Avoid this store at all costs. The employees are clueless when it comes to promotions. I was deceived about a promotion. I have never had an issue at other T-Mobile stores. I am highly disappointed with the employee service and knowledge.

00000 stars, came in for a phone exchange since its close to my job ,I came in and told me not to step on the carpet nasty people dont go in there stay away,meanwhile another employee its on her phone ,,what happen to tmobile you need to get real workers

2022-08-09Switched to Tmobile from Verizon because my bill was too high. I was told my bill would be $170 per month. I even asked the salesperson does that include the new phones? She told me yes. I got my first bill and it was $308!! I went back to the store and they told me sometimes the first bill is higher because of taxes on the new phones. Well, my bill is steady at $308 a month, which is $100 MORE than Verizon! I would never have switched if I knew my bill would be so high! The only thing I can say positive is the service is much better, but not worth the $100 extra a month! BE CAREFUL, ALL THEY WANT IS THE SALE AND ONCE YOU BUY THE NEW PHONES, YOURE STUCK!!UPDATE: AUG. 8, 2022Well, I emailed the person that responded to this review about a week ago, and of course, NO RESPONSE!!

2020-07-21Recently went in to finance 2 iPhone 11s. Come to find out on my bill that this place likes to tack on insurance plans without telling you or asking you about it. I never asked for it and wasnt even offered it. But they did remember to ask about cases and screen protectors. They just added it in and not just any insurance plan, but the most expensive one. And you know how I know you snuck it in. Cause you added it only to 1 phone. Who said I wanted it if I had no intention of ever paying for an insurance plan. Like I wouldnt notice it on my bill. Filing a complaint as well.

2021-12-26Im at tmobile only 2 associates working. And waiting just to buy charger for phone for someone in hospital emergency. Someone should be available just to buy accessories

2018-12-14Yesterday December 12th, 2018, I was charged $50 restocking fee for the iPhone that I bought 20 minutes ago. Still SEALED in the box. I just wanted to exchange color... White to Red.Had to Return for Refund instead. I wish at least I broke the seal and opened it...

2018-06-03Always great customer service here everytime i walked ive gone to this locstion ive recieved nothing but the best service here. This time around i wss helped by victor i think his name was great sales rep he knows his stuff and is very patient i had 175 apps and all other stuff to transfer over to my new phone and he glady did it... he really gave outstanding customer service there was another girl in there didnt catch her name but also very helpful!
