Today I go to this store and a very rude black man who I thank is a racist person told me in a bad tone that nobody speaks Spanish in the store made me understand that this store is only for people who speak perfect English, so this Store is not recommended for Hispanic people. and supposedly I am one of the people that t mobile has in the ViP zone and what treatment they give to those who are according to VIP.
Went to this store today to return a brand new phone I purchased yesterday that has a malfunction and the representative named (((((ANDREW)))))gave me the run around about returning the phone and made it EXTREMELY inconvenient for me and told me to go through Apple! I had to call customer care for help to swap my phone. If I can rate this store ZERO I would. He didn’t even know what correct days the manager was in the store!
The owner is rude. The male worker tried to help 2 customers at the same time. Left me waiting. I ended up paying for a phone I never got and they just gave me the empty box with no phone. Come Christmas day I have no phone to give the person as a gift. Now they wont even give me a refund.

Andrew is the guy to go to!!!!! If I could give this store more than 5 stars I would. He went and tried to go over and beyond helping me with my phone situation. He was absolutely Amazing!!!!
This is a shady store do not go here,I returned a phone here on a cancelled line and I am still paying for it,there will be hell to pay if t-mobile doesnt fix this
Went to this location 3 times trying to get a phone that was shipped to their store and no one seemed to know what was happening or felt like working . They told me to come back the next day and the next and were very unprofessional . My father went there for me and waited 30 mins before being helped ! Unprofessional smh go to the Smithtown location , the employees at that location are outstanding and very helpful . Had to end up calling customer service and complaining to get someone to do something about my phone . Still dont have a phone at this moment and it supposedly arrived November 22nd SMFH 😡
I have always gotten expert advice and help when ever I go to Metro P C S store in theSouth Shore Mall.
I dont know what is the deal at this place, however, I went to get my grandmother a cell phone. They asked her for her social security in order to buy her a phone. They were very pushy at this place, pressing on for my grandma to give them her social security number. Years ago I was a Metro PC customer and I had a good service. I thought I would have the same at this store. DONT go there, they gossip a lot about every future client in addition to mocking them after they leave the store. I dont recommend this place go somewhere else!
This has to be the worst T-mobile store I have ever been to. They tried selling me a used galaxy s7 gold as brand new.
Just came in to return a power adapter and I had to check in and wait 25 mins

Service is excellent. Very helpful associates.
Clerk was helpful and attentive. I just didnt realize that there was a $20 upgrade fee per phone. Ive never had to pay an upgrade fee for any of the phones upgraded on my plan.
Great service, I recommend this location. They are bilingual, and they help you setting everything up.

2022-04-01Went in to get my fiancé a new phone for an upgrade and it was the most easiest process and the employees were so sweet and helpful! I highly recommend coming to this location for how caring they were and just so easy to deal with. Valeria was very helpful on helping us choose a good phone as well.

2022-04-01Amazing experience after finding out it was under new management. You see a difference in the store and how attentive all the other employees are. Jason and Oscar helped me out and they were outstanding. Everything I needed was done and even in a timely matter 😊 you guys are awesome !!

2022-04-01Just wanted to go in and out to replace a phone for our business. 3 employees were there and all 3 were on their phone and looked at me like a deer in headlights. Not welcoming at all. There was no Hi, How are you, how can I help you? They just looked at one another like whose going to take this one? ( in an empty store) I had to repeat myself 3 times the account number and it wasnt that he couldnt hear me, it was that he wasnt paying attention to me. Then he proceeded to try and sell me another line saying that it would save me money on the phone I needed but I told him 3 times that I was only there to replace a broken phone , why would I add another line? I will never come back to this store.

2022-06-12Thanks to the night crew that worked with Nick(Nicolas) . Nick was absolutely amazing he went above and beyond to help me out. Mind you I arrived to the store at 7:48pm and the mall was closing at 8pm that night. The whole process took longer he and the crew stayed until 8:50pm. Am so glad I stopped by. I highly recommend them. Gracias a Nicolas por su paciencia y por su gran sentido de humor. Y a los muchos por esperar hasta que mi transacción se terminó.

2020-12-05This store is doing some sneaky business. They are providing selective customers with the new iPhone only. I called prior to going to the store. They ask if you are upgrading or getting a new line and once you provide that they tell if they do or don’t have phones available. It’s a shame they are doing this.
