A bit pricey for a simple cut, but service is good, the stylists are always very friendly, and its clean. Usually little to no wait time as well.
Horrible place! Went for a simple trim. The person who cut my hair didnt have any experience of my type of hair yet she didnt tell me . She started to comb my hair from the roots!!! ( I have very curly hair) without even wetting my hair first!! I asked her that she needed to wet my hair before combing them. You never start to comb or brush curly hair from the roots always start from ends it is common sense you dont need high end training to know that . Moving on, she started to show me how can I tie a bun and pulled my hair so hard that I was about to pass-out with pain. I went away with severe hair and scalp damage. My scalp was in so much pain even after 3 days from that hard pull. After dermatologist visits and expensive scalp medication, the pain subsided. if you care about your hair, never go to this place. I really regret that I went there.

The staff has always been amazing ( compared to the three salons in the POKE GALLERIA who give you a stank look if you ask Them to give you a normal guy hairstyle) . If I could rate them 100/5 I would . ALSO DO NOT GO THERE FUNKY ( atleast spray some cologne on ) .
Covid age - appointment at 5 pm. Get there 5 minutes early to be safe. I call in from my car as I was told to. Confirm arrival. Told Ill be called when theyre ready for me to come in.Waited outside the store for an hour. Now Im home, waiting ... Im sure theyll call.Any minute now...
Very good haircut even when I was the last customer for the day. Place was comparatively clean and she understood what I wanted. I have tried 2 other places since landing in this city but this is the best so far. Will repeat.
Worst hair cut ever. Have to let my friend fixed my hair when I get home. Some long hair on the temples being leftover, the second I get on the car my friend made fun of me. Also my hair on the top of my head is really uneven even though I told her several times to fix it and she checked few times with me. “All looking good?” No , you need to be able to see it if it is good or not , not by asking me. I have to put my glasses on to check it then take it off to let you fix it several times. 1 Star for the hot towel.
I stopped to look on google to see if there were any opinions of the haircut saloon before I made a go- although the reviews were negative I took a shot anyways. I actually ended up getting a pretty decent hair cut and am happy that i took a chance and went to Super Cuts.All people are different, some have specific needs- dont be unrealistic.
Went for wash and cut/dry about 7 weeks ago paid 32.50! Wanted the same thing today, and after wash and cut was told that if I wanted my hair dryed/styled it will be 48.50!!!!Apparently the owner raised its prices. Guess what supercuts? You lost a customer!!!
So I went in yesterday to get my hair did, and this lovely girl with red glasses who was super sweet and down to earth did my hair I believe her name was Delicia. She did such an amazing job and I want her and her only to do my hair from now on
Not only did I have to wait in my car for 15 minutes past my appointment with 1 customer in store the hair cutter I got was very inexperienced my hair usually take 10 15 minutes tops to cut she took 45 minutes I think she just graduated from cosmetology school and hair cut was bad to boot I will not return..
It was a rainy day and hard for me to travel in a wheelchair. However I needed a haircut after being in the hospital for a better part of a year. I arrived at Supercuts with my friend Ken and was met at the door by attentive and extremely helpful Caylin. Not only did she take care of me and make me feel at ease, she made sure she gave me a bombastic haircut, one of the best if not the best cut I ever received.Thank you, Caylin. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping me feel human again. :)
Inexperienced people. Highly encourage you to look elsewhere. Showed one of the women the type of hair cut I was looking for (required strictly scissor usage), and she grabbed a low number buzzer and went 3 inches into the side of my hair......Be warned....
They did such a bad job on my hair my daughters hair .I do will not ever go back to this place .they did a hack job of a cut .

2022-05-18Most of the staff can be very friendly and kind. We had to wait over an hour for a mens haircut but we did not make an appointment ahead of time (that’s on us) so make one before you go! Small parking lot and the Starbucks next to this location is closed. The haircut came out good and didn’t take too long.

2021-12-21I had an appointment on the 21st for 10 AM. However, I had a dr’s appointment before so I called ahead and told them that I would be 5 minutes late. Got there at 10:07 & the lady told me she couldn’t take me because of me being 7 minutes late. Keep in mind there was only ONE person in the chair at the time, no other customer in the shop. Then I asked if there’s appointments available for tomorrow and she said none for the morning which I found funny because before I even booked the appointment they told me that they don’t take future appointments. Meaning if I wanted my hair done on the 21st I couldn’t call on the 19th to make the appointment. I would have to call on the 20th which is what I did. So I’m just confused on how the availability for tomorrow is practically already full when apparently the store doesn’t take future appointments. I didn’t like the customer service either. Definitely never going back to the one in Poughkeepsie.

2021-09-09I made an appointment to get my daughter’s hair wash, cut, blown out and one braid. When I got there they said they could not blow it out or do the braid because they closed at 7. It was 6pm and there was not one other person in the place! She was done with my daughter’s hair by 6:30-it would have took 10 minutes to finish it. Working in the service industry for 30 years I know that if you have to stay a little bit past closing to satisfy a customer-you do. The only reason I gave them two stars is because the girl was very nice to my daughter

2021-08-23Usually my haircuts from here are decent however I came for a wash and cut about 2 weeks ago, my hair is naturally wavy so I didnt notice it at first but when I straightened my hair I realized the lady completely butchered my hair its not even at all! I do not recommend coming here.

2021-05-27Overall just not happy. I told her I wanted something fixed in one spot before starting. Then I asked to have my hair cut shorter which she didn’t want to do. The girl said she could fix the layer by evening it out and wouldn’t need it cut shorter. Then she cut it and told me she couldn’t fix the only part I wanted to be fixed. She should have told me either A) she couldn’t do it before we started. Or B) just cut my hair shorter like I wanted! So pretty much got charged for nothing. Just overall not happy! She was friendly and all but I did not get what I wanted or paid for.

2021-05-19I had a 4:40 appointment. I walked in at 4: 41. she refused to give a shampoo because she did not have time. They closed at 7pm. I then told her I wanted shaggy/or lots of layers. ( i have long thick hair) she said we dont give layers on long hair, it will look stringy. Ok. then I said i also want bangs, which she wanted to talk me out of too!.

2020-10-25My first experience of super cuts was okay at best. The staff were nice and they would ask what type of cuts you would like and ask for any further changes. The only problem that was quite the downside was the aftermath. The cuts were inconsistent and the amount of hair that is left is absurd. I spent roughly 40 minutes trying to get rid of all the hair. Other than that, its an okay place to get a hair cut quickly and somewhat cheaply.
