I went to the store to buy a new phone and the employees were unfriendly, mean, moody and coughing (pandemic time). One of them didn’t want to help me at all using the excuse that she was busy (she looked like being on her phone up to 10 min). The other one named Mohammed who was “helping” me, sold me a iPhone color silver instead of white (telling that it is coming on white, gold, graphite and blue). Bad customer service.Good luck to those who have to use this store.
Just switched over to T-Mobile. Come to this store and ask for Jordis!!! He is a miracle worker. He is incredibly helpful, looks out for his customer’s best interest, and if there is a way - he will make it happen. He genuinely likes to help people - a quality he has in 100s. I am so excited about my switch and all for an deal. Thank you Jordis!
My wife was told to come in to the physical location to verify her identity to reset her PIN after we tried to but not quite successfully transfered her number to a different carrier. Upon entering, the staff insisted twice call 611 before actually listening to how we had been told by 611 to physically come in. After sorting out the issue at hand, the same staff then caused some unnecessary anxiety by telling us, wrongly, that there was a 50-50 chance the number wouldnt port due to how you tried to cancel the account without coming in here first.If there was a negative example of customer service to be had in training, this would be it.Update: 4 weeks after posting this review, the owner responded, asking me to reach out, but did not leave contact information. This is precisely what I meant by bad customer service - an incredibly slow response time and complete lack of any real attempt to solve the issue.
Had screen damage to my phone and Insurance covered a new screen . Was sent a replacement device. It was defective. 2nd replacement device also defective. Third replacement device within 1 week, so far this one appears to be OK. It has been a big hassle but all 3 times I walked in to have my phone set up, data transfer etc... about a 30-60 minute process. Sharon helped me all three times and was wonderful, very helpful, great personality and helped alleviate a very stressful situation. Thanks Sharon for great customer service. 2 years later Liz Zea the Retail Store Manager for correcting another frustrating situation. It is because of people like her why I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for 17 years!
Terrible service. I am a T-mobile customer for over 5 years and never had such issues in any store as here. I got to this store just to buy a new SIM card.. 4 employees, 2 customers and no attention. Not even a greeting of a staff member. 2 employees where just chatting aware that I am there. The other two where busy with the other customers. They had me waiting there for over 20 minutes and I decided to leave not being able to buy what I wanted. Would not come back again.
Be careful. These guys are street. hustlers. I was hustled out of 300 in supposed credits that were going to appear on my bill by the manager aside from setting me up with phones that were on the T-Mobile finance plan but where they just started hammering my account for 1000 dollars 2 months into my phone service. I agreed to trade in my phones for 250. He said the ‘credits’ would appear on my bill. Nada. It’s even worse that it was the manager Leonardo Munez though I don’t think that’s his real name cause he uses the name Irwin when he calls corporate. I went back to try to get it resolved but he just gave me the runaround and promises of credits again for my bank fees. This whole interaction I have on video. I’ll email corporate. It’s just phone service. The deals should be enough to sell. Why rob people?
Came to this store to get an S7 Edge on Jump-On-Demand a few days ago, and I appreciate the manager telling me upfront that Jump-On-Demand could no longer be done in stores, and that hed help me order my phone online. Except he was LYING. Jump-On-Demand is advertised all over T-Mobiles website. In fact, it can ONLY be purchased in stores or over the phone. So he also lied about the online order. When I called customer service to order my phone via JOD, they told me it would take 10 business days due to phones being backordered, and told me to get it in a store... All around, terrible customer service from this company and from this location. He got me to port my number over to T-Mobile, and I wasted $20 for a SIM, and Im sure thats all he wanted. Even though he could sign me up for a JOD plan, he chose not to. Even though the phone was readily available in his store, he chose not to sell it. I do not recommend this location or company.
They upgraded the network a few days ago,As a result of not having internet,me and all the members of my family.T-Mobile employees told me that it was all my fault that I didnt buy a phone from them.No good service,No information from their stores.But the staff are very kind.

2022-05-28I have full insurance in my service and the people who work there to see what problem my sons tablet has, without knowing the problem that the table has, they just told me to go to an iPhone store for them it was easier to do nothing than see what the problem was or keep it and have a technician look at it

I went to the Verizon across the street and it was a complete nightmare. I switched from Verizon to TMobile simply because of how good Carlos and Will were. Thank you!!

2021-11-11If you want to be ignored while they sit in their circular table, laughing and giggling, this is the place to go. Forget customer service your on your own. Then when they see us leaving they’re like “oh they’re leaving, oh well.” This happened 11/11 1643, check your employees please

2021-09-08There is no point in going to this t-mobile store if you want to purchase a phone. Customers service is terrible. I tried to get a phone for my wife and they said I have to finance it. They were rude and Disrespectful especially the Manager. They also said most phones are out of stock. Disappointed customer. 😒This Store Has the Worst Customer Service in AmericaSHOPPERS HAVE SPOKEN AND THIS IS THE RETAILER THEY LIKE DEALING WITH THE LEAST.

2021-10-15Went to the store in order to purchase an iPhone and the lady who attended me told me all iPhones are out stock. When I asked when will it be restocked she had no anwer and told me to call store on a later day. I felt like I had to beg them to sell me an iPhone. Horrible Costumer Services!!!
