. $20 + tip for mens haircut. Girl who cut my hair was friendly and competent.
If you have kids your not welcome here. They are very mean to kids. My daughter is 2 and cant walk she was whining because of her knee pain and the lady cutting my hair keep saying she need to be quite and stop I would not let my kids do I would tap their mouth. I stood stright up and left mid haircut
During covid they scheduled an appointment had customers wait outside until they call you in take temp asked to keep mask on and to hand sanitizer. Fast courteous; professional and great haircut.
Following an extremely bad cut from cost cutters and my sister having an awesome experience w supercuts, I asked for help in repairing my poor haircut. Its an okay spot to get your haircut. Good for all ages and genders.Alot of turnover so by the time they get to know you, they are gone.Recommend calling ahead to secure a place in the waiting line but Ive found thats not a guarantee.

I went in to get a hair cut and one of the hair dresses was a mess. Crying and couldnt control herself. I over head her talking about suicide that it would be better for everyone. I feel bad for the poor girl. But I wont be going in there with someone so unstable doing hair.
Both my boys get their hair cutt here. Same day appointments, can make reservations online, very convenient. Everyone there does a great job.
They dont do appointment anymore and if you call in advance it doesnt help and they skip some people while taking others who waited less time first.The girls are good at what they do but skipping people and taking take friends first. Thats just wrong

2021-03-28I color my hair myself, but I was switching colors and was worried about bleaching my hair myself this time. I went to super cuts and Kayley was great! She got me all set and even put product in it to help the coloring process! My hair turned out just the way I wanted it!

2022-08-28Horrible cut! Hair is completely uneven all around my head! Stylist kept complaining she was starving. I always had grea cuts here until now. She did not spend 5 minutes on the cut!

2020-08-23They are great at answering their phone for any questions. When you arrive, they greet you at the door and check your temperature. Very clean place, and great protocols in place for the current crisis. My stylist Tory Lynn was very sweet and did a perfect job. She was able to give me the outcome I wanted for my hair style. 2021-05-24My brother wanted a high top skin fade and The woman who cut his hair took 5 MINUTES! took no time to see if it was done or touched up. It’s actually ridiculous how bad you guys can’t cut hair. never bring your kids to super cuts cause they are super fast and not cut all the way

2021-04-05I asked for a simple cut and had shown the hairstylist a picture of the hairstyle, she ended up disregarding the picture and gave me almost a complete buzz cut. There was no volume or texture or style to be desired from my haircut. I will never use this place again, for anyone else, Bella Mias offers their mens haircuts for $15 and they turn out so much better.

2018-12-08I would not recommend this place to anyone. The hairdresser’s made this place very uncomfortable. Negative attitudes and one of the girls had a very stuck up, rude attitude. Every time a smiled at one of the girls, they’re facial expression continued to look miserable and annoyed, none of them smiled back. On top of the uncomfortable environment, my hair looked the same as it did before I came in and paid $80. I wanted highlights and a trim. The trim came out pretty nice but my hair color definitely did not look any different other than it barely blended in with my roots. I expected my hair to look brighter which is why I asked for highlights... seemed like she was just trying to hurry up and get the dye out so she could be done with it. I think these girls should put a lot more effort into their jobs and show their customers a brighter, more positive attitude. Definitely going somewhere else next time I decide to have my hair professionally done. Hopefully the girls that this review applies to will see this and make a positive adjustment.

2017-12-06A great cut at all or any of their locations. Scheduled appointments are nice. Walk ins are welcome but you have to wait. The stylists are great, friendly and professional. Always on the upsell for hair products, which is fine. With my custom cut today, I was offered aome hair gel I would never buy , but the stylist showed me how it worked and sold ! Honest, friendly and professional. Thanks for the great cut !
