I found my experience at Syracuse Hearing Solutions to be very rewarding. The people there to be sincere, glad to be there, helpful, and knowledgeable. Testing, fitting and good advice about all phases of the process... especially Dr. Anzalone.

Syracuse Hearing Solutions has a very friendly staff. The Audiologist who saw us, Dr. Erin Bagley, was wonderful to deal with and was so very helpful. She reviewed the recent hearing results from our prior Doctor of Audiology, and then provided us all the time we needed to review and test the different hearing aids available to meet our needs. She even loaned us a pair of hearing aids to take home for a more in depth test. Everyone there is much more personable and helpful than our prior hearing device provider. We definitely recommend Syracuse Hearing Solutions.
I initially went to Cosco for a hearing exam (BAD IDEA) they were able to tell me that I had hearing loss but that was it. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Nicole Anzalone as was blown away. She was patient and kind. They had very thorough test and were able to tell me where my hearing loss was coming from and multiple options to move forward. She gave me a recommendation for an ENT for genetic testing and to make sure that I had no underlying conditions that were causing my hearing loss. Dr. Nicole Anzalone is very knowledgeable and is truly an expert of her practice. I look forward to working with her throughout my hearing aid journey and I am very thankful that I was able to find her and get an appointment right away. Highly recommend!
I found Syracuse hearing solutions online .I was looking for a new hearing doctor and decided to try this one.the prices for hearing aids are a little cheaper and they seem like a much better hearing aid. they are very friendly there and I really like my hearing specialist.its a little out of my way to go there its about 40 minutes from my house but it has been well worth it.they have several different options to select from and there is no pressure when you are picking out your hearing aids .I am very happy with Syracuse hearing solutions and I would recommend anyone that has hearing issues to go there you wont be disappointed
Great service recommend you have your hearing checked every year or every other year. very professional hearing exam. friendly and caring service. you feel appreciated during your visit. Whats not to like. If you have a hearing loss, this is where to go. Ive been going here 10 years, always enjoy my visits.

If you are deaf or hard of hearing this is heaven for us. I’m telling you with my hand on the Bible that if you ain’t coming here you are wasting your time . They keep you up to date with all the latest hearing aids, they fix every problem you have that associates with your hearing aids n issues and most of all they care . They’re not about the money , they’re about the person and truly wants what’s best. Best place ever for people like myself who can’t hear . We were very impressed by the comprehensive evaluation performed by Dr. Anzalone and the logic of her analysis. She seemed well qualified to analyze and explain our hearing related difficulties and suggest some worthwhile options. I wasnt surprised to learn that in addition to her audiology training she also had an extensive background in auditory neuroscience. The office was friendly and welcoming and we highly recommend it..

My wife Susan recently was diagnosed with hearing loss. Her PCP recommended PAC to determine the problem and find a solution. We made an appointment and were delighted to find the answer to her hearing issues. PAC has the most professional, caring staff. They far exceeded our expectations and we HIGHLY recommend PAC to anyone with hearing issues. Jennifer was especially helpful in explaining the issues and offered a solution perfectly suited to Sues situation. The entire staff is professional and a pleasure to work with!

Being a first buyer of hearing aids, and with their considerable cost, my husband and I did some shopping around before meeting with Dr. Nicole Anzalone, an audiologist with Preferred Audiology Care. Dr. Anzalone conducted a very thorough assessment of my hearing needs. She first reviewed my previous hearing tests and translated my hearing loss into terms I could understand, such as difficulty hearing the voices of women and young children. Dr. Anzalone then asked me questions about my lifestyle to better understand the situations in which I would need hearing assistance. Using this information, Dr. Anzalone not only made an appropriate recommendation but also explained why the technology of this particular hearing aid was most appropriate for my hearing loss. And for comparison purposes, she then provided a second and third choice for my consideration. While other hearing aid providers used elements of this process, none were as thorough of appeared as knowledgeable as Dr. Anzalone. After my initial meeting with Dr. Anzalone, I knew my search was over. Dr. Analone truly does care for her patients!

Under the conscientious guidance and leadership of Dr. Nicole Anzalone, I have interacted with caring, knowledgeable, extremely competent individuals dedicated to helping me correct my hearing loss. A thorough assessment was done, information was provided, questions were answered, solutions were suggested and a product meeting my needs was provided. My HEARING quality of life has improved tremendously and I enjoy going to my follow-up appointments. Interacting with this friendly staff is a pleasure. 2022-04-08I met with Dr Anna and her associate to evaluate my hearing and my current hearing aids. Their professionalism was evident from the very beginning. I have been wearing hearing aids for more than 40 years and have been to enough providers to know quality evaluation when it is done. The testing was very through and it was then used to program my hearing aids for maximum performance. I was impressed with my evaluation and their knowledge of what was needed and have made arrangements for future appointments.

2022-04-14I experienced hearing loss very suddenly and was thrust into the world of hearing aids without much knowledge. I found Syracuse Hearing Solutions after almost a year of struggling to hear daily life with the hearing aids I had. My only regret is that I didnt find them sooner.. everyone is very caring and professional. My ability to function in my job and engage with people around me has improved tremendously with their knowledge! Highly recommend Syracuse Hearing Solutions.

2022-06-28Whenever there is a problem with my hearing aids, the staff goes to work to get it solved. When my aids stopped taking a charge; they persistently contacted the company to send me a replacement pair that ended up being even better than my first. When even on of those stopped taking a charge, they gave me a loaner and again the company replaced it at no extra cost.

2021-12-08Went to Hearing Solutions today for an initial visit. So impressed! As a medical person myself I can really appreciate the quality of care given by DR. ANNA. Explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and even stayed after the office hours to make sure I understood everything. So kind and caring. I strongly recommend her to anyone who may have a hearing problem! The off staff was kind, courteous and very efficient! Definitely a very good find! They were suggested by Dr Laura Woods who was also top notch! A great combination of medical staff!! Thank you Dr woods and Dr Anna!!

2021-10-08I recently was fitted for my second hearing aid with SHS. As I have had 5 years of experience using a hearing aid, I was a more knowledgeable consumer this time. In my opinion, Dr Anna Fyalkowski went above and beyond in working with me to make the best selection. I was able to trial several options and am very satisfied with the care I received and the hearing aid I purchased!
