Nobody wants to be in an emergency situation needing to ride in an ambulance, but Nate and our driver took what was a scary and stressful situation as a mother, and made me feel comfortable and peaceful on our ride to Syracuse. I am so grateful for the kindness and understanding of this crew in a time when I needed that!

Superior is a wonderful Ambulance Service who saved my life in 2015. I would not be here today unless they were there right on time when I needed a Ambulance Service the most. Thank you so much.

You truly have wonderful people that work here. The crew we had today at castle gardens were truly wonderful. Thank you so very much to them. They both were so very caring and compassionate.
