Great place for salads. We have been here a few times and have made our own. It is also near the ferry stop. Bathrooms for customers as well
I’m not sure why I bother ordering online from this location, since my order usually winds upmissing an ingredient or dressing. It’s also usually skimpier than if you went in person.In person ordering isn’t a problem. I’d boycott the place but I’ve never been so excited to eat salad.Get your online order sh*t together, Murray Hill!
Says closes at 10 every day. Was closed at 9:35. Staff was in full view and told us to go away. Hungry and upset.
I dont usually enjoy salads. I never make them myself or order them from restaurants. But the bowls they have here. Ive had several different items from their menu and theyre all delicious!
Incredibly disappointing. I paid 14 dollars for a bowl and received an order that was completely wrong. They did not include warm rice which was the base of the bowl or the red onion that I paid extra for. What I got was flavorless bowl of kale and chicken. If you are willing to pay an astronomical price for a flavorless cold bowl of greens and poor customer service that ignores your orders then I recommend ordering from here. If you intend on eating food you enjoy, find satisfying, and do not want to be ripped off, I would order from anywhere else in New York City.

Whenever I go to pick up my order its never ready, even though I have received the confirmation email that says that it is ready.
Never write reviews but felt one was needed.. ordered the hot honey chicken plate but it was nothing like what I expected: whole chicken thigh was tiny and cold, hot roasted sweet potatoes were cold, and warm quinoa was cold and clumped together as if it had been sitting out all day. It did not appear at all that this plate was made fresh- seems as if it was made hours ago. Pretty disappointing as Ive had good experiences at other sweetgreens. 2 stars is generous
This location is very attractive with high ceiling, lots of light and good seating. It does get busy at noon. The Build your own salad allows for warm quinoa, five options and a protein. I like tofu. Very nice addition to Murray Hill.
The salads are fresh and tasty. Ben is an awesome GM he runs this place smoothly and professionally. Very clean green and super healthy

Just left sweetgreen. The staff working right now seem miserable. They had extremely poor customer service skills and seemed as if they did not want to be there. I was completely dissatisfied with the quality of service and preparation of my order.
So this joint moved into the neighborhood and we decided to give it an honest try. Even ignoring that they messed up one out of our four salads, overall the meals had the taste profile of cow rejects. It gets worse -- one of us got a severe allergic reaction to whatever was in the so called food. So if you want to delude yourself and pretend that this dry cellulose torturing your palate is healthy for the rest of your body, forget it -- it tastes like garbage because it is.
It’s only 9pm, there’s a sign on the door that says “Open Everyday till 10PM”, the doors are unlocked. Why is the employees inside saying they are closed?I guess sweetgreen let’s people close the store whenever? Change the sign on the door if that’s the case. And maybe lock the doors?

So grateful for a healthy eatery in this area! So many residential apts around here that we don’t get a lot of quality restaurants. We love this place! I am lowering it a star because they have left out an ingredient twice on my order.
Sweetgreen 😍is a fantastic place for a freshly made salad. For some of us its a little pricey but well worth it for a once in a while treat.
Food is great. The workers are questionable. There is one girl there that always has an attitude. I don’t understand how she even has a job.
Had a delivery and the employee was being childish, corny and immature. Shouldnt be working with that attitude. Acting like she better than everyone else. Please you aint nothing special. Always want to act tough and with attitude because they in their work place, but wont act like that outside. Employees like that should be fired.

2021-09-10I love sweet greens! Very fresh and nice blend of leaf, vegetables and some beans. Really innovative dressings, spicy broccoli and cabbage!They are very clean and generous with the quantities. We often order lunches for our team! Really good service!

2022-06-08I went here for lunch for the first time. Had the chimichuri bowl and added beets, kale and chopped almonds. So fresh and delicious. It was a lot of food, thought I would not be able to finish it but I had to....soon good..to the last bite. Definitely will be going back.

2022-06-10You start from one end deciding and they keep on adding fresh ingredients as per your desire. Even if you do pick up one of the creations on the menu you do still get to pick the selection of some items including if you need any item to be excluded. Quite fresh and everything is compostable including the bowl and the fork. Waiting only to get served and once it starts the person is with you till your salad is prepared and handed to you. The next server handles the next customer. I went with my daughter in law who is a vegetarian and I loved my chicken hot bowl and she liked her vegetarian salad.

2022-04-22I paid $20 for a salad $3 of which I paid extra for roasted chicken. I received like 5 tiny cubes of chicken. Hardly any veggies or protein in here…Wayy too overpriced

2022-01-27Convenient salad location 34th/1st Ave. M15 SBS 34th bus stop NB. Awesome salad/quinoa bowls with seasonal selections. Good sized seating area, clean bathrooms within walking distance to East River ferry and sunset water views. Outside area also has tables and benches despite homeless squatters.

2021-10-14I love sweetgreen but this location is hit or miss. I always used to order light dressing but after a few times of getting almost no dressing and eating what tasted like bare leaves, I switched to medium. And half the time I STILL barely get enough dressing and have to try to make it work by adding olive oil at home. Also, the Cesar is one of my favorites but both times I had it at this location it was insanely salty. This is coming from someone who always adds extra salt to my food. Are they over-salting the dressing? Other sweet greens are consistently good. Don’t know what’s up with this place.
