Cant express how happy I am with the service I received a this location. I worked with Julie today to upgrade my devices and my plan to newer options. She was very thorough and detail oriented when it came to plan cost breakdown and device costs. Her attention to detail is incredible and made my whole experience a 5-star experience. My previous phone had a ton of data that needed to get transferred over and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was ported over properly. Julie thank you again for all your help in making the experience excellent.
Excellent customer service! Fred helped our family set up our shared 3 line unlimited account that saves us significantly from our previous carrier. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! From the second I walked in to buy my new phone, I was extremely impressed. The manager Angie is extremely knowledgeable and sweet. To purchase my phone I was handed off to Steve- he is the BEST! Professional, smart, and very personable. I knew immediately I was in good hands. He not only helped me purchase my phone, but I came back and he did the entire transfer process with me and even helped me pack up my old phone to ship out. If you ever need a new phone, don’t hesitate to come here and make sure you ask for Steve!

I came to this TMobile from Orange County NY, only to receive services from Mr. Fred. His costumer service skills are unbeatable. He sold my daughters two iPhones and one Samsung, the wait is worth it, and he is very knowledgeable. He also knows the best dining places to visit.

Horrible experience with costumer service. My family had to file a complaint with corporate.After we asked one of the managers to please call T-Mobile, (because they left a note on our account ) she very rudely replied, “You have a phone, you can call them yourself.” I have never, at any place of business, been treated with such disrespect.Please avoid.DO NOT BUY A NEW PHONE HERE, WILL SCAM!
I was very surprised by the nicest employees here at this T Mobile store. Previous negative reviews stated that the Indian people working here were very rudeI wont deny that factHowever now theres the sweetest and coolest oriental ladies here who are exceptionally nice and who have excellent customer service abilitiesAnnie the manger and Sen were magnificent in the way I was treated. Worst time at t-moblie... no WiFi at t-moblie store. Can not backup. If WiFi is not working should told me before. Middle of processing he told me our WiFi is not working it’s been few days.I was stay more than three hour to upgrade my phone!!! Really!?! Yes it’s true . Also Zero star with worst store manager.

Horrible experience, after trying to get the promotions from Tmobile, the store manager Marina wanted me to pay full price for phones (so they could get more sales). They left the lines opened in the account, therefore, I dont qualify for the promotions at another Tmobile store. I filed a complaint with Corporate Tmobile. Avoid this store at all cost, pure scam, they just want to take your money and you will received pure attitude if yo dont follow through with their deal.
Roderick was the BEST sales person EVER. He explained clearly what the offers were and helped set my accounts up in a timely manner. All my questions were answered and I am satisfied with the sale. Now i will update the customer service via 800 number if and when I am need of it.

I had a very unpleasant experience. The gentleman helping me was narcissistic and only answered questions with yes or no. He never delved in to help explain or deal with my concerns and even when asking simple questions about the phones he didnt know any answers. It also seemed like the rest of the workers were acting the same we dont care way. Workers were on their phones and the manager seems to not care about pending transactions either. After this I went to the Tmobile in Whitestone by key food after this experience and had an incredible experience. The guy working there was extremely helpfulAnd explained everything and was patient with us even though there were only 2 people working (mind you over 10 employees were working on northern). Anyway. Hate this place. Dont recommend it to anyone if you want the rest of your to be pleasant lol
I must say every visit is a good visit! I have been coming here for a while and when Ginger is working she always takes care of all of me and my husbands technical phone needs. Ginger is patient,thorough, and is always extremely friendly. Benjamin is also extremely friendly and is there to answer any of my questions or walk me through details. Horrible experience, we called the tmobile phone costumer service before we came in if we were eligible for bogo, they said yes, we went into the store, staff didnt really know much and when the asain lady started to process our bogo she said we were not eligible and she just looks like she was in a rush and did not want to help at all. we called 611 again and they said we were eligible and eventually went to another tmobile store and everything went smoothly.
Be aware that this review is specifically taken into a broad aspect.This isnt my local TMobile branch. I came here to demo the Samsung S8 and LG G6 since I was at the area. The store clerks seem nice BUT, dont take my word for it. I only asked a question regarding where the demo units for those phones were. I have no idea how theyre like under different scenarios. The stores layout was spacious and organized and felt pretty welcoming to walk-in. Overall it was an ok place under those circumstances. For those who are locals to this area, take my review as a grain of salt.
Literally never have the phones that are on display. Went the other day for an Iphone...No iPhones. Went today for another flagship phone and again....Not in stock. Yet there is like 9 employees all over the store. Wont be going here anymore.
I stopped by to inquire to switch from verizon, Roderick was the representative who helped me out. He was extremely helpful, he helped pay off my three iphones and set us up with a free netflix account (every penny counts!). Thanks again!
This store is the worst. I had verizon before i switch to t mobile. The rep never told me that i would have to go to collections before they pay my bill off. So now i have a collections bill that i have to pay for and a t mobile bill ive been paying for. Also the service is horrible, I have been having billing issues since the first day i got my plan. I wish i never left verizon. T mobile is the worst and this store is the worst. Worst mistake i made so far last year and this year. Please stay away they wont give you any information unless you force it out of them or you get a bill like me
Very poor business practices - Baitand switch. When you called them to check the price, they will give you a very low price on phone. But when you arrived their store, their actual price will be much higher than the price quoted over the phone. Dont waste your time on those people. Avoid it.
Been at the Bayside TMO store twice in the last two weeks and got excellent service both times. Julie was especially helpful with getting my gfs phone and number moved to my account from Sprint
Went to this location 4 times in 3 months to have my bill corrected, yet my bill still has additional services and charges which they were supposed to remove. Just call customer service - they fixed and credited my account in less than 30 minutes.
This is a T-Mobile corporate store, not a franchise. Very good deals on phones and very friendly and helpful staff. No charge for replacing and activating SIM cards.
Very bad customer service, when you go there they give you attitude. They don’t want to help you at all and there was one specific employee by the name of ginger, he was very rude and gave very disrespectful answers to the questions I had like if I was there to have fun. Horrible experience.

Manager Kenny is rude and condescending. This store does not accommodate for the physically disabled customers. Were told there are lines and deal with it. Will be reporting to Corporate office.

Went in there with an inquiry of opening a line, got a call and left, when I went home T-Mobile contacted me and thanked me for opening up 2 lines.

2022-05-29So I was there earlier today, and honestly, felt welcomed as soon as I walked in, Marina (the manager) greeted me with a smile and was extremely helpful in what I needed. Steve T Phone God, helped with transferring my data and all from my old phone to my new phone, he and Marina both made me feel super comfortable, especially since I a million questions. I seriously need to disagree with the poster in the previous review, they were ALL professional courteous and welcoming. I was there a lengthy amount of time today, I was almost sad to say Goodbye. I was also there during the false encounter of previous reviewer, everything he made mention to, did not happen, it had gotten quite busy at some point, and Marina who was task to greet and sign customers in, was nothing but professional and eager to help. Please do not take the previous review into any consideration when deciding to go to this establishment.I never go out of my way to contact corporate offices on anything, but I will be getting in touch with them, because Ive never in my life have had the best experience dealing with customer service representatives. I will definitely be coming back for all my mobile needs.SCREAMING THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE

2022-05-28I have been with T-Mobile for 12 years in past couple of years it been nothing but horrible experience. Bunch of kids trying to do business with bios views and providing services with maximum bias views based on color, ethnicity, Accent and its just disappointing. The managers have so much attitude that its like we own them money or something. I would never come to this store. Such an unfriendly store and bad attitude.They are making me wait 45 minutes to return something. Shame on Tmobile for such a horrible customer service experience.

2022-04-01I wanted to take the time to express how wonderful Pooja was to work with. She provided me with excellent customer service and was patient and very kind! As soon as I walked in she greeted me with a smile and swiftly helped me to restore my phones service. She was even knowledgeable on how to restore my Apple ID settings which saved me a trip to the Apple Store. I will moving forward go to this location for future needs because of her service! 2022-03-27I’ve always had terrible experiences going into other phone stores but (Derrick the assistant manager and Pooja) @ Tmobile in bayside made my experience amazing. I wanted to switch over from ATT and they were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Answered any questions I had and made sure I had the best deal. They didn’t try to rush me and wrote down the numbers so I knew how much I should be expecting to pay. They were extremely patient even though it was closing time. Would 100% recommend them to anyone who plans on opening an account with Tmobile. Thank you guys for making this process easy and enjoyable!!

2022-03-05Just came back with wife from T-Mobile located on Northern and had a good experience with the sales associate, Bruce. However, I had a horrible experience with the manager, Mariana, who seemed to micromanage her associates, and had the audacity to pull the associate I was working with to tend to another customer causing delay in the whole process & transaction.This is unacceptable and poor management. There were plenty of other associates, including herself, who couldve helped out other patron. If it werent for the pleasant experience with my sales associate who was very professional and attentive, I would take my business to another store. Please work on how you manage and facilitate your team, and pitch in like your hard-working associates.

2022-05-29I was there yesterday to get the iPhone 13, during my visit they were able to help me transfer all my information from my old device to my new iPhone. ☺️❤️ While I was here, there was a rude person that wanted to skip everyone on the line because he wanted to return something and he was extremely rude to the employee.
