I love sweet greens... I REALLY love it. i go almost 4-5 times a week. I normally go to the one in the west village (its amazing and every single employee is wonderful). I live in Tribeca and sometimes go to this one on Greenwich. IT IS BEYOND AWFUL. every single time i go the people have horrid attitudes and literally could CARE LESS about ur salad. no matter who you get.. you are in for a nightmare. RIP GREENWICH
I didn’t have a great salad. Rice was much too crunchy. Wasn’t very pleasant.
Awesome, fresh food. Good prices. Both meat & vegan options. Tons of gluten free choices, too. Only gripe is no chairs. They just have barstools. Easy walk from #1 train.
Good salad, but being refused a cup of water and asked to pay $2.75 for some bs designer tap water. Really? Pretty sure you have to serve water if asked, especially if youre a paying customer already dropping $30 for 2 salads.
With the lines here Im surprised there arent more reviews.I order online and pickup (best to go 15 minutes after your requested pickup time) is always easy.The staff (shout out to Diamond and Shanice) are lovely lovely lovely.The salad ingredients are great and Sweetgreen is RAISING the bar in a market where salads are a dime a dozen. #BroccoliLeaves!The customization of salads is BRILLIANT and you also get $10 for every $100 you spend via LevelUp (LevelUps Customer Service is top notch as well).
Express Salad Bowl Spot. Extensive greens on the menu with options of different proteins vegetables and carbs. Prepay online when you order and skip the line. Go straight to the pickup spot and find your name. Sometimes out of certain items that are available on the online ordering.
Absolutely incredible place!guys were just amazing! I just cant describe with words what an amazing service and customer service they have the salad is delicious!will definitely come back and furthermore unlike any other places these guys will take good care of you !
This sweetgreen is consistently terrible at orders for pickup. They frequently forget ingredients in my orders, especially the protein which is the nose expensive add on. They are also very slow.
Can’t stand the amount of plastic waste here, it’s disgusting. They should teach their infantile customer base (mostly out of touch banker bros who smell like cheap cologne and wear boot cut jeans that drag underneath their Aldo shoes & ladette’s) how to grow up and bring their own cutlery and containers to work. Instead they just keep feeding the Citi Bank horde mock health food & plastic.Also, card only is discriminatory.
The food is just as I remember when living in DC! So good! Staff is super friendly but Alethia (hope i spelled her name right!) is ESPECIALLY awesome!!!!

Despite the appearance of a long line, the staff is incredibly efficient in the way they move. If you go without ordering online first, you can probably make it through the line in 10 minutes, which considering the wait often is out the door and down the street is incredibly fast.
Theres a great choice of fresh and healthy salads here (my personal favorite is the Guacamole Greens). And even a daunting line moves quickly thanks to incredibly efficient, friendly, and personable employees!
Always a long line on weekday lunch hours but mobile order/pick up is easy and convenient. Never had any issues with my order accuracy here!
I usually go there almost everyday. But the service is getting worse and worse. Today, a young lady treated me with a very bad attitude. She doesnt care the work at all. When she blended the food, she dropped half of the cheese. Another girl reminded her that, she just replied, it doesnt matter. Of course, it doesnt matter to you, but I am counting calorie intake. It matters to me!
Line out the door at lunch and service rather slow. But its Sweetgreen and their salads are always delicious, but VERY expensive!

Went in this morning to buy a salad and the woman behind the counter was talking bad about white people. When I was ready to order, she told me that I could wait a minute and that she would help me when she is finished talking. She was rude and because of her I would never patronize this store again. It is sad, because the food isnt bad, but not worth going in and feeling uncomfortable because of a workers behavior she should be fired shes a racist
Quality has been going down the last few months. Used to be our go to spot in the neighborhood. It’s kinda messy now, slow, and lacking some ingredients. They just said they were closing at 8pm and ran out of chicken.Going to Digg Inn

A victim of their own success. Lines are out of control. Ordering ahead is often worse than hopping in line because of the chaos.That said, these are the best salads Ive ever had.

I hope your stomach can stand it because mines didnt I was spitting up 10 minutes after I ate and I sat on the bathroom for 24 hours the only good thing is I lost 15 pounds the bad thing was I didnt need to lose 15 lb so thank you for the food poisoning have a great day
Great salads, but it seems like ever since they announced their most recent investor funding, the portions have gotten smaller! They no longer fill the bowl up to the top :(

This place is a solid option. Salads are made correct about 90 percent of the time. No tortilla chips in a taco salad? No bueno. Otherwise solid.
Compared to the other location, this one is the best. The staff always have your order ready and correct. Theres never any wait time or misunderstanding. They are very professional.
I could understand a pricy $6 or $7 salad if it was sizable but TWELVE DOLLARS for a TINY salad with a tiny bit of goat cheese and peach and a few pieces of lettuce. RIPPOFF
The line moves fast and its still a shorter wait here than at other Sweetgreens in the city. Order off the seasonal menu as often as you can.
Cant order in store. you will be told to download the app and even then have to wait after your order is placed (~30-45 mins) even though youre in store.
Came in on a Sunday at 2pm. Waited 15 minutes to get my order with no one else in the place. About 8 employees doing nothing and having fun while I waited.
This one is an authentic Korean Kukbab restaurant. This restaurant serves only tow menu: Kukbab and Janchi noodle, but mostly Kukbab is served. This Kukbab is very authentic beef Kukbab I highly recomend. Egg fry is additional delight.

They dont pay overtime, they dont give their employees breaks and the managers keep the tips. And the salads are mediocre.

2021-07-26This Place has a good selection of salads,… but the time it takes to make one is pathetic…. 45 mins to an hour for a chopped greens in simply pathetic,… I can go next door to WOLFGANG’s and have a three course lunch in that amount of time…. They really should consider adding more people to the staff you see a lot of people there but no movement. I bet they’re make more money if people could get their orders way more faster!!!

2020-01-23This has become one of my favorite spots for lunch. The salads are delicious. I do not mind paying 14.00 for your salads because the bowl is huge and I am so satisfied when I leave any of your locations. The staff is very friendly. This place is a must. If you have been thinking about trying this spot then please do so you will not be disappointed.

2020-10-02Sweetgreen has the best salads period, they are extremely tasty and super good for you. They prices are the same as any other restaurant but they are better tasting. At this location the staff is always so nice and keeps the store clean all the time.

2020-08-27I will never step foot in Hale N Hearty again. The staff here is impeccable. I believe the lead’s name was Lala The way she went above and beyond with me on my first visit was amazing. She assisted with downloading the app and introducing me to their new summer corn bowl salad. The price was worth it due to portion. Professional, pleasant and great. TWO THUMBS UP!

2018-07-19Great quality salad with top notch ingredients, but that doesnt come without a price. Definitely a bit more expensive than your run of the mill deli or typical salad stop, but still generally reasonable for the portion you get. The line can get pretty insane around peak lunch hours, but luckily it moves pretty quick, so even if its out the door you wont really be waiting all that long (the interior is pretty small, so not a whole lot of queueing room indoors). The warm bowls they do are an interesting and welcome healthy spin that help switch the gears up from a conventional salad if you wanted a new option to try. Definitely worth the try.

2016-04-22Another decent option in the City for lunch salads, this time offering locally sourced ingredients. The menu allows you to customize your own salad or bowl, and offers a lot of pre-made options. My personal faves are the Guacomole Greens and the Kale Caesar. During peak lunch hours, the line will be out the door, but moves fairly quickly. Staff is efficient and friendly. I advise installing the app and joining their rewards program.
