I was here a week ago with a friend who wanted to purchase something from swarovski , everything was great until this worker starting to be rude, at first since the store is small as a worker needed to be more mindful of the space, so i was at the corner looking at this special piece with my friend this worker came over kinda pulled the draw open the say excuse me then ok i walked away to the middle of the aisle of the store with more room so instead of blocking this the space mean while looking at other items the same worker walked pass me PUSHED my shopping bag away with out saying excuse me this time , then AGAIN AND AGAIN Total of 4 times, didnt say Excuse me so i kindly ask her MAam you dont need to push me away 4 times with out saying Excuse me , beside you can say EXCUSE ME and i would move out the way for you. she didnt say anything beside making fun of me with her client and laugh at me. now i went to other worker and ask for a manager , mean while i was waiting for the manager she keep yelling at me from the other side of the store i didnt really hear what she was saying because it was nosy untill the manager came out she still yelling at me, thats totally unacceptable from retail / customer service field, as for my self i been in customer service for many years i would never yell back at any customer or push them away from blocking my way or such this service needed to be adjust this is why some customer doesnt like to shop in store is due to service like this. and this is why lot of company is going out of business due to this type of service i am not saying customer is always right but it need to have a good manner and respectful service to all customer .

2022-02-21Felicity is THE BEST. I was looking for a specific bracelet back in November. She called another store near the area hoping they would have one, after they didn’t she wrote my info down and told me she’s call when they got some in. It’s now February and she called me to tell me that she got some of the bracelets in. I was blown away. She truly cares for her costumers & does a great job showing it. Thank you thank you thank you!!! 10 stars for felicity alone!

2021-11-27I visited this store to purchase a few things on Black Friday. I spotted a beautiful bracelet and tried it on. I was waiting for my fiancé who was across the store to show him the bracelet when a sales associate asked me to put the bracelet back. I asked her if we werent allowed to try on the merchandise and she replied we were but other customers need to see the bracelet. There were no other customers requesting to see it. I brought this up to a store manager who assured me she would handle it. She was so wonderful in her response.I wasnt going to post anything until I saw another review of someone being profiled and thats how I felt about the situation today. Black Friday is crazy busy but this lady insisted on following me around and staying in the area while not even asking if I was looking for anything. She just pretended to organize things and watch what I was doing. I felt super uncomfortable and wanted to leave the store asap because of her.

2020-10-10We were helped by Karma who was the worst sales person Ive encountered. Extremely pushy, and when I opted for something less expensive, she said No no, that is older, not good.She also kept asking where I am from after I told her New York at least 3 times in our horrible time with her.

2020-10-23Worker yelled at me to shut the door and lock it, so they didnt hit capacity. Then followed me, my wife and my daughter around the tiny store, without even asking if we needed help. Shame on you.

2020-07-28Was in this store today. My cousins wanted an evil eye ring and they showed us both then misplaced one so one of them couldn’t buy it. Besides the fact of them losing it, she didn’t even approach her to let her know, we had to go up to her and ask if she found it. Extremely unprofessional, if you’re looking for an item you should let a customer know if you have it or not.
