sweetgreen in other cities:
1.) We found a bug in our food.2.) There was a gigantic table with someone eating so we figured we could eat there. AFTER we paid the told us we can only take the food for to go. We wouldnt have eaten there if they had told us upfront.3.) We ordered for a specific bowl and asked them to skip the spicy sunflower seeds because we cant eat spicy. They skipped the seeds but added very spicy dressing without telling us.
While the quality of food is great and even through the staff is trying really hard they need to be somewhat more coordinated. Went during lunch, which is pretty busy for them and they still did a pretty good job. Just found the place to be really overpriced even compared to similar places like Cava less than half a block away
Food is always good but the employees clearly need better training. They messed up our salads multiple times and had to correct them ourselves. Waiting 15 minutes while the store is empty is inexcusable. I get that the worker can be new but if you’re going to take your time, just get it right at least. Sweetgreen has gotten worse over the years.
Can’t believe I didn’t know about this place! Tried the Harvest Bowl and it was so delicious! I can tell it is made with healthy ingredients because I felt so good after eating it. Addi and Indie helped me and they were incredibly friendly and positive. Their attitude and energy made the meal so much more enjoyable. I’d recommend this place to anyone!
I understand mistakes happen during a pandemic. This is a fault of the sweetgreen application and the sweetgreen customer service team more than the location. After choosing a pickup time on the application, my food wasnt ready for an 45 minutes. I waited for this food in a crowd of other angry guests who were also waiting for their food, during this pandemic. When I finally received my food, because of how swamped the location was, it was understandably completely wrong and largely inedible.I reached out to the customer experience team roughly five times over the course of 2 weeks, simply for a refund for an awful experience with inedible food. I received first a spend $25 to save $5 coupon, which after further emails explaining my issue, they added on a $15 coupon. $15 was not even a third of what my meal cost.I understand mistakes happen, especially during a pandemic. Every other restaurant Ive been to during this pandemic has made the issue right as best they could. If you care at all about customer experience, and you care at all that a restaurant appreciates your business, do not go to sweetgreen.
Im generally not a fan of salads in restaurants and believe that I shouldnt waste money on food I can make at home. But the salads here are definitely worth every penny! Whether you customize or get something straight off of the menu, its all fresh and tasty. Recommended!
Decent salads... if you get there before 11:30am. When the lunch rush hits, the quality drops. Theyll miss ingredients, miss bread, over or under dress, and youll be lucky to end up with something thats worth the $12 you just paid.If you get there before the lunch rush? So pleasant.
The salads taste good. They also have delicious drinks that you can refill as many times as you want. Dont bring the salads to your house/hotel room if you didnt finish it. Your room will smell like salad dressing within a few hours! I dont think many people will have a problem with finishing their salads though, they are delicious. This place is spotless and has friendly staff.
I came here recommended by a friend and couldnt be more satisfied with the salad I bought. They have excellent quality ingredients and the flavor was unbelievable. The quantity is also very generous and you can see how they are preparing it and tell them if you want something specific. I am not a fan of salads usually and I still loved this place. The only downside is that some of the staff were a bit rude and I felt completely ignored until one of them decided to actually talk to me (they didnt even say Good evening when I said it to them). All to be said, that the person that assisted me at the end was actually polite.I would definitely come back but try to take away so I dont need to deal too much with some of the staff.
I went there today and instantly fell in love with this place.- The ambiance is phenomenal. Everyone here is so energetic both customers and the servers. Place is clean, decor is simple yet rich.- The servers are always smiling. Real smiles not the fake ones. They are compliant even when busy and you can feel free to ask for their opinion on what to pick.- Out of all of this, food is the main attraction here. There are a good set of great options to pick from. Every ingredient tastes fantastic. I got the Warm Harvest Bowl but switched the apples for broccoli and the vinaigrette for pesto and crushed pepper. Lets just say I forgot I ordered a salad.- The price of the meal a bit more than I was expecting. A bit over 13 dollars including tax. Portion wise though it was a enough for me. I am a bit guy and I eat a bit more than most people. I wouldnt say I was filled but it was as much as I should be eating ideally. I would expect around 11 bucks but cant be too choosy.
Got the stomach flu or maybe food poisoning, not sure which, a day after eating from here. Only place I’ve eaten out at in months, I always cook my own food but want traveling and figured this would be a great option. Going back to look at previous reviews and see people have found bugs in their food from this location. I don’t recall seeing bugs, but that leads me to really think the food here was contaminated and caused my illness. Definitely will not be going back here.
A great fresh salad with some uncommon options you cant get everywhere else. The portions are generous but you do pay a bit of a premium for what you get. I highly recommend the chicken pesto parm as a go to. The only down side is that the lines get to be pretty long, and at that rather slow, so be prepared to stand outside for at least a brief stint.
The service here is a joke. No one here gives AF. The last girl that helped me was so rude and gave me a hard time for substituting feta for Parmesan in my salad - and then didn’t even put Parmesan in my salad 🙄. They are VERY slow here, hence the long lines. Salads are too expensive but I still go here once in a while because fidi food options can be limited. Most salads are kinda bland...Update: went to get a salad Sunday night. Three people in front of me. Waited...and waited...and waited. Line built...Then I was up...and they started making all the pick up orders. I walked out. Never going to wall st sweetgreen again because they’re so dumb, rude and slow.Where’s management at?!?!
Its a place where you place your order at a counter then walk along with the worker who is putting stuff in your bowl. It wasnt especially busy, but the people working there seemed determined to make sure that everyone waited the same as if it was packed with customers. When someone could finally be bothered to help me, they waited until they had almost finished preparing my order before letting me know that the main ingredient wasnt there.
My go to is the Warm Harvest Bowl, but because I don’t like the almonds that come with it i replace it with the broccoli which creates a much more pleasurable experience for your mouth! This is a nice location ; floor to ceiling windows and if you’re lucky and come during down time you can face away from the inside of the restaurant and face the street where you’ll see people from all walks of life walking past! I was never a kale fan until I ate at sweet green, and every location I’ve been so so far has been a pleasant experience.
Tried sweetgreen earlier this summer and loved their Kale caesar with added spicy broccoli. Even with the snow, I was craving their salad and made the trek out there. Very good and clean spot, easy to find. Docked a star because their house beverage, Jasmine Green Iced tea was not good.
This is a review for the (67 Wall StNew York, NY 10005) location. This place is a garbage dump filled with rude and incompetent employees. The service was terrible. They acted as if theyre being bothered when I asked for bread for my salad. This is what happens to a business when there is no manager on site, or worst, a manager that just doesnt care. Im not sure which it is.
Salads are OK but over hyped. There are other good places to get salad nearby. If the salad includes something and they dont have it readily available, they will just not include it and still charge the whole price. Also, they will sometimes charge for a more expensive item and they will not change it to reflect the actual price
Sweetgreen is my go to place for salads in the FiDi area. The salads are delicious and the portions are generous. Theres usually a long line around noon but it moves fast. Go early or after the lunch rush if you cant wait 10-15 minutes. I knocked down a star because it is a bit pricey and also I would like them to rotate the signature salads more often. Note: they dont accept cash.
This sweetgreen location has a lot of seating but unfortunately, the staff isnt the most accommodating. When placing my order, it was as if I was inconveniencing the server. I understand the stresses of this role but the passive aggressive behavior needs to take a backseat.
I have walked by this location a few times during lunch hours, and their line is out the door! They get credit for moving the line very quickly. I chose to come at an off-peak time, around 4:30 pm on a Wednesday. They have lots of options for salads, including a build your own salad or a watermelon and feta salad. All menu items are purported as organic, local, etc. My kale Caesar salad with chicken was very tasty - I was loving the parmesan crisps!A great place for lunch, but during the late afternoon they were clearly exhausted. 2 large groups of Sweetgreen employees were having meetings - 1 group of 6, 1 group of 10. It seemed they were having a debrief but it also seemed like they were just hanging out. Not a big deal, just an observation.
If you wanna eat overpriced veggies this is just the place for you! For $14 you can have a bunch of different leaves that taste horrible but somehow you convince yourself that because its $14 it must be healthy. If you ever make the mistake of ordering take out, you are in for a difficult eating session. They dont mix the salad of you order a take out.
Popped in here for lunch over the weekend. Sweetgreen makes very healthy meals at lightning speed. Everything is fresh. I got a bowl, with quinoa and some greens, topped of with chicken and a spicy cashew dressing. Service is good too. They get you in and out quickly - great spot for a quick lunch.
I didnt realise that this place was cashless and I didnt have my card on me when it was time to pay after my meal had been prepared. They gave it to me anyways. I will be back again regularly to continue to eat here except this time with my card! Great staff and nutritious meal!
Salad is good but the serving and portion is really not generous, 3 pieces of brocolli for 1 serving, service is slow, different person different serving, definitely not coming back here, i dont wanna end up paying 20 dollar for a salad just because they short my portion. Im here to eat, not to beg for food.
Its sad that I have to write this review because I really enjoyed the salad..... But I went there a month ago and got a salad. They dont take cash which is weird but whatever I used my card. The girl behind the counter was helping another woman and I was waiting to pay and then she turned to me and said ok I can help you. I said to her I got the one salad (the woman in front of me who hadnt paid yet got 3 salads) so I just wanted to remind her just incase she got confused and she said yea I know. Then a second after she swipes my card she says oh no then tells me how she made a mistake charged me $40 for the womans order in front of me. So ok human error even though I reminded her....its ok. Then a manager comes over and Im standing there for 5 min and I was like Can I please have a refund? And then the guy said they cant do refunds there and I had to write down all of my info so they could have it done by headquarters or something. I was in a rush so I was a little annoyed but I said fine and wrote it down. He said he would get back to me that day with an email and I would refunded within 24 hrs.......48 hrs passes and I try calling and I cant get in touch... So I went there and they told me it was going to take a little longer and they have me on a list. And I called my bank and tried to make a claim to get my money back and that didnt work. So now it is a month later and I paid $40 for a $10 salad. :/
Who doesn’t love SweetGreen ? Always creative (these ain’t your boring salad), always eco-friendly (if you didn’t know EVERYTHING is compostable), always pretty friendly team (who sport fun bandanas and hatsLine moves fast but you can also order ahead with their app (which has a pretty cool / simple rewards program).Place is roomy and inviting. You want to sit down here.Keep it up SG as I am a forever fan.
Fast service for walking customers only, not for uber eats delivery person, not all the time but sometimes when they see you and you are from uber eats just ignore you and continue serving walking customers they need to treat us same way, even today I canceled 2 orders at 67 wall street.

2022-05-23Like finer dining for salads, many choices and warm and cold ingredients well crafted. Easy and fun ordering through the app to peruse the various choices and easy pickup on a large shelf!Recommend the roasted tofu, kale, and wild rice...maybe the raw beets is not my taste.

2022-06-26Usually sweetgreen is a great place for a tasty salad but they really didnt do well this time around. They skipped over me twice in line, had undercooked rice in my bowl and I found two chicken bones which Im glad I didnt choke or bit into. Hopefully they can improve next time.

2022-05-23The speed of this store is really slow. I really dont know how to open it. It takes a long time to open it on Wall Street. It takes too long to wait. I really want to learn from the 127 count Street in Brooklyn. I used to be in the living room of Brooklyn for 10 minutes, up to 15 minutes, and I got the warehouse. This manager is really going to change. This manager is going to change what kind of mind he doesnt know.If this operation goes on, the store will be closed. The store will be closed for 40 minutes. I didnt even get the order. I waited for 40 minutes and I didnt even get the order.

2022-06-27I absolutely love sweetgreen. But this was by far the most unsanitary meal I ever ate. First of all the manager has a nasty attitude. And second of all I found a hair in my salad …. Imagine someone being rude to you and then finding there hair in my salad 2/10.

2021-05-12The kale Caesar salad was very good, the croutons were particularly good. They don’t skimp on portions. The ladies working there were very nice too!

2022-06-09They basically put nothing in your bowl, and pretend it’s because they made the bowls smaller, which makes no sense because if the bowl is smaller, then the food should actually look like it’s more than when the bowl was bigger. So basically they’re also liars.

2022-01-16Sweetgreen at Wall St, always makes me feel at home. The morning ladies are so sweet! Teisha and April always make my day. They already know my customized order and are super efficient when on a time crunch. Because of the great service and the delicious food I keep going back.I usually get a Quinoa and spinach base with tomatoes, lentils, chickpeas and tofu (other times chicken) with the Miso Sesame dressing, and it is yummmmmmmmy!!!!!!!
