If I could give less than a star I would. The service was terrible! Both me and my friend went in there - she had long hair and I had short hair - and we asked for two totally different haircuts yet they gave us the same mullet (and two different women cut our hair). I had to go to a different hair salon the next day to get my hair fixed and it was so bad that they said I had to grow it out first. I will never go to another SuperCuts again.
Im very satisfied with my cut! I was the first cut/walk-in of the day yesterday. The place was clean and organized. The stylist, Andrea, listened to my complaints and desires for my hair and offered her knowledgeable opinion. I didnt change my hair style completely , but was thinking I just needed a good trim. Today is day two after the cut and Im so pleased. In fact, I like it better than I thought I would. Its got more shape and style. She cut off just the right amount (which was more than I was initially going in for), but its great. Thanks Andrea!
Went at opening on a Saturday morning and was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. Got a great shampoo and cut by Aurora who is a super friendly and positive person. I will definitely be back for my next cut!
**UPDATE 5/18/19: Not even a day after I posted my review about a month ago when I received a call from supercut new hyde park... was told that it was not their fault that my hair was messed up and told to wait for my hair to grow back before coming back. Was also told that it was my fault for not saying anything. I would just like to say that they were lucky that I didnt even ask for a refund and I even tipped the lady $10 to get my hair fixed after they messed up the first time, so I spent a total of almost $40 for a haircut that they mess up on twice. Yes, Supercut is more budget friendly but that doesnt mean cheaper price equals to poor service. I use to pay about $50 for hair cuts in upstate NY so its not like the price is an issue but the poor service. I will be a bit petty and mentioned that I didnt even get the hot towel refresher that comes with the supercut I. Forget about waiting for my hair to grow before going back...one, I am never going back there again. Two, please work on customer service and also properly training your stylists since they cant even do a proper Bob. And three, customers put down their phone number to make an appointment, not for you to use to call them to tell them its the clients fault that their hair was messed up.Was a walk in and requested a shoulder length layered bob cut. Ended up with a uneven choppy mess that I did not notice until after I took a shower the next morning. One side was longer than the other while my right side...dont even have words to describe it. Went back the next day after I got off work to see if they can make it even on both side. Got a different stylist, who chopped off a few more inches yet it is still uneven all the way around. Did not want to risk it again so I will be going to a professional salon to get it even out.

Made an appointment for 2:45, came in at 2:30, sat there until 4pm, while other people who came in after got taken before me. Haircuts arent bad, (thats the reason for the extra star) but whats the point on making an appointment for a time and get seen 1 1/2 hrs later. I have been a long life Supercuts customer, but after this experience I am contemplating on coming here again...
They were horrible. They didnt take their time and ask how i wanted them to style my daughters hair. It was so uneven and short. They made her look like a boy. They are also a little overpriced inmy opinion.
You make reservation and still have to wait for an hour before you get a hair cut. People work here are not friendly. In fact, they are only nice to the customers that come here often.
From the time I walked in I felt very welcomed and absolutely loved my stylist. Thank you for my awesome hairstyle. I definitely will be back
The staff is friendly, the place is clean and I leave satisfied with their services. The manager there is a great colorist. Ive been going there for a little over 8yrs and it gets better everytime.
@ Shabab AliIts not an appointment. It is as reservation. They make that very clear and repeat themselves several times because of people like you who still dont get it. In fact, when you put your Reservation on the Supercuts app, under the time slot it clearly states: This is not an appointment and there may be a wait. But then, for people that run their mouths and dont know how to read it does make you look more stupid than how you made yourself look to begin with. You just discredited your own review and I for one did not find it helpful! #Thumbs_Down
I came in to blow dry my hear for evening event. I dont like it at all. Very unprofessionalI paid $40 . I never come in backI dont recommended any one. maby is good for kids. minus one star!
I love this Supercut. I used to go to the location downtown Brooklyn but they have closed. Now this one is my location and I love them here.

So so .... people are not quite professional. Last time that laby cut my one side of hair so thin n did not even notice n regret! !!!But what I like is places is neet, clean and calm not crowded! !

2022-01-30I have been going to Supercuts for 12yrs and are highly satisfied with the service and my Stylist, Ana, is absolutely the best. Shes warm and friendly. But most importantly she cuts and styles my hair beautifully. I wouldnt change hairdressers for anything. Ana is the true professional. Also the Salon is always clean and the staff is very friendly.

2022-03-31Ive been here a couple times and its been great every time. The ladies that work here are very pleasant! I showed up 30 mins early to my appointment and they accomodated me right away. Im always satisfied with my haircuts. 10/10

2018-07-15The kid and budget friendly neighborhood hair salon. The service is very good specially when you consider the prices. There is always a line up so its best if that you call ahead of time. The staff members dont change that frequently so they remember you and what you like. Very good bed side manners. And you cant beat the warm towel - feels so good.

2021-05-25This is a great Supercuts. Ana is excellent! She was recommended to me by other family members and relatives. I get a great cut each time. Ana knows what I like and how to make it work best for me! I typically call ahead for an appointment, and it’s quick, convenient, exceeds expectations and is a great value for the styling and cut! Very happy to have found Ana as my new hair stylist!

2021-07-17This is the first review I’ve ever written, and this has to be the worst place for a man to get a haircut. the woman has no idea how to use a trimmer, nor does she know what a fade is. I’ve never had a haircut in 7 minutes. She simply ran a trimmer on my head and asked if I liked it, I’m amazed that this place is even open. I could’ve given myself a haircut for free and it would’ve came out better. My typical haircut is 45 minutes long and attention to detail is key, but running a trimmer and calling it a “haircut” and”style” is unacceptable.
