My fiance & I came here b4 & well come again. The manager Sam is very friendly & his worker Mike is as well. Down part 4 me is no trash can in the room & curtain in bathroom should be darker so that no1 can c in from outside. Other than that I enjoyed my stay & will b back again in the future.

This is a Disgusting Dirty Filthy place for any human or animal. Sheets are re-used, rooms never cleaned, bathroom Disgusting! The Inspection Laws need to be Severely Upgraded!!!

This is NOT one of the big hotels or Motels but if your looking for something that is quiet and the people are super friendly, this is where Ya need to go.The rooms are a little outdated and defiantly has the feeling like they have slept many people over the years but the prices are defiantly affordable for what ever reason you come . The rooms have everything you need, cable plenty of heat refrigerator and microwave. I paid $50.00 a night and honestly cant beat that. I cant say enough about the owners here. They are very sweet and make you feel super welcome while your here. I would suggest this to anyone who needs a quick cheap nights sleep and a shower. If your looking for a 5 Star night sleep there is a holiday in down the road but in a jam and need a place to stay for a few nights what ever the reason, come here. You will feel welcome and like other reviews there is no slamming doors yelling outside. Its very peaceful here like your the only one at the motel. I was worried when I first stayed here thinking it was going to be people in and out all night long. I was wrong only people I see it people leaving for work in the morning and many trips to my car I have been greeted with plenty of hellos and hows things going. So again i defiantly recommend this place to anyone in a jam and need a safe warm affordable place to stay a night or a few weeks. You cant beat $50 A night....5 STARS from me just for the peace and quiet and friendly sweet lady at the front office...

The owner is nosy and motivated by money however he doesnt use that money for maintenance or updates. We were there for an extended period of time and there is a weekly rate but each week he would try to charge us more than the last. The other people staying there were also long time tenants and would intrude on our privacy. We were not there to make friends but everyone would come knocking on our door at all hours asking either to borrow various items or if we knew where ringer various drugs. The rooms were filthy and the appliances (if they worked) were incredibly outdated. When we checked in, the sheets on the beds were literally brown from previous use. The towels had stains and holes, the carpet left my bare feet or my socks black from never having been shampooed. The owner would constantly have something to say about how we did our own thing. He would say things like I do this like this, how come you do it differently?. I wound up arriving at a later date than the other person in my party and when I arrived he called me into the front office and wanted to know who I was, where I came from and what I did, asking unnecessary questions. I felt very uncomfortable staying here and when the owner tried to charge us $300 for the same room that wed been in for 3 weeks prior and for which wed paid $225 the first 2 weeks and then $250 for some reason for the 3rd week, we told him that it was unethical and, in reality, illegal to raise the price when it is clearly listed for $225 per week and we chose to go elsewhere. I do NOT recommend this motel to anyone other than someone thats into drugs and has no place else to go. Do NOT bring children here and if you do decide to stay here, be sure to bring your own sheets, towels and cleaning supplies. If I had the option to give this place negative stars it would give as many as possible. DISGUSTING on all levels.

The owner, Sammy, is a pretty nice guy. However, the hotel is old and disgusting. Nothing is up to date, there is mold and the stench of mold in every room, they have mice, and they half-ass fix everything. So many bad experiences were made here, however, Sammy did what he could to make is comfortable. Personally, I feel the place needs to be bull dozed.

HORRIBLE! Just HORRIBLE! The local city Govt stores the worst people here! Go further down the street and youll find MUCH better accommodations!
