The Manager Isaias took the situation into his own hands and made the difference amd fixed the job the way it should have been done. Keep up the great work Isaias.Update this year 2022 they seem to not be 5 stars anymore they just maybe got to big to fix an issue to come back to my house 3 times and dirty my siding and mess up my lawn to still have issues.Super Green has been my service and installation company for 5 years I have been extremely happy with there service and quality of craftsmanship. I recommend them for 5 stars.
I had a sprinkler system installed by Supergreen earlier this month. They did a great job, were very professional and explained the system to me in detail. I am very happy with the system and their customer service. They cleaned everything up before they left and responded quickly to any questions I had. Highly recommended.

I have used SuperGreen for about 5 years for my sprinkler and irrigation services. Ive always found their technicians and service to be one of their strongest attributes. About three years ago I replaced my aging system with a new one and I am very pleased with the professionalism and results. Each year the lawn continues to look better and better, I would definitely recommend their services.
I recently bought a house and am looking to redo our sprinkler system. I received a post card from this company to schedule a service appointment to turn on the system for the season. This company must of serviced the yard for the previous owners and I gave them a call to have them come out to service the existing system and to get a quote to redo the system. I didn’t tell the man who answered the phone I was looking to replace our system, because the phone call didn’t get that far. From the second he answered the phone, he was rude. To the point I asked him if I was inconveniencing him. He told me no, and asked, rudely why I would think so. I told him, he seemed irritated and his response to me was, sarcastically “well I love dogs.” My dog was barking in the background at an Amazon driver delivering a package. I told him I would find someone else and hung up. I’ve seen a lot, but never have I been spoken to as if I’m inconveniencing a company when looking to hire them for a service. Based off the condition of the yard of our new home due to the poor placement of the sprinkler heads (the reason for updating the system), and Yelp reviews, this companies quality of service is as poor as this guys attitude. I never post reviews, and am only posting this to hope that others will dodge the same bullet I did.

My wife and I are new home owners and proud parents of 8 month old twins. As some can imagine , we barely have time to eat a relaxing meal much less water the lawn. We researched many sprinkler companies prior to being referred to Super Green Irrigation. We found them to be a very professional company who offered the best value for their system and services. We found Isais and his team to be very patient and knowledgeable. They installed a top of the line sprinkler system with a smart controller that can be accessed from anywhere in the world and connected to the local weather system to save you water when its forecasted to rain. I accidently messed up the scheduling program in my system and Isais responded in a timely fashion keeping constant communication with me , informing me of the exact time and date he would be able to meet. He was just as patient and understanding with my wife and I as the first time, teaching us how to use the mobile app to control the system. We are very happy with our investment, our grass looks great. And we will continue to refer them to all our family and friends. Thank you !!!!! Super Green

This company was problem after problem from the very start. Stating one price, then marking it up after completed. Making appointments without contacting me then rude when I wasnt home. Double charging me for services. Tacking on fees left and right. I tried to address it with them calmly and they couldnt of been more rude. Then they disappeared and came back with a much higher invoice with no explanation. They even tried to charge me $225 for a tech to be at my house for 5 minutes and do NOTHING! Still having issues with my systems. The company is rude and unprofessional and tries to get anything they can over you. So disappointed and what a waste of money and energy!*UPDATE! The company suddenly immediately contacted me after this review was posted and is now harassing me to remove it and threatening to put me into collections when Ive already overpaid for services they never even completed. Im so shocked at their lack of professionalism its embarassing. The man wont stop blowing my phone up while I repeatedly explained I was working. Just couldnt of been a worse experience. Not to mention, as a single female I am uncomfortable that these men know where I live with how Ive been treated. Genuinely upsetting.
I have had their services for years. The are a great company. They service my sprinklers well and they handle my lawn fertilization as well as my insect issues and I am quite happy. Prices are very reasonable too. Rob there takes really good care of me
Ive used them a few times now and each time Ive had a great experience. Toni has been my first point of contact in the office. Shes always pleasant to speak with and very responsive with returning calls.My sprinkler system was very old and not working. I had a lot of broken sprinkler heads. Isais and Alex were the guys who did the repairs and set up my new WiFi Hydrawise box. They helped with programming the zones and making sure everything was in proper working order. They are polite, professional and hardworking. I highly recommend this company.
Super Green Irrigation is top notch! They installed a great in ground system with a new smart controller. If there is ever a problem, the manager is very responsive and always happy to help out. He has a great team and I highly recommend their work.
They came to install sprinklers for my lawn. Isais took the time to show me how the entire system works and made sure I understand everything before leaving. His men were super professional and quick as well. Bonus, the system works fantastically and my lawn can finally be watered not via dragging a hose and sprinkler around the yard for hours haha. I would not recommend anybody seeking professional services to contact this company. Let’s start with Deborah the “office manager “she speaks in a very condescending manner and did not even let me get a word in. Shw was anything but polite and professional. I tried to explain to her what I needed for my yard and I couldn’t even finish the sentence. I will make sure to tell everybody I know to stay away from this company. I wasn’t even able to set up an appointment I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt but Deborah made that extremely hard to the point where I just agreed with her and hung up. Luckily since this incident I have been able to find a great reputable company. Also, I was informed by a neighbor these google reviews are paid by the company. You can see yelp for the real reviews also known as “Alternative Earthcare”. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

We have been using Super Green since we moved into our home in Babylon 4 years ago. They do a great job and are always prompt and reliable during the season. The guys helped setting up my clock originally and now I can adjust myself when needed. Prices are very fair.

As a DIYer, I figured I didn’t need any assistance maintaining my sprinklers. I was 100% wrong. Making sure your system is winterized correctly is essential, and these guys maintain from the first turn on to the blowout and winterization.Also have repaired a torn line and came back the same season to inspect the integrity of the work.You don’t see too many services that offer that kind of integrity anymore. I highly recommended them for all sprinkler work.
We find that this company communicates extremely well via telephone, email, and text messaging. The young man who came to complete our fall sprinkler shut off was well mannered, friendly, and professional. We appreciate the fact that they return phone calls and email promptly, and also that they offer a special package deal if you pre-pay for the entire year. We look forward to working with them.
Ive been using SuperGreen for three years. The package service is really a nice deal. They always arrive ontime, and they charge very reasonable sprinkler repair fee. Good price with good service.
I used Supergreen for a couple of years. No issues in their service but this year I was emailed to save $30 on my annual contract if I wrote a 5 star review- not just a review, but a 5 star review. I thought that was a bit unethical instead of just asking for an honest review but for the discount, I was willing to do it. Upon emailing to move forward with the contract I was told that the discount expired and their current offer was lower (because it took me two weeks to go through the contract and respond back). They wouldn’t budge. There are way too many reputable companies out there to deal with poor customer service. We took our business elsewhere. Buyer beware, their high google reviews are inflated by asking their customers to post 5 stars for money off...

The technicians that come to the house have always been very pleasant and thorough. That is the only positive thing I can say about this company.Instead of complaining i offer a few recommendations to the company...Work with your clients to arrange services rather then giving a call the day before service is available so they dont have to cancel appointments, work,,,, life to sit and wait for technicians.Make clients aware of a possible time frame for their service. For example 8-12, 12-4, or the last stop of the day. So they dont sit all day waiting and waiting and waiting and...you get the point.Invest in good customer service representatives, it will take you far. Thats all I want to say about that!I turly enjoy the workers, managers, owners at Earth care (five stars). But am upset that they associate themselves with this company.
My system was destroyed by the company who fixed my cesspool. I contacted Supergreen through a blog i seen on how they fix broken sprinkler systems. I went through their website and they are very knowledgeable. They came right out gave me and estimate and price was good, i hired them and in 3 days I had a new system. my grass never looked better.

I’m not good at remembering everything that needs to get done in my house and they are always reminding me and quick to respond in helping with all of the information and setting up appointments to protect my house. Good customer service. You know what the bill is going be and what its for. They work with you on scheduling times that work for your schedule. Have had maintenance and repair work for the sprinklers done and trust it was done right.
SuperGreen came last fall to review the old system at our home. They recommended additional zones to cover the missing sections of both front and back lawns. They also ran a water line to our dock for our boat this season. Now, with our new zones and coverage our lawn will be as green as can be. We are super happy with supergreens service on our sprinkler system.

Horrible service! We originally booked for a weekend day, the technician showed up during the week and said it was a scheduling error. Then we re-booked for the next week, they told us we would be later in the day. We waited all day without any call. Finally once 6pm rolled around we called and they told us they would give us a call back in an hour when they found out what was going on. An hour and a half later we received no call therefore we called and were told the tech would not be coming to us and that we would have to wait until Monday to reschedule not knowing when our appointment would be. I have never experienced such horrible customer service, rather than apologizing for multiple errors on their part they instead spoke in a demeaning manner saying that we don’t understand how busy they are! I’m sorry but everyone is busy at work but that is no excuse for poor customer service and multiple scheduling errors! Will NEVER use again and would recommend to STAY AWAY!

Very bad experience. I think his name is Ron, he was not professional at all. Rude. They are not on time. my appointment deadline was 7.30 pm but they showed up 8.30 pm at night. Stay away from this company!!!
They do great service. Im always able to get through to someone on the phone whenever I need to reach them, they let me know when they are coming, and the service technicians do not push - they tell me what needs to be done now, and what can be pushed off. Overall, very satisfied.

Made an appointment with them and took the day off from work. I was told the day before the appointment they would call with a time range. Never heard from them. I called the day of the appointment to see when I could expect them. They informed me they weren’t coming. Claimed they called to reschedule and left a voicemail. I have no missed calls, and no voicemails. What a waste of a day off.
I hired them last season to make my system run properly, i just bought the house and there was some issues, they came in 48 hours and evaluated the system and found the issues and my system ran right again and they saved my lawn.
Great guys, always very service oriented, quick repair service. They serviced the system all season in 2019 when we bought the house and i am very happy with how they do business. Will continue service in 2020.

Had bad problems with sprinklers, landscaper really messed it up, i called Supergreen and they came over 2 days later and evaluated the problem, gave me an estimate, price was great they did the work next day and the system runs amazing again.

2022-05-18Four men came by early this morning (8AM) from SuperGreen Irrigation to work on putting in a new sprinkler system around my new house. I have to say that they worked very hard and didnt stop all day. When I first saw them digging up the yard, I was thinking how it was going to look like all dirt when they finished, but at the end, they put everything back and you couldnt even tell that they even slightly desturbed the grounds. They also ran into a problem with the water valve and had to hunt underground. The sprinkler system turned on and then off, and I had no water at all. They diligently kept working on it and didnt leave until it was repaired (7:50PM) and they ended up having to put in a new valve. They were friendly, curteous and hard workers. I was extremely satisfied upon the completion and now I have a wonderfully, well hidden sprinkler system for my front and back lawns which turns on automatically at 5AM every other even day. How wonderful not to have to worry about my lawn dying!I highly recomment using SuperGreen Irrigation ! They did a great job!

2022-06-08This all started out with a misleading advertisement for sprinkler system maintenance, that implied that we may have been customers with them previously. We had just moved in during the winter, so we didnt know any better, either. In any case, we ended up going with them after seeing the high Google reviews and the low pricing for the prepaid opening and closing package.The guys come over and try to turn on the system, which has 12 zones. They got through the first 4 or so and then told me they identified multiple issues. They said that there were issues with the controller and that zones 5-12 were non-functional and that only a few of them worked with the manual controls, while the rest did not receive any water at all. They claimed that there were several damaged pipes that were causing issues and would require a supervisor to come over and quote us for a new system, which they estimated would be several thousands of dollars. They told us we would receive a follow-up call. We did not receive any call.After waiting several weeks, I invited another company over to open our system. While there were indeed some issues, including a damaged pipe, the other company was able to easily repair the damage for $150, without the need for a brand new system, and everything else is now working perfectly fine.This wouldve been a 1 star review, but they had given me a refund without much difficulty, so 2 stars it is.

I havent had any issues with my sprinkler system ever since I started using them. They also offer discounts if you pre-pay, which I always take advantage of. I highly recommend them!

2022-04-29Ive been using this company since I purchased my home about 6 years ago. They are responsive and always come timely to address any concerns I have. This year they turned my system on and spent extra time replacing and moving sprinkler heads. I recently moved a fence so there was a lot to be done. They always go the extra mile and are very helpful when I ask for advice with my system.

2022-05-27I needed to repair my backyard sprinkler system as they were completely destroyed during renovation. I explained this to the sales person regarding my situation and she said that they can repair it and that the price would be about 50$ per head and 100$ per broken line and extra cost in manual labor. But in order to repair I would need to be a customer so I needed to pay about 140$ for the turn on/off service. I figured it could be about 1k to fix my backyard given what she said so I signed up. The guy came to “turn on” my system for 70$. Told me I needed a whole new system when I can clearly see the front yard was working and only had a few bad heads. They left and my turn on service has left me with no gain but a pricy estimate. They quoted me something insane for new system that I didn’t need, so I had to call other sprinkler installers. The other companies all said they would be able to just repair my sprinkler system for a fraction of the price with warranty for the work. The other companies also did the sprinkler inspection for free. I was able to get my fall blowout money back but I still lost 70$ for the price estimate that other companies do for free. Personally this whole negative review could have been avoided if the sales person was trained to be more honest about pricing as I was stressing the whole backyard system being destroyed. I don’t care if they don’t do repairs like this as I can always find another company. But to bait and switch me like this is not nice. They should really do the right thing and give me back my 70$. To the owner of this business, I will remove my bad review if you can give me a good reason why I am in the wrong here.

2022-05-28SuperGreen has made it very easy for me to feel confident about my new sprinkler system. When I had concerns about the new installation they came by to make sure that I was comfortable with the installation. They showed me the system and provided a 2 year warrantee with the system install. It has been a worry free experience and look forward to working with them in the years to come.

2022-05-27I have been using this company for almost 5 years for all of my sprinkler system needs inclusive of opening/closing and general repairs.Yesterday I had the team to my home to replace 2-3 zones with new piping and sprinkler heads, over 30 heads. Jancy and his partner were here all day. They were on time, knowledgeable of my system and lines and were totally professional when reviewing update options an overall pricing. The job was required as all of my shrubbery/small trees had to be removed in the fall when I had a new driveway and walkway installed. This created broken lines and heads.Thanks again for all of your hard work yesterday. Really appreciate all of your help maintaining my sprinkler system.
