Great quality products and outstanding communication. I ordered a bathroom vanity and mirror set that was unfortunately on back order from the manufacturer, even though Supremes website showed in stock. I was a bit nervous when my credit card was charged the full amount up front even though the item was going to be delayed for 3 months. However, their consistent and responses to my frequent requests for status provided me with the confidence to be patient. It all paid off in the end as I am very pleased with the quality of the Lexora vanity and the excellent packaging that protected the precious order. Supreme Kitchen and Bath did not charge shipping and their prices were unbeatable. The delays I experienced were due to the manufacturer, which I was able to independently confirm. When the matching mirror was delayed even further, I was offered a refund or an upgrade to another in stock product without additional charges. Very pleased in the end and gave 1 star short of a 5 star rating for false indication of in stock product, processing payment up front well in advance of shipping, and having to contact them for status. Otherwise, a trustworthy seller with great products.

Terrible experience! Stay away from doing business with this company! Read reviews as there are many, many experiences of very poor customer service. Also many instances of the company trying to charge additional money after the transaction was complete. That was my experience.I placed an order for a Fresca Shower Panel that was advertised on their website for $455.99. The website fully processed the order at this price, charged my credit card, and I was notified that the order was ready to be shipped.The next day I received an email from the company indicating an error in the price and requesting an additional $100. I replied indicating that O felt that was terrible business and seemed a bit like a scam. I found it interesting that the amount was exactly $100 and they wanted me to pay with PayPal.After explaining to them that I only planned on paying their advertised price listed on their website, I included a screenshot showing the price I had purchased at, they notified me they were canceling my order.It was only then that I went in search of reviews and see that this situation is very common practice for this company. Many people have experienced the same issue. They advertise a lower price, and then try to charge you more after the order processes. I would definitely avoid! Take some time to read reviews before placing an order.

Supreme Kitchen and Bath went out of their way to help us find a vanity in stock for our bathroom remodeling. We needed a specific size and Toba found exactly what we wanted. It arrived on time and was very well packed. They did a great job.

IF i COULD USE A NEGATIVE STAR i WOULD......I was on their website a month ago and saw an item I wanted and a fair shipping I go back to the same items and the shipping charges went from $40.00 to $140.I e-mail back to their customer service people and was told they would not honor there own website to this I found a better place to by from, same price for the item and they match the shipping.if a business cant take care of their own website,or their customers thanI dont trust them.....stay away from this company,you run the risk.

I ordered 2 faucets which erroneously got delivered to the store instead of my house. After calling up to inquire about the missing faucets I was told about the error but was told they would be coming soon. Eventually, a day after the date I was given, the faucets arrived. The next day my plumber came to install them and the first faucet didn’t work on instillation. I called the store to return both faucets because I didn’t want to invest more money in the instillation of a defective product. The man I spoke to refused to guarantee a refund because the faucet was opened and he was vague about the ability to return anything. It didn’t work!!!! A day after delivery I would think a customer should be able to return a product. It was NOT a sale item. I bought it in good faith. I still have to pay the plumber even though the faucet was defective!!! If I could give a “0” rating I would. Terrrible company to deal with!!!

Ordered a vanity from supreme, upon opening the top of the vanity was cracked, chipped and the bottom has some chips in it as well. Not only could they not get me a new vanity for weeks there was zero urgency in the matter. I was promised a refund and months later there’s been no refund and they refuse to refund my money. A returning customer who’s bought entire kitchens from them I’ll never do business with them again.

Don’t even bother. They will charge you before they even have a shipping label. Waited too long for too little results. All just for faucet. Talked to 4 different people who clearly were not all on the same page. Quick to give the refund though. Very unorganized.

If it was possible to give this company a zero I would. Ordered a product and after a week I received an email saying shipping would be $450.00 on top of my order even though shipping was included in original order. No effort made to help or provide a solution. Would NOT recommend.

Going Above and BeyondWe just want to express our gratitude from the bottom of our heart for the help and customer service this company has shown. We are new to Brooklyn, and are working hard trying to put our house together. Supreme Kitchen & Bath has been so helpful to make this happen for us. We absolutely love the quality of the kitchen cabinets that we ordered from them. It is the customer service, though, that has truly pushed this company above the rest. After being in their showroom for a short while, I knew I’m in the right place. We also got our sinks and faucets here, and they look just beautiful. I will be recommending Supreme Kitchen & Bath to everyone I know, and I look forward to doing more business with them for the rest of our home, when we’ll renovate our bathroom.

Terrible service. Ordered a sink that was on back order, then they changed the delivery date (I had to follow up with them, no proactive communication). Then, they also mentioned that I was lucky to keep the price since they had since upped the price for the sink from when I purchased. Very rude, poor communication, wont be working with them again.
