Sydney furniture does amazing with customer service! I have always worked with Sal. Ive purchased over 6 pieces of furniture from there, and Sal always gives me a great price! No delivery fee, no assembly fee. I purchased my 2 end tables from Sydney when the NYC shutdown had just began. I waited 2 months, but as soon as New Rochelle opened back up they delivered everything next day! I highly recommend this store. You will not be disappointed!

10 years ago I purchased a place in New Rochelle & furnished it from Ashley’s furniture right in the area.I was in the market for new furniture for my bedroom & the goal was to move over my Queen bedroom set to one of my other rooms & replace it with a King set in my room. I returned back to Ashley’s furniture store to look around and also a few other stores, nothing “jumps out at me”. A friend told me to visit Sydney’s Furniture, which I didn’t even realize that I drove by the store very frequently. Upon walking into the store I was greeted by a male & female team. The names are beautiful Gina & helpful “ Sal” I had a picture in my phone of what I was looking for or close to. Sal immediately took the initiative to locate an album filled with bedroom sets and brought over to me; after looking through the album I saw what I was looking for. Ready to place my order; they remind me that due to COVID, it might take longer than normal to receive the furniture . I told them no worries; I wasn’t in a hurry as long as I receive by Thanksgiving. I left a small deposit & left the store. In a week or so I received a call from Sal stating that my furniture was in the warehouse. I was ecstatic , now I have to move out old furniture & bring over my other furniture to make space for my King Size Bedroom set. We confirmed a delivery date of Wednesday 11/11, I saw on the news that it was going to rain on my delivery date, no one wants their new furniture to be delivered in bad weather. I called Sal and asked if I could have the furniture delivery for the Tuesday instead and he gladly accommodate me. New furniture was delivered the Tuesday; and was set up by the delivery guys. No complaints; Gina & Sal are warm & friendly associates of the store. Love my new King Size Bedroom Set & now I just need to order my lamps which I’ll be returning to Sydney’s Furniture store to order them. I Highly Recommend Sydney’s Furniture Store in New Rochelle located on Main Street if you’re in the market for new furniture & ask for the Gina or Sal very warm and helpful team. Customer Service is so important!

I bought a living room set here and let me tell you those 2 sales persons Gina and Sal took care of me from beginning to end. No hustling, no gimmicks just down to earth great service. My furniture arrives in a few days and I cant wait. Gina was kind enough to include free items and while I waited for my application to be done Sal was kind enough to offer me water or coffee. Its not a big name brand store which I like cause you get treated with respect not like a sale. I am very please with both Gina and Sal and will definitely be buying my bedroom set from them. You want great service with a smile go see Gina or Sal, theyre the dynamic duo un sales.

Horrible Experience, went there to support the local community hit by the pandemic, but had to face an extremely unprofessional and horrible buying experience.Raising the price On the last day my bed by $300 on a 1500 $ bed and mattress. Will never walk in there again. Put me through utter inconveniences and lapse in my planning. Beware of “SAL” the rep. The lady who called on the phone to ask for the raise spoke as if they were doing us a favor calling last minute and hiking the price. It’s just a money making scheme!!

Do not buy anything here, I had a bad experience. I bought a bunk bed and the one who sold it to me promised me that he would give me the delivery and they would put it together. The delivery was made on the date that was not agreed and the Dominican seller, named José, was very rude and told me that soon another person would come to assemble it, that person never arrived, the days passed and nobody showed up to assemble the bunk bed, I went to the store twice to ask when they would go to assemble it and they told me, tomorrow and that tomorrow it never arrived. At the big inning, the salesman José was kind to me when I went to buy the bunk bed after he got my money, Jose was very disrespectful, rude and he told me that they would NOT go to assemble it because in the payment receipt he wrote the word FREE, according to him means NO Assembly, when before paying, he told me that the assembly was FREE. Everything was a lie, I had to assemble my bunk bed. After three weeks, I received a call from a man and he told me that they would go to assemble my bunk bed, I said DO NOT COME...I did it and he told me that because of the inconvenience I could go to the store to get a gift. I never go because NO nobody buys me with cheap gifts. What angers me is, the lie and all their furniture store workers are a liars, therefore DO NOT go to that store, DO NOT spend your money with people who DO NOT appreciate and respect the customers.

Sally is the best, he’s not only the best giving me the best prices but also he took care of my items until I got them at home!!..My bedroom is beautiful now, thanks to him!!
