This store created a giant mess that’s taken hours of T-mobile customer service rectify, which has been ultimately escalated to their corporate fraud department. Walked in for a straightforward equipment upgrade and got hit with a large bill for extras.After leaving the store and eventually receiving my new device, I received a bill for two new devices and T-Mobile equipment protection plan. Normally, I would have been content with their explanation that it was a mistake and would be removed, but this took on a completely different air of arrogance and fraud:- Charge for Tmobile 5g home internet - they explained was automatically added because my home address was located in a “qualifying area.” Not only did they add this charge without me approving it, they did’t even bother to throw in the hotspot/router that it would have normally come with.- phone protection plan - was told t-mobile automatically adds this protection plan to new devices…..which is interesting since it’s entirely redundant with applecare and hits you with a separate charge.Luckily, corporate customer service couldn’t find any signed documentation for the services and removed them before the 14 day period. I’d made a trip to the store before reaching out to corporate where the manager Sophia and original salesman Daniel “made an attempt” to rectify, but 48 hours after when the update would be live, the bill didn’t reflect any chances. Avoid at all costs if you don’t enjoy bouncing around for hours of customer service call times.
It is my first time being at a T-Mobile place since I am a Sprint customer. They were so helpful and informative. I even got an extra free phone and had no idea what a great offer they provided us. They made us feel comfortable and at ease with the process now that it was a bit different than what we are used to at Sprint. Would recommend to everyone!
Remo and Shah were extremely knowledgeable, patient, organized and helpful in every way. They were highly motivated to support us with a number of issues- some of which were too complicated for technicians over the phone or even at other stores we went to. I will definitely return here to make purchases, seek support and update phones. They went above and beyond, answering all of our questions and helping us with multiple things at once. These guys deserve every compliment one can think of!
I had a wonderful experience with Shah and Remo. I spent 4 hours on a call with off shore customer service and at the end of the call, my phone did not work at all, nor did my old phone. Within 1 hour, these two exceptional technicians repaired my issue and also activated my daughter’s phone. Their customer service and professionalism is above and beyond!!!!
This place is very unprofessional. Was told I was incorrect when when I explained a deal that customer service told me about earlier in the day. The in store representative told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and that deal does not exist. They acted like they were giving me a very good deal. Meanwhile the deal I was told over the phone does exist and after speaking with customer service again they cut my bill in half giving me the deal I was told didn’t exist in store. I was told I wouldn’t owe any until the next billing cycle, meanwhile when I woke up the next day I was billed 16 dollars. The one who helped us the man giving orders from back should not be in customer service and should seek other work so they don’t screw over other people in the future. If I were to give a proper star rating it would be -5 stars. Never coming back here
I’m changing my review from 5 stars to 1. The people who work here tried to cheat me and my wife out of a lot of money. At first I thought they gave us the best deal that they could at the time. Luckily my wife, who spoke to sprint/t-mobile earlier in the day, doesn’t take any nonsense. After speaking to sprint/t-mobile customer service again they gave us the deal the store said was expired (it wasn’t). Do yourself a favor and don’t go into this store that’s operated by con artist. Do yourself a favor and don’t do any transactions in any T-mobile store because although I’m sure there’s good people who work at these places I’m going to say most of them are con artist like the people that work in Carle Place.
The two women that helped me were very friendly and professional. It took a while because they had trouble getting the necessary information from the front office. Through it all they were very apologetic and got the job done. Gina was one of the staff who helped me with my transfer of information from Sprint to T-Mobile and from my old iPhone to my iPhone 13.Thank you.
Remo is one of the best ....he’s always so helpful and myself and my family having been dealing with him for years. We won’t use anyone but him when it comes to our phones and amazing customer service always. We have followed him to each store he’s gone to and have the utmost confidence that when we have an issues he always takes care of it and rectifies it in a timely manner 😊😊
I had a good experience with this store...Bala was good and helped me getting a better package and also good phones with a buy one get one offer...had a wonderful time with the other staff too. they were all so helpful ,the technician put in my screen protectors and the girl heera was so good n helpful.Really happy with the deal..
Harry is the best customer service representative I have ever met. He was absolutely patient with us when helping us transfer contacts from one phone to the other. We absolutely enjoyed our time at T-Mobile and will be back for anything at this specific store. Thank you Harry for being the best and for answering all of our questions!
I came with my mom to this store to exchange a sprint phone to a T-Mobile home and the girl was so wonderful and helpful she took her time to help and move all my moms info from one phone to the other. The guys there are also so awesome. Always so helpful and kind. This is my go to store for anything I need now. Thank you guys for your great service it’s hard to find great helpful people.
Went to two stores today to get a question answered, and after popping into this store I was thoroughly impressed how quick my question was answered. Heera was a pleasure to work with. She was very supportive and helpful throughout. Remo was also a great help in answering my questions. I recommend them and this store for great customer service.
The gentleman who helped me went beyond what any T-Mobile member has done for me before. They were efficient and full on knowledge they were willing to share with me. They took there time with my troubles and solved them all. 11/10 experience! I’ll be traveling to this store from now on.
Great service at this T-MOBILE/SPRINT location. After having a HORRIBLE experience at the Garden city park location. I couldnt even get them to open the door at 615 when they are to close at 8 I had a real EMERGENCY and they didnt care. So went to the Carle Place location EVERYONE in there is AMAZING. T hey all helped me with the service issue i had to get resolved. I suggest if you need service done or need a new phone head to the Carle Place location
I honestly didn’t know this store was here. I wasn’t sure what my options where. I went to a T-Mobile store and they were filled so I left. I was on my way to the mall when I saw this T-Mobile store decided to stop in. It was a great decision. Staff was very attentive and helped me make a hard decision. Lucky for my nephew he will be getting a break phone. Remo was personable, and funny. It was great working with him. Got the job done, I got an extra phone and kept my old phone. Let’s just call it a win win. Very good sales man. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and colleges. Mohammed was training and trying to learn his job role. Heera was great with getting all my information transferred to the new phone.Happy customer ❤️❤️❤️
Shah was absolutely TERRIBLE this store is very SHADY. I would NOT recommend to anyone needing a new phone. My previous review was prior to the knowledge of all the NONSENSE this location created for my phones and services!!! PLEASE BE MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT SOLD ON MISREPRESENTED INFORMATION FROM THESE STAFF MEMBERS, they will literally sell you something completely different from what you think you are purchasing...
I was helped out by T-Mobile expert Heera. She took the time to set up everything for us and make sure we had the phones and the plans that fit our needs. I highly recommend Heera and her team of experts at T-Mobile. I would recommend this place to my family and friends and anyone looking to get phones with T-Mobile
Harsha and Heera were incredibly incompetent. They come off as helpful however after the fact my bill was 3x what I was told it would be.The customer service as a whole is disgusting. The employees answer the phone with a terrible attitude and are not friendly. I was told on multiple occasions that they would call me back but they never did.They promised I would receive my phone by a certain date however could not deliver. I ended up receiving my phone 3 weeks after that date. Also they encouraged me to add a free line that I realized was in fact not free when my bill came in a month later.The employees and manager, Remo, would flip-flop on how they can help by selecting whether or not theyre truly T Mobile or still Sprint. Their arguments were illogical, and there was no ownership or transparency on resolving my issues. I had tospeak to T Mobile digital customer service for 2 hours during a week day to escalate my issues and receive my reimbursements.The store is not well managed and needs multiple renovations. I have been a Sprint customer for 11 years and have never been exposed to such horrendous customer service. I would not recommend this branch to others.
Fast and quick service! Came in for a screen protector for my Galaxy Note20 Ultra and the rep placed it for me. All done withing 15 minutes, probably less.Updated review Same Day:I came back in shortly after writing this review as I couldnt get into my phone with my fingerprint. I didnt get the names but the original rep was patient with me with trying to help me out( I already knew how as Ive had it before, but they were iPhone users 🤪 and we know tech guys like to go over and beyond). Another rep came in and it was like a 3 man team trying to get my crusty nurse fingers to register with the screen protector on. It almost came close to removing it and placing a new one. Overall they succeeded all with one fingerprint and once I get some moisture on these tips, Ill be good to add another. Thanks guys!
I was here to do an upgrade to a new iPhone. There were problems with transferring data from my phone. The staff here worked above and beyond to make sure I got all my data. I mean hours. I cannot recommendation this location and people enough!! They are so good at what they do and caring. 10 stars!!!!
One of the best Tmobile stores and employers I’ve ever came across. Gave me the best experience on purchasing a new phone. They even helped me through it all and set it up for me. Harry, Remo, and Heera went above and beyond. I would definitely come back and recommend to everyone. They were very patient with me and made everything easier.If you ever need anything t-mobile or phone related, this is the store to come too. 😊
I’ve been a customer of Sprint and I’m glad now they now have T mobile deals too. Remo in the store is really pleasant and helpful. I got the best deals and patient help every time I went there. I strongly recommend this store to all my friends. Check out the deals they have! You won’t be disappointed.
Horrible place. I purchase a phone under a promotional deal. I been waiting 5 months for credits that are owed to me. I got to that store every week and same sh%#. They tell you that they working on it and working on it and every month I get my bill and it’s the same. They do not offer any assistance in fixing a problem that was caused by the store. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! SCAM ALERT! All they want is your money. Trust me.
Awesome personality both Remo and Harsha!!!After a stressful day as a therapist for DOE, our trip here to get my iPAD and my boyfriends new phone, these two sales representatives made our night! We were absolutely delighted with our recent experience at the T-Mobile /Sprint store on Old Country Rd & Pell Terrace! We got 3 new iPhones and lowered our bill at the same time. These people know what they are doing & how to treat the customer. Go there before you go anywhere else! Highly recommend the store and especially Remo and Heeva!

Good experience with an upgrade. Wasnt as much of a hassle as I thought. Havent had a new phone in years and it was time. My old phone was dying a slow death. This store was not far from me and everything worked out well and staff helped me transition everything. Thanks!
This is the worst store ever and worst experience. They told us that our bill was going to be this amount but was over a hundred dollars each month for NONSENSE charges. Also I was a loyal sprint customer for 6 years and now I switched up because I was fed up. Never come here!
Please DO NOT go to this store. They will SCAM you. Provided misinformation and now i owe my former phone carrier (AT&T) over $500 because the manager didnt provide correct information about the buyout promotion. Beware the fast talking store manager VISHAL, hes a con artist. Any service with sprint, do it at another store.
BUYER BEWARE!!! I was sold a sub-par inferior VERY EXPENSIVE $65.16 PLASTIC SCREEN PROTECTOR for my Samsung S21 Ultra. The Invisible Shield comes with a lifetime warranty but within a week it is completely scratched up! I dont have the time to replace a screen protector 52x a year. They installed it for me and will not let me return it regardless of the receipt stating 14day returns(Im on day 12). If I knew it was plastic I would not have bought it. Waste of money. Shame on them for poor business practices and false advertising.
The ABSOLUTE worst experience I ever had with any service provider. This place is a total scam. Everything they told me was a complete lie. Was told I would pay $60 a month unlimited and $11/month for a new phone if I turned in my existing 6Plus and was supposed to receive a $200 refund. Never received a refund, getting charged $150/month and Sprint Corporate has no record of this store every returning my phone. Apparently they stole my phone so now I have to get an attorney. Seriously dont have time for this crapI dont even give it 1 star, but cannot post this unless you provide minimum

2022-03-29Me and my mother walked in to get a family upgrade , the store manager Sophia told us we were eligible for a upgrade plan to find out later not all phones were eligible , she told us and gave us a free fast charger to find out she than charged us, told us she would waive activation to find out she charged us, also added the T-Mobile protection plan when we thoroughly explained that we were taking Apple care protection plan and wouldn’t need it, we than found out she added a tablet with data plan and she gave us another line that we did not ask for , long story short we are rectifying this matter through long stress days of calling customer service. I repeat do not go to this store the manager will add things to your account and when you call she would state she is working on it and never will , she has caused me and my family stressed and during my trip there two other customer walked in stressed and I pleased about there experience , we sadly gave her the benefit of the doubt to than be treated the same way with the same problems. This store is terrible and they will commit fraud to boost there sales I repeat do not go to the store, save yourself some grief and go somewhere else

2022-07-18Went to this location today to get a new phone and to switch over from AT&T. The service was absolutely amazing! I was greeted by Brandon and Deshawn. Both of them had great energy, very professional and made this transition so easy . I left with the phone I wanted , everything transferred over and even got a cute new case. I would highly recommend this location and both Brandon and Deshawn!

2022-07-04Eric and Brandon were very good and very knowledgeable assisting me with my pain phone bill... at the car place location theyre the only ones in my area that I was closing 9:00 p.m. instead of 8:00 p.m. from other T-Mobile locations Im very happy I got my situation done as well ask him other questions...great and hopefully you should get some more people like them too Im very pleased.

2021-05-09Muhammad and Shah were extremely spectacular in the customer service- they went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, and even had to stay late to complete the transaction, they did it so willingly without hesitation.
