I was in your store on October 21, 2017 and it was one of the best experience I every had. I would like to thank both of your staff members who answered all my questions. The gentleman help me understand that any accessories that I would like to purchase from your store I can paid it off on my monthly bill and the young lady help me with finding all my information that was on my other phone on to my new phone. 2022-07-14Thank you to Tricia and Amara for helping me and making me feel so welcome. They were nothing less than amazing and helpful. The whole time I was asking questions that I thought I would be dumb for asking but they didn’t make me feel dumb once! The patience these two ladies have is amazing!

2022-07-12Came in to purchase a new phone and the staff took care of me right away. One of the employees, I believe her name was Amara, was very sweet and efficient with me. I love coming to this store and I am happy with my new phone!

2022-07-13Trish and Amara were AMAZING they helped me upgrade from a android to a Iphone.They we’re EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the pricing on the upgrade with my new plan and the product they were selling they even gave me a tutorial on how to navigate a Iphone. I’ll definitely be recommending everyone to go to that store and to STRICTLY see my girls trish and Amara!!!!!

2022-07-13Hands down the best tmobile store that ive been to! The manager and assistant manager both provided me with excellent customer service and knew their product and were more than helpful in answering any and all questions that ive asked regarding my lines accessories e.t.c. WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE THEM AT Tmobile.

2022-07-12I went today to this store at this location and was told that this store can help with my return of a product and they told me to call 611 and return it over the phone. The assistant manager does not know what she is doing do not go to this store.

2022-01-08On Friday night, I went to the T-Mobile store on 34 Barrett street and was given poor customer service regarding utilizing the Smart Switch application to transfer my data from my old phone to my new one. They were more interested in getting me out of the store so that they could go home. 😱😡🤬 I left a very unhappy and dissatisfied customer.
