I acquired a dee-lite record that has been barely sitting in the bin and was the first record I saw in the store. The owner regaled me with a store how he had just acquired it and brought it down from long Island. I relayed that I was about to bring this record to Austin and treat it to a soiree and let other folks revel in the analogue grooves. I definitely will definitely be back on my next journey to Brooklyn.

This is one of the best records stores I have ever been too. They carry a wide range of genres, there is an awesome New York house/ tech selection. Jazz, HipHop, Latin, underground and vintage records you can find so much. Prices are also reasonable, this place is worth a visit if you are a vinyl collector. Check it out!

Small, subterranean shop filled with used soul, R&B, hip hop, reggae, Latin, world, jazz, old techno 12 inches, and serious vinyl enthusiasts.

Dope selection of used records. Decent prices (Ive seen better, seen worse). I went late on Record Store Day (after the madness) and there was a DJ spinning in store. Dont know if thats a regular thing, but it was a really nice vibe and not too loud or distracting. Staff was cool; nice but not in your face.

Sweet little spot thats hidden amongst a lot of similar-looking buildings in this area. Watch for the red letters that indicate the store and you will find it easily. Interior of the store is decorated wonderfully, calm and safe atmosphere as well as a lively look thanks to the white walls and small neon sign which adds a flashy touch. There is a wide variety of international, jazz, techno, and I also saw quite a lot of reggae. And another positive I always seek for in a record shop, a listening station with headphones. And more than one of them! They sit in opposite ends of the store so you can have your space to listen. I gravitated towards the rock section, which resides farther to the back right corner, some great finds. AC/DC, Beatles, Eagles, and even Ray Manzarek. Lots of Rolling Stones as well. I tried them out on the listening station and they all sounded incredible, keep in mind they were second-hand records however clean and in great quality. Did not come upon any major scratches, warps, or distortions. Bought a Sting double LP record for only $8, great deal. Owner was easy to work with and friendly when I was checking out, had music playing from one of the records in the shop. Loved it here, will be coming back to dig up some more gems.
