So I tried to email the feedback but the email was incorrect I guess. Ill just paste it as a review.I came into this with a sticky situation and they were extremely busy. Steven is the one that took care me. He did such an amazing job. It was time consuming but he helped customers during hold times with me(611 was involved). He did not push my issue to the side and was adamant about getting it all taken care of. Thoroughly impressed with his service and patience. Please recognize this guy. A breath of fresh air.
A little disorganized, no one help me when I walk into the store. The Manager knew I was there, but she continued to have casual conversation with her friend which is not even a customer. Until she saw that I keep looking at her. She reluctantly walk over and told me she will find someone to assist me, but went back to have conversation with her friend in the store. I think they should have a sign-in book to serve customers.
Highly organized, inviting and clean ambience T mobile.Friendly and very helpful representatives and technicians. Yes, there is also waiting list to see any representative or tech but with very short waiting span even on high-traffic or peak hours. I can say that this location realized how important customer’s service is our days.
Shawn Beck went above and beyond to help me. I bought a Samsung 9 notebook and set up 4 linesHe took care of all 3 sim cards and he had them send out and when received he made it easy to activate. Any issues I would call him and situation was easily resolved. He wry laid back and easy to deal with. He honest ! Go see a Shawn !Highly recommend!
Dont go with T-Mobile. Their reception is absolutely horrible in Staten Island. Only places where their reception is good is in their store.Also, dont trust anyone here. I bought a new Iphone from T-Mobile and paid the full price for it. They told me I can get it unlocked and its been more than 3 months and its still not unlocked. T-mobile sucks!

2021-01-12I got the most terrible experience visiting this store today. My friends told me T-Mobile is good, but my first time visiting this store, its a terrible experience.The staff needed to be trained and given orientation on effective service delivery using customers centered approach. The guy that attended to me will not speak to know one on the phone and wouldnt even speak to their office customer care representative. If he doesnt like his job, he should quite and get a life!I will never refer no one to T-Mobile, I care less about their network or publicity. I have never rated anyone poorly and hardly give negative comment on my reviews, but this, there is no excuse. If there is anything less than one star, I will rate them.Their customer care called their office, even when I was struggling to get their address and code, they are very uncopporative and unsupported. My kinds are few in their neighborhood so, I wouldnt blame their actions and negative attitudes.I will switch back to my previous network in few days, I care less about anything T-Mobile just for this first time negative attitude!

2022-06-14Sprint is down they dont take cash, or no1 tht knows how to manage sprint accounts is there plus they wouldnt let my bf pay my bill he knew the amount its not like he wanted to access info just pay my bill fix please 🙄

2022-05-08Very rude employees. I just wanted an iPhone 13 in green and I told the employee and he was very nasty to me when he said that they didn’t have green. Terrible service, will not be coming back.

2021-12-13I had a warranty 3xchange approved on Friday & was advised it would be at the store on Sunday (today). Today I went 5o the store and was told phones werent delivered on weekends. I called the number the rep gave me & was advised they couldnt help me from a landline. I am really frustrated & disgusted with the whole thing. If the device isnt at 34 Barret by Tues or I encounter a y further issues, I will look for another carrier.

2021-07-08I have visited several T-Mobile locations, but Ive come to this one the most because its closest to my home. After today, I will not be coming back. This is not the first time Ive experienced rude and unfriendly employees at this location, but my experience today was enough. I went in to get help with an issue with my phone and Ahmed (or Ahmad) seemed like he couldnt have cared less about the problem nor the solution. He was abrupt, unhelpful and dismissive. I received zero help for my issue and that only added to the stress I was already feeling from having to come to the store multiple times after work. I would rather drive a couple extra miles than to come back to this location.

2021-08-05This place has NO customer service at all. NO greetings, NO one even look up from their phones! I cant tell who are the staff because they just band down, elbows on the display and extremely busy with their phones! Oh, I do notice who is a customer there because somebody, still elbows on counter eyes on his phone, is talking to her from the another side of the store. Luckily we have so many other phone stores in this area!

2020-11-29I have to give five stars to this store and it’s incredibly clean location. I’ve been with sprint for almost 20 years and he just changed over to T-Mobile. I purchased a new iPhone 12 Pro Max with 512 gigs and I was trying to transfer the information by myself and I was very unsuccessful with it. I was so fed up I was going to leave this company being that I purchased a phone from Apple and it had a week waiting list just to transfer the information So, I went into the store and from the time I walked in it was nothing but a success.”Jada” The customer service representative was literally wiping down the shelves in the store keeping things clean stuff what she was doing and helped me. She was very professional I & very attentive, I was so impressed with her work ethics I decided on really talking to the district manager for them to understand how important it is to have this woman working in the store because if it wasn’t for her I probably would’ve took back the phone and left T-Mobile and switched over to AT&T.She is A great example of professionalism and Customer Care at its finest,She took care of my phone and I had my wife come back just to see her and she took care of her as well and just as I told my wife she was very impressed with her professionalism. Very incredibly clean store with a very professional staff nobody in the store does not attend to the customers. I’m super impressed and I’m glad to be with this sprint to T-Mobile switch.

2021-03-20Id like to compliment Bek, for the excellent service he provided myself and my daughter last week. Mr. Bek helped us purchase new phones and helped us sort out the transfer from one phone to another. Which wasnt an easy task. Beks professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded our expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch.You can be sure that I will continue to do business here.
