T-Mobile has been the best carrier that I have had when it comes to phone service. They seem to have the best service for where I work compared to the other carriers. Consistent customer service that isn’t a total let down like Verizon and I enjoy talking with the employees when I’m in the store.
Lied about the deal I would get so I lost 700 and couldn’t get my money backSo I went in and was told if I trade in my phone they would pay off the old one and I could have payments on the new one based of where I was with the old but then after I signed the contract and a week goes by I tell me friend to come do it and while we are in the store I find out I have to pay it back and I don’t even get the credit for where I was either. Horrible company specially for military like myself only have it for my deployment coming up then switching DO NOT RECOMMEND
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM OR VISIT THIS STORE! Absolutely terrible customer service. Team of experts have said that promises made at this store during sales pitches are sales gimmicks that T-Mobile doesnt condone but they do happen. I refuse to go into this store anymore as the lies during sales pitches have cost me a bit over $1000 in total. Verizon was a much better carrier despite their own issues.
I upgraded my phone and got told that any 2 accessories were free since my account is in good standing. Next month bill is due and I’m charged for it even though I was told they would be free. Came into store and was told they don’t have a manager and couldn’t help us. Still haven’t had the problem fixed. Switching to a different carrier.
When I bought a sim card and started a plan, the operator gave me the wrong plan. I had to travel an hour out of town to get to an official T-Mobile store. When I got there, I had to wait an hour to see someone. I was yhen told the correct plan couldnt take affect untl 3 weeks later. When the time came, my card still had the wrong plan, so I couldnt call or text. When I called the store, they said they couldnt fix the issue. This worthless company is grade A garbage.
Staff is confused with how their own company functions. We were told we were getting a promotion and we didn’t and ended up lying 1200 out of pocket to fix their mistake. They say one thing and customer service says another if it wasn’t for my wife we would be switching carriers. T-Mobile is horrible.
On Christmas my phone completely stopped charging. I am visiting from maryland and definitely need a phone so i was glad to see a tmobile local but the reviews had me skeptical. I went in and its definitely dead and the back is cracked so thats an issue but I am 5 months away from 3 years so upgrading now would cost me more than in 5 or 6 month by a lot. I was impressed they were truthful and not just trying to sell me the s8 for $300 and pointed me into the smart pick lgk20 which is similar to my old phone, a hell of a lot cheaper than an upgrade ($20?!) Or insurance, and I can upgrade in may to the newest whatever for basically sales tax. I will for sure make the trip back here to upgrade with the Watertown tmobile team. They wanted to honestly help not just make a quick buck or 2

2022-05-18I bought a new phone in full on April 1st my parents just made their phone bill and it was 60 bucks more than it should have been because a protective plan and accessories were added even tho I specifically said no to the protection plan and I paid for the charger screen protector and case myself...

2021-09-18This store is okay out of all the times Ive been there they didnt have what I wanted and had to go back. Ive never had a bad experience here,but I did notice that they always have new people working there. Ive been with T mobile for over 19 years since it was voice stream. Im extremely happy that they opened this location,because the closest one was in Destiny Mall over an hour away with that said thank you T mobile for this store it took T mobile over 10 years to open this location. Ive watched this company grow from a small little company. They just need to keep making the service better and do more for their loyal customers especially someone who has been with them for so long.

2021-12-05I went in there to ask about upgrading my phone and the guy that was assisting me, was not helping me through the situation. Plus if I was to go to another store it would be an hour or more away. I would like to be able to speak with either the store manager or the branch manager

2021-12-18Sterling was phenomenal! My husband and I asked a lot of questions. He was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. He did a great job.

2021-11-21Long wait. A few employees werent busy. Asked about plan prices and comparisons but was told they were all the same. Even though I asked about the military plans I was told they were $10 more then the 55+. Was never offered the max plans.

2021-03-13Great store and wonderful Employees. The manager Christian made the transition from sprint quick and easy. Also the sale asosiate Mark was friendly and professional. I would say I would love to go back in however they took care of everything and set us up 100% before we left the store. 10/10

2019-12-29I switched to T-Mobile about 3 years ago and it was my best decision yet! Every time I visit the store Im greeted with smiling faces ready to help me. The store manager Sterling knows his stuff! Any time I have a question or concern it’s answered right away! The store is always kept nice and clean. I will be keeping my service with T-Mobile as long as this store is here!

2021-03-06We went from 4 lines with sprint to 6 lines with Tmobile. Christian, the store manager, was very informative amd did not try to up sell us. He ensured all our questions were answered, we fully understood our bill, and not only did we get great phones amd a lower bill with 6 phones instead of 4, we also gained a new friend. If anyone wants a cell phone or is tured of the run around, go see Christian. He will take care of you as if your part of his family, because to him, you are.
