Do they ever answer their phones? I have a dual deck VCR that is having an issue and Id like to have them look at it, but the past few days Ive been trying to get them on the phone and they never answer. UPDATE: I guess I just had bad luck the times I tried to call. I did get through and the gentleman I spoke to was very nice. I brought my VCR right over for him to look at and a day or two later he called, telling me what the problem was, that he would repair it and how much it would cost. The price he quoted was very reasonable. I will update once I get the machine back but at the moment I am very pleased with their service.

My mom brought a TV that had a menu screen that kept popping up. She shows him the issues and he says $145 to replace a bulb. The TV itself worked and I dont think the bulb was the problem but okay. We bring it home and he never returned the power cord so we go back to the store and he claims we never gave him one (which we did) but he gives us another cord. We plug it in and its stuck in hdmi 1 and the remote will not turn it on or off and it wont get out of hdmi 1. So we bring it back and he plugs a DVD player into and said he fixed it because theres a picture on the screen... the picture was never the problem! He was trying to convince us it was fixed but again it was never an issue with the bulb. If I had to guess its the sensor that reads the remote but in his mind he fixed it. He didnt care to understand or troubleshoot and then tells us to come back and hell put the old bulb back in and give us a refund. So for 2 weeks weve had no TV and now we have to make another trip there for the same issue we initially brought it in for. What a crook!

Disgusting. a roach ran out of the crack of the door AS SOON as i opened it to enter his establishment for the first time. i put my tv on the counter and looked around, another roach, dead on the floor where customers stand. he must know. terrible and i can only imagine the amount of people going home with roaches in their televisions. BEWARE!!

By far the best Electronics Company in the area! I teach and manage a local public access station for a school district; so we operate with a lot of older equipment. Every time maintenance or a repair is needed I go right to Superior Electronics. Recently a twelve year old JVC master dv deck broke and I was told that the parts were discontinued. One of the techs, Chester, was able to somehow find the part needed and make the repair. Their prices are very good; I have to get a minimum of three bids before I purchase or send out any equipment for repair. They always are the lowest bidder. Its nice to have a mom and pop like store for electronics and definitely very rare.

DO NOT USE THEM! - Fixed my tv by replacing a part and 4 weeks later same problem so new part must be bad and will not replace or stand behind his work - gave him cash, mistake and tells me part should last 5 years and didnt last 5 weeks - what a rip off!

$60 haier microwave died while under warranty, got work # form haier and brought it here. they fixed it, took 6 months(?) but thats not the shops fault, I guess haier doesnt keep parts for a $60 microwave, they just assume itd be tossed, theyre wrong.anyway, superior electronics fixed it, its working fine and yes I did buy another microwave while this got fixed, just not a haier..

Took a vintage sansui cd player model x701 and was repaired by people who exceeded my expectations the service was professional no fan fare just quiet consultation and the job was done quickly and reasonably priced.

Very trustworthy and quick. Didnt try to add random parts or anything. Repaired what was broken at a fair price and fast. The repair even came with a warranty on his work.

F it gets plugged in, they can fix it. Theyll repair my guitar amp one day and my electric snow thrower the next. They give typically next day estimates on both price and time it takes to fix.
