I work by the WTC and there are a lot of options for dine in and takeout. Its always a rush everywhere esp during lunch. I like this place because they dont rush me to pick out my toppings like other places. When i walk in the employees are cool and Louis is great not just with me but other customers as well.
Went here for the first time and was greeted nicely by Justin. He was very helpful in informing me about the menu and prepared my bowl real quick. The bowl was exceptional and Justin did a great job.
The food is awesome. The spicy mayo over the chicken is a must. The cashier Marie is also one of the best in terms of service and hygiene. If your a New Yorker and you love eating Heath this is a place to go.
I love coming here because they really take the time with each customer. Juliette takes the time to make my salmon with no sauce or sesame seeds (because of allergies) . I still get the bowl super fast though !
This restaurant is always clean! The poke options are delicious! Their service is super quick. I have ate at WTC SweetCatch 3 times now since moving offices usually I eat at maiden lane SweetCatch. Shakur the cashier has serviced me 2 out of 3 times I’ve come. he’s super sweet, he’s Quick and there were so many people waiting online after me he was so calm under pressure He was the only worker in the front and he kept things moving! Service like this really makes a difference!
Came in to check it out and didn’t expect to be leaving with a great meal. Surprised to see I found a bowl that matched everything including taste and nutrients in a meal thanks to Juliette. Definitely will be back for more. Great customer service and delicious food.
First time here and Louis offered me BYO with Yuzu chill salmon and it was the best bowl I ate. Louis was patient and made me feel welcome when I was at the store. Will come again. :)
Best Poke in Manhattan and they have FIVE locations all throughout the city! It’s a must try if you haven’t already! Amazing lunch spot for fast healthy lunch! Love the marinated fresh poke and delicious toppings! SO GOOD!
I have been coming here more than 2 months for my lunch. Usually, its always a rush hour when i come in and the lines are long. My man louis greets me and hooks me up with my go to bowl (blazing tuna) quickly without rushing me. He is efficient and quick on the line.
Had a friend tell about this place so I decided to try it out, had trouble choosing a meal and Juliette (who was kind enough to share her name) offered the classic hawaiian tuna poke, I loved the food and service was great! Definitely coming back and 10/10 would recommend.
I really enjoy coming here, especially because it’s only a few blocks away from the college I attend. Super convenient! Great Service and Staff! I always feel welcomed, especially by this super friendly and charismatic staff member names Louis.
Being a vegetarian its hard for me to find a decent poke place that tastes good. I had the tofu bowl with wonton crisps on top which was affordable and also gluten free. Louis hooked me up with some extra sauce and now i cannot get enough of their bowl.
Decided to try something a little out of my comfort zone today and it paid off! I did a byo with Hawaiian tuna and it was delish. The service wAs great, Juliette helped me create a great bowl that paired well together. Was a little pricy in my opinion though

I don’t usually do reviews unless they are negative BUTTTTT I had to express my feelings on this. I’m a very picky eater and I don’t go into places that I’ve never been or a place where someone hasn’t told me to go try but I was starving I went in and let me just say I highly recommend it. Juliette was amazing and helped me find a dish that fits my needs ... AMAZING THAT IS ALL I CAN SAY.
It was my first time here and nice young man named Justin welcomed me and made me feel at home. Food service was great, Justin gave me some good recommendations for what food to pick when i had asked for some. 15/10 would come here again.
Our first visit was shaky, but Hoda from Sweetcatch quickly reached out, and they addressed some of the issues we had with wait times, made us really happy. We returned and all was quick, smooth and delicious! :)
Poke bowls are affordable and proportionate! Really like the vibes and playlist they play. Its chill and Louis is easygoing and i dig his vibe too. Its always chill to get food here.

Hello!!! Everyone today I had a wonderful experience and really felt appreciated today. After leaving work a hard day on job I was heading home, and made stop at one of my favorite spots now in the World Trade Center. For reason such as this I was walking in when I was greeted by a very professional and informative individual by the name of Nashan. He admittedly knew my order, and what I would be having tonight. He addressed me by name saying Trinton big kahuna tonight I was overwhelmed with shocked. Things like this would make a customers come back again and again on top of that the Sushi is fresh and amazing.
Just stopped by this store from work. Had no idea about it but now it’s going to be my go-to. The cashier, Juliette was super patient and helped me pick a bowl. The service and food was EXCELLENT!

I was currently hungry and I stumbled on a place called sweet catch poke so I decided to see what they had to offer and to my surprise they sell sushi which is one of my favorite things to eat when I went in I was greeted by a very professional and amazing gentleman by the name of Nashawn he offered me a crab salad and I was very hesitant at first but he rest assured me that it would be one of the best salads I’ve ever had and boy was he right I enjoyed it so much that I took some home to my roommate and now she’s in love with it we’re going on a date tomorrow just for the amazing customer service and wonderful salad I can’t stressed how much of a woderful person Nashawn was he really introduced me to such a amazing salad which I can’t stop thinking about.

2020-03-05I love poke and i love this place! The way Louis arranged my bowl was aesthetically pleasing and the colors of the food complimented each other. Also, they have really cool tie dye t-shirts available for purchase. Must check this place out!

2020-03-05Earlier today was the 1st time I ever tried a Poke Bowl. The Blazing Tuna Bowl is now favorite. It was absolutely delicious and the young man named Louis that served me the bowl was very respectful and explained the dish very well. I was left very satisfied and will definitely return!

2020-03-05I am skeptical of trying new poke places because it isnt up to the standard taste. When my friend recommended this place, i was still unsure. My cashier Luis was friendly and explained the ingredients despite being busy during the rush. I tried their Classic Hawaiian Tuna which had a sweet sesame soy marinade and it was to die for. Will be back for more when i am in the area!

2020-02-25I come here often to get the Big Kahuna. Juliette already knows I like the Garlic Crisps and Kelp noodles added ! She is super friendly and has a great personality as a worker. I would highly recommend others to go to Sweetcatch Poke. Thanks to this place!!!!!

I was fully explained the bowl, and even had a chat with the cashier who I found out to be named Juliette. My food was so delicious and I was even offered some additional sauces for the bowl. I’m telling all my coworkers about this place !

The cashier’s name is Shakur, he made me laugh and feel comfortable! He joked with me and encouraged me to get what i like and that i should try something new! if you feel the need for a pick me up and some good food. Take a trip to sweet catch poke! Meet Shakur and enjoy the positive uplifting vibes he brings. This was my first time, and i will definitely come back and that is a promise!
