I came into the store a few days after the opening and I was pleased by the associates and how they greeted me. I had a few questions and they were happy to assist me. They made my transition from one company to theirs very easy and helped me setup my new phone. Thanks T-Mobile, You Guys Rock!!
The manager of that store promise if I purchase a phone I will receive a free screen protector and cover, however I am charged a monthly fee for the protector and cover. The tablet they said I would get free is not free either because you have to pay monthly and cannot cancel without paying a full price for it. The manager takes pictures of costumers ID card. DO NOT ALLOW HIM TO TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR ID. I believe it is a big con. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THAT STORE!!!!!!
Be sure to check your receipts at this location! I recently upgraded to a new phone and was asked if I wanted a protection plan, in which I told them NO. Two weeks later, I see a new protection plan service charge on my bill! On top of that, they attached the new phone installment plan on the wrong line in my family plan!
The atmosphere was amazing!! Everyone was so welcoming and extremely helpful and truly looked out for my best interest in upgrading to my new IPhone XS!! Recommend this store to anyone who has T-Mobile or is looking to switch!!
The experience of buying and transferring data took a good hour but however Jay made the experience so amazing it didnt even feel long at all and was very knowledgeable and has great taste in music I recommend everyone comes here for anything recommend 100%

I lost my phone and came to this store for help. I got help from Manny and Rico they took care of my needs and got me a new IPhone. He also got me a nice case and helped me get my lovely music on my phone. Thanks guys

2022-08-13FANTASTIC SERVICE! Their store manager John is super efficient and attentive really takes good care of customers. When I visited the store to upgrade my phone there were a few people in the store and I found with just a staff of 2 they were able to get to everyone in a short time frame. John was particularly helpful in signing me up with my first Samsung watch and helping me save money by changing my plan to a better one. It really helps when you have people with such good attitude and desire to help customers. Best Tmobile store I have ever visited! Highly recommend!!!

2022-02-12Do not go to this store! Unfortunately for me that’s what I did Friday 2/11 about 4:30pm. There were two employees working that I saw, a young lady and a young man. I interacted with both. I am a new customer to T-Mobile and was asking a question about my plan. I received false, inaccurate information from the young man and a dose of poor customer service from the young lady! Possibly a refresher course on product information and customer service is needed at this location! This experience was a huge letdown for me. I still recommend T-Mobile service just not this shop!

2022-03-15Hi T-Mobile. Wanted to send my praise and compliments to the location at 407 Third Avenue NYC 10016 and manager Ray who so kindly helped me install my new SIM card in this past weekend. The location was well run, welcoming and very customer friendly. In fact, I will probably go to that location when I upgrade my phone. Although their landline was not working and the WiFi was sketchy March 5 when I visited, Ray and his colleague did a great job taking care of your customers. Your sincerely, Gail Parenteau

2021-03-19Had an iPhone that was not taking messages and not dialing or receiving texts from companies and got no help at Genius Bar but when I got to T Mobile, I received the most quality assistance and had the most delightful experience. I felt truly as though I was the sales representative, Tony B.s highest priority. And this was not a quiet time in this small store.Yet every client was helped and Tony B calmly and politely handles all of us with aplomb. I got a new iphone with the perfect accessories as he carefully transferred 2000 songs and scads of pictures. I felt important to him and was as happy and engaged as were the other customers. He is a credit to T Mobile and if only all people were just this courteous and caring...it was actually fun!

2021-07-27Just a few words:Wonderful and amazing. They helped me with my device and also restored my faith in customer service in the NY midtown area. After an underwhelming experience at 34th location.. Ray & Jay were superstars. Welcoming customers and resolving issues. Shout out to this entire crew. This is a true T-Mobile hot spot!

2021-06-16These guys are horrible! Avoid this store at all costs. They sold me a 40 dollar screen protector, which is a horrible deal. However, they told me that they would then credit my account by 40 dollars, so I said yes. However, I never got any credit.They also added a protection plan to the phones without our consent. When I expressly said no.

2021-02-19It was a noble phone miracle!!!! Seriously, I spent 6 hours trying to swap my phone over the phone today with no success. So I went to this store as an effort of last resort and the staff here was amazing!!! They solved my problem, calmed me down and stayed late so my phone was working. Omg!!!!They truly went above and beyond and I can’t express my gratitude enough for how amazing the staff was here they stay 40 minutes after closing to help me, it really brings a tear to my eye. Thank you thank you thank you for the true kindness 🙏

2020-08-28I stopped by today to buy a protector for my iPhone and had a really nice experience. I found the Tech 21 that I had years ago and Tylilah was so helpful. She cleaned my phone and placed it in the protector for me.Thank you T-Mobile!
