Hands down the best mechanic shop Ive ever been to. Jimmy the Manager is so helpful and honest, and the mechanics really know their job. The prices here are a lot cheaper than going to a dealership and believe me when I tell they know how to diagnose an issue even better than the dealership. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Jimmy and his team are the best. Extremely honest, talented and pleasant. I’ve had problems with a Pathfinder that the dealer was clueless about. I brought my car to Jimmy, and he was able to fix it quickly and cheaply. They are the BEST!

I had been going to the same auto mechanic since 1986, and I stuck with them because they never told me to fix something that was not broken. They closed shop recently and I tried another recommended shop.... I went in for an inspection, they told me that the car passed but it needed brakes immediately... and tie rods. $1150.I tried t&v, they did my brakes a few hundred miles later, tie rods were fine.They never try to push a job, and they do the work when it needs to be done, not opportunisticly.Three times I brought. my car in and they solved the problem and did not change me for their time and expertise.

I normally do not like to complain but this is totally unacceptable. I brought my car in because it was overheating. There was also a pre-existing issue that they had fixed in the past regarding a loose brake line my wheel and making a loud noise. I told Jimmy that this issue was existing before it from the past. Said he was going to take care of it and also fix my fan that I need it because of the car being overheated.Jimmy call me at 1:54 and told me that he was leaving at 2pm and to pay before 2 oclock. As Im rushing there I go there I pay Jimmy told me they put a new fan and we tied the brake line that was making the light and noise. As soon as I drive off I hear a loud noise hitting the wheel. I immediately brought it back. At this time it was 2:08. Mechanic was there working on his car in the shop. I explained to him the issue he said to come back on Monday he couldnt take a look at it right now. I was really upset about that I said OK no problem Im not a mechanic but can you please take a look at it Im concerned that I may be doing damage to my car. He said that he was busy and that he had to go somewhere to meet his family he could not do this right now. I said OK no problem can I speak to the manager Jimmy. He said no hes gone for the day you would have to call him on Monday. I explain to the mechanic that this was totally unacceptable and the fact that he would not call the manager was extremely disturbing. I said to him if the place was on fire would you call your manager he said no the business next-door would call him. At this point I realize it was useless speaking to the mechanic because his customer service was definitely not up to par. I believe this will be the last time I will ever go to this auto body shop. They are more concerned about their personal life and not concerned about the customer.

Excellent! I was forced to leave the local Mavis Discount Tire and come here. Jimmy told me that I could leave my car and it would be completed by lunch. Within 40 minutes, he called me back and told me he was done. T&V Automotive Concepts will be my regular auto mechanic from now on. Excellent!!!!

This is a great place to have your car serviced. Very fast and affordable mechanical service. The shop manager, Jimmy is a really trustworthy and nice guy. They also do New York State vehicle inspections.

This place is amazing!!! Trustworthy and honest!! Jimmy knows his stuff and if the job can’t be done right away he is totally upfront about it!! I have always gotten my truck back same day!!
