This is one of the better served neighborhoods in New York as far as mobile phone shops as far as I am concerned because this establishments location alone. The employees and workers at this specific location are the definition of good service, and it seems that their want and care to answer your questions are genuinely only because they are good people who care and not based on any possible commission they might earn from selling you something. Had an extremely good experience at this local fairly recently. Thanks guys. 5 stars
Mahmoud and Isabel were excellent and patient. I came in with a broken a phone e and Mahmoud tried several ways to fix it before discussing my trade in options with me. Despite coming close to closing time, he took the time to transfer the data between the old phone and the new one, and set it up for me before I went home. Isabel and Mahmoud also maintained all social distancing guidelines while still effectively helping me and the other customers. Their service was above and beyond.
Came in to possibly add another line to my plan for my sister. Amy and Isabella showed me what the best route to take was, regarding our options. In addition to being great at their job, they were also genuinely two nice individuals. Especially Amy. And the time spent there was filled with laughs and good conversation. I just wanted them to be recognized for their excellent customer service skills.
Stepped in to upgrade to a family plan and have my wife switch to T-Mobile. The staff was accommodating and helpful throughout the visit. They all seem to have a no nonsense approach to conducting business which makes it easy to do business. Happy with the visit and the service provided.
Under new management.Great customer service. Lady and gentleman that assisted me was very helpful and pleasant. Ive been going to this tmobile for a few months now. I prefer their service over the other tmoible stores on staten island. Im glad they were so fast and helpful with my needs.
Came in to purchase a phone, did not really know what phone I was looking for, The young lady who was working their Isabel, was very sweet and helped me pick out the perfect phone for me, would recommend everyone to come to this location, Would love to say thank you again to Isabel and the managers who were also very helpful.
Lisbette and Isabel were both great they went above and beyond to help fix the issue i was experiencing, they were both patient with me for two hours and i was finally able to leave the location a satisfied customer i cant recommend these two enough and will be returning 10/10
THE WORST !! Put me on a wild goose chase today! All wrong information, very unprofessional! 5 hours getting phones thank goodness Hyland store was ale to help clear it all up. NEVER walking into this store again!! NEVER!!! good luck hope they dont screw anyone they way I almost got screwed! SMFH
I disliked the service here there was only 1 guy working by himself he took care of 2 other in front of me they were purchasing. New phones I waited 35 minutes till he took care of me o wanted to pay by debit card the machine was down so I got nothing done Im not coming back to this Tmobile. store again
I was so disappointed with this store They have a so bad customer service This Store so desperateThat girl was so nasty No respect bad customer service she got a bad attitude midde of the conversation they cut my few times they disconect my line when I went there she gave me so much hard time I never wanna go there and Im so sorry about t mobile customers they dont know how to treat customers

2022-05-13Never been to this location, so assumed they open at 9:00 a.m. I arrived around 8:40 and realized they open at 10:00 (based on the sign outside), so I patiently waited in my car making the most of my time.I proceed to go in the store after 10:00 to realize the door is locked. I call the number for the associate to say we open at 11... I tell her the sign outside says 10 and she replies that online it says 11.My request is that you all update signage and online because even on my GPS/maps, it says the store is open now and its exactly 10:31 a.m.By the time I go in, if they open the door on time, I will have spent well over 2 hours at this location. I pray the customer service is beyond excellent. In Jesus name, Amen. ❤️🙏🏾

2022-03-20I came in to this store today to inquire about a promotion with T-Mobile, as I am a sprint account holder. An associate asked for my account information and PIN number after I explained I was looking into a specific promotion, and explained I was just told about the promotion from others on the same account who received such promotion on this day. Without confirming with me what I wanted to do, the unprofessional and dry mannered associate asked for my phone and said she was going to supply me a chip. When I advised her that that was not what I requested, she rudely said it was too late and there’s nothing that can be done. I had no other option than to give her my phone. I was advised at that time that I had to go to another T-Mobile as they couldn’t find the specified promotion. Prior to coming to the store I called to make sure about this information, including the promotion and best time to walk in. Please hire professional and competent workers T-Mobile! Forced to give one star.

2022-06-14Sprint is down they dont take cash, or no1 tht knows how to manage sprint accounts is there plus they wouldnt let my bf pay my bill he knew the amount its not like he wanted to access info just pay my bill fix please 🙄

2022-08-12The customer service in this location is a 10/10! The workers here are amazing at finding out what I need every single time I come into the store and for that very reason is why I come all the way from New jersey to this location.

2022-08-11My first time coming to this store I had a issue with my phone it was only one guy there he was so nice I came to give him my original phone to get tmobile Refurbished phone,ok I said I love this store the first Refurbished phone in a week give me issues came back for next Refurbished what tmobile send me the same guy was there he was good..When my 3rd time I came back the Refurbished phone was giving me issues I speak to tmobile they send me new phone when I got there not going to lie it have 10 young girls an 1 guy working in that store,young lady help me I told her come to return my phone an not going to lie why that young lady given me hard time I Been with tmobile for 10yesrs I cry my eyes out I write the ceo of tmobile about this store why so much unprofessional young ladies working there an they are not nice @ all they need to look into this store because its the worst,as Im writing this CEO contract me let me know this store not there original store it own by someone so tell me whyyyy this young woman that working there didnt want to give me my phone what the original tmobile send for me now I speak to the ceo an tmobile about this store its to much young lady working in that store an they are not nice they are unprofessional why 10 young woman working there,an this store are not original tmobile store so why yall have these ppl working there an ppl that with tmobile 20 years an counting yall treating these costumes bad I report this store to original tmobile they are looking into it

2022-04-25I had an emergency and decided to go to the store to get my issue resolved. I reached the store, and I couldnt get any help from anyone. The reason.....It was closed!!! What good is time posting if the store wont be open on time?

2021-01-08I have to give Kudos to the Manager Manny. I had an issue with my daughters tablet. Customer service sent the tablet to this store. When I called to let them know I was coming to do the exchange Manny was very honest with me and told me that Customer service gave me the wrong information and that he could not exchange the tablet. I was infuriated because I had spent three hours on hold with t-mobile and the warranty company trying to exchange this tablet. Manny was very patient and even offered to try to troubleshoot the tablet if I brought it in to him. I told him that I would take it up with customer service. While I was trying to rectify the situation with customer service, Manny found me at my place of business and advised me that he had made some phone calls and that I could come into the store and exchange the tablet. He really went above and beyond to help me. The only reason why Im not giving 5 stars is because the young lady who answered the phone was a little rude. T-mobile needs to give her customer service phone etiquette training or not let her answer the phone.

2021-01-12Excellent service by Mahmoud, I purchased a phone from another store but they did not transfer my data. He was still willing to help me transfer my data and sim card over to my new phone. Definitely recommend this T-mobile location.

2021-07-03Beware this isnt a team mobile official store. Its a third party dealer with a deceiving sign. I bought a Samsung 9 last year outright when I got three blocks away internet phone connection totally dropped til I returned to this store. They couldnt care less told me to contact team mobile really nothing else. They made the sale commission etc. They charged me a fifty dollar restocking fee which they never mentioned prior to sale. I had to contact the branch manager of team mobile in eltingville they send me gift cards even customer service was shocked . Go anywhere else if I could give t negative stars I would
