Holy Cheese and Rice, I received a call today from Kathleen stating that she spoke with her boss and was able to reduce my current bill. I can’t express how grateful I am. Kathleen was very pleasant and helpful. I understand that the price of everything has gone up, but I had heart palpitations with my last bill. I’ve been a customer for many years and dreading the thought of searching and starting over with another supplier. Thank you both for relieving my stress, I’m a senior citizen, disabled and on a very fixed income. God bless you both and stay warm.Lee

I promise you after this refill I will be switching companies. Every single representative I talked to has been snarky, rude and unprofessional to say the least. The rude lady that took my payment and laughed at me, schedualed my first delivery way out on purpose. It’s the middle of winter, and if you don’t have a payment, they won’t fill you. They will ghost you the 7 gallons, charge you, won’t tell you the type of payment forms they take, so when you offer cash not only do that not have change, they make snarky remarks about how you’re not suppose to pay cash. After making snarky remarks about how you “can’t just get a credit card or find some form of 20 dollars?!” But when I do it’s still not good enough?!. This company is a joke and has NO customer service skills.

I have used this company for years and other than having to deal with the change of account numbers 3 different times for whatever reason, there has never been an issue. They are easy to deal with, and you can deal with them via phone, electronic, or in person. I like that they just show up fill my tanks and bill me. I pay and I set for the winter!

Every year for the past 5, these people allow my oil tank to run dry so I wake up to a 50 degree house and have to call for an emergency delivery.Ive done business with these people for 38 yers, but Ive had it. Im looking for a new oil delivery outfit so I dont have to put up with these losers any more.

They were prompt and took action after a scheduled delivery got skipped due to misunderstanding, delivery driver was experienced, professional and able to be a doble check on my pilot light for fireplace on/off function.

What a joke !!! talk about rude service.. I called because my furnace was out of oil, in a house i just bought, and was told on Wednesday they would be there on Monday. I called Monday and was told by a woman in dispatch, i dont know who told you Monday, We cant be there until Wed. or Thurs. based on a tank inspection. Also we were last priority as a new customer. I have never spoken to such a rude, ignorant human in my life. To bad people who are so unfriendly have a job dealing with the public
