Don’t GO HERE....Went here because the ratings I wanted speakers the guy Basim the (owner) I called first and told him I have a 2019 Infiniti Q50 being it’s a newer model he wasn’t sure if he had speakers but said he should have something...store closes at 9 so I arrived 8:00ish late just to see how things were they seem busy mostly doing tints cool I wanted something louder with some base so I explain to him I want the best so two options between kickers and pioneer speakers kinda seem convincing like the guy knows what I want so I go with the kicker I come next day early 930am-130pm installation ugh all done.. so as I’m driving out I turn volume up now there’s literately no base at all it is louder so clearly now I have to install a base cool now I didn’t mention he also installed an amp yes... Now the problem is my brand new vehicle you can here the exhaust through the speakers I didn’t bring my car in sounding that way so now I call him and explain I’m not happy I don’t like it I’ll be back so now these guys are looking through YouTube tutorials to eliminate the noise on the inside from the speakers that had me feeling some way if you don’t have experience with a newer vehicle just say that and leave it alone it’s not a simple Honda where you can just start unplugging things so he suggested the tech inside shop, to unplug a wire and it should stop well that didn’t work now my SOS button isn’t working at all at this point so now I want to revert this whole thing with my original speakers so the guys is upset I sense that and he upset saying well I have to take an installation fee 250.00 after I just payed 535.00, 375.00 cash 163.00 credit card for these problems fine I’m trying to be cool I tell the guy just take the 200.00 he agrees he saying his guy took 4hrs but guys look it wasn’t even don’t properly now he saying take my car to the dealer to reset the button how you resetting something that has no power first of all just doesn’t sound right to me very disturbing so I’m like let me just bring my car to the dealer and see what they say because you going to have to compensate me if there’s a problem it seems electrical he didn’t want to really deal with if after seems like he just wants money but I’m at the dealer today to see why they say I would get back to this....Brought my car back to the dealer then went back to the shop to explain to Basim however they installed the speakers they had broken something else within the process he denied it a brand new car with everything working plus had him talking to the people from the dealer explaining what they done wrong he still denied it yes it was a loud dispute outside of the business and it looks like that’s what was his concern because it would deter customers he couldn’t even admit it they may have made a mistake and cut what they wasn’t supposed to guess he doesn’t want the liability got the nerve to charge me an installation fee off 250$ to remove the BS...all that to say the dealer has my car for two days so far and they charging me 165.00 and HR to trace find and correct the problem I’ll post my Bill from the dealer when I get it workers aren’t Certified techs don’t go here......RIGHT TO ADD VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL WITH THAT ANALOGY HE POSTED PRETTY SURE YOU DONT KNOW WHAT BUDGET I HAVE AND FROM A SIDE SHOP WANTING TO WORK ON A NEWER VEHICLE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE BEFORE CUTING AND UNPLUGGING I BROUGHT IT BACK RIGHT AFTER BECAUSE IT DIDNT SOUND RIGHT FROM THE START AFTER I LEFT THE SHOP IF IT WAS SOMETHING SIMPLE AS BEING DISCONNECTED LIKE HE SAID IT SHOULD BE AS SIMPLE AS CONNECTING IT RIGHT BACK INSTEAD HE SAID BRING IT TO THE DEALER AND HAVE IT RESET AND THEN THEY DISCOVER EVERYTHING WRONG HOW YOU RESET SOMETHING THAT HAS NO POWER OR DOSNT WORK...ACCIDENTS HAPPEN IF YOU BROKE SOMETHING YOU PAY TO GET IT FIX I WANTED SOMETHING IS TRUE BUT IT WASNT DONE CORRECTLY NOT EVEN GIVING MORE MONEY TO CORRECT IT WOULD WORK FROM HERE...
The worst customer service I ever experienced in my life, made my tint appointment 2 weeks in advance, showed up for my appointment and the tinter called out, which is understandable because things happen, appointment was at 10am drove 25min to the shop without no heads up, owner didn’t even think to call his appointments for the day to tell them in advance. Wasted gas driving to them and asked the owner to accommodate me in pricing just 20 bucks and he was a complete a double snakes, had no regards for the status of HIS employee, unprofessional and has no consideration or good business ethic. This is a business that cares about money and not the experience of customers.
They do amazing work backed by warranties ...very reliable & honest. got my tints, dual camera, viper remote starter & sound system done here on my honda accord...*tip of advice: Tip leave a small deposit to secure an appointment. They get really busy at times*
I wanted to install a remote starter on my car as the winter is here! I called and asked a few questions about options, cost, and time needed. They were super patient with answering all the questions I had. I came in at 9am, and was again given all the options, left my car and about 2.5 hrs later came back to pick it up. Very professional, quick service, and based on competition, pricing was within range. I highly recommend them!
This is a great place! I actually went in last year to replace a damaged stereo in my Honda CRV. The guys at the shop took care of me in a matter of 30 minutes (super quick for car service these days), and the new stereo that they replaced looked amazing, and sounds great! Truly a professional group of guys and the price couldnt be beat. Thank you all again.
Great prices, excellent work, they fixed my tint on my 2018 Altima for basically nothing. Get there early cause its a small shop, but tgey do high quality work. Will only be going there for my car needs
Did not like the service here. Not only Did they destroy the audio in my car but they refused to check back on the issue without having to pay them another sub charge. WHOMEVER was working on my car smoke Marijuana in it. Lastly belongings were missing from my car magically. Youre better off getting your audio done off the street in Jerome or doing it yourself. Bought amp here was slightly expensive but it was a good amp. Cant complain. The amp turned out to be not enough power for what I was doing so I went back and the guy there said he would take it back and offered me a larger amp for 100 extra so I took it and its still in my car. Very helpful and good people will not secretly rip you off or leave your car messed up because of time constraints
Got tints on my 4 side windows here. Sal and Abrahim were very nice, informative, and prompt with the work. Definitely will be coming back for other things :)
My go to place in the Bronx for tints! I always recommend all my friends to go here to get their cars done and they all leave happy. Ibrahim the owner is a good guy and very knowledgeable in everything car related.
Got there at a good time to do tints. Abraham went over everything (very detailed) for a simple tint job lol but I appreciated it because he wasnt just trying to push the most expensive product. Took them like 15 min to do the two front windows on my Durango and I was on my way. Price was very good also.
Abraham was so knowledgeable and professional. Although, I was a walkin he accommodated me. I wanted my two front windows tinted. I ended changing my lights to LED. Overall, everyone in the shop was courteous. Definitely, going back for my car needs.
I showed up with a vision and Ibrahim took care of me with deadline I had he made it happen. These guys are great! got my music system done sounds amazing will be recommending everybody. I highly recommend this place and will be bringing him future business. 10 stars if I can!
Prices are a bit on the higher side but they offer good quality and service and they’re also honest about what they can and can not do. Their schedule is also very convenient!
Place do shoddy work .I brought my 2016 ford in for the $160 viper tints with lifetime warranty. When I get home I notice a pieces of Lint and dust in between the tint and the glass. Installers obviously didnt wipe windows thoroughly. I bring back next daytoo show owner he tell me if I wanted a good job done I should bring it too a place that charge 350$ and vacuum seal it. He a shoddy shiester and is lucky Im not take it that serious. PS he did offer too remove the tints and refund money but#1 that was bs # 2 why would I want his shoddyworkers touch my car again.
This place is a perfect for tinting windows, decals, etc. I would recommend this place to anyone. What place do you know that would give you a 1 year warranty on the things that they do to your vehicle.I like this place and their timing is perfect when they are working on your vehicle.
I like them alot, what I like the most is their customer service. They made me feel comfortable as if were family. I trust them and I was very satisfied with the service on my little nissan sentra, 1st car...poor thang has been getting things added to it as if its a tractor trailer. Go to them, you will not be disappointed. They are honest and trustworthy, great service.

DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONE HERE. I went to this location,this morning with a price set in mine after speaking over the phone with the owner and son numerous of time the previous day for a Remote starter and installation. I made an appointment for 9 AM today got there 30 minutes early, I was told I would be the first car they work on to my surprise they had and other car pull in front of me. I was still ok with that. The owner started to make numerous of calls in regards to my vehicle and the installation process. He was starting to sound unexperienced and not trustworthy while listening to his conversations. After an hour of waiting he approaches me and stated the price that was given no longer could be honor and he would have to increase my original estimate by $100 more. Do NOT get any work done here.
Currently having an issue with an audio install back from October. Abraham seems like he’s willing to take care of the situation in a fair an equitable way. I’ll update this review accordingly when the issue has been resolved.
My name is Jeff beck, I work @ trexx auto sound. They treat their employees like family. They have great products, fair prices and we do almost anything when it comes to car audio or tint. We are the best car audio store in the city, come in for an estimate on tint or car audio equipment and installation. You will be 100% satisfied when we are finished with your car. Basim and abberhamm are the owners and they give a good discount if you have purchased a system or remote start system. I promise 1 thing that no other shop takes their time on your car like its are own car, so the next time you come in for something for their car you will have no worries.
My boyfriend and I called at 10pm and asked the owner if my boyfriend can bring the car at 1:30 bc we live an hour away and the owner said ofc bring it down. when we got there at 1:30pm on the dot he had told me that my boyfriend was next, which was totally fine. we waited until 4:00 to go back inside to ask how much longer and he said just a few more minutes. So we patiently waited until it was 4:30 and the workers were only on the second window of the other car laughing and talking.. unprofessional therefore i do not recommend going for tints, left after four hours with no tints on the car 🤷🏻♀️ and they also took other people on the side while we PATIENTLY waited for our service.
The most official spot when I’m travel from philly to take care of of my wheel. Vibe is always phenomenal ,prices are lovely and the communication is always there with EVERYONE there. Been there 3 times and counting to upgrade my challenger .
Id be selfish if I didnt post a review, its difficult to find good reviews for stereo installation, after spending hours debating where I would go to get my Pioneer 4200 Nex installed on my Sonata I decided to come here, first off the prices are reasonable these guys arent here to rip you off. Second these guys work fast and professional they dont mess around. I got my stereo installed with 4 speakers and a sub in less then 2 hours and they were busy. Guys dont hesitate come here and chill. They also got a Mexican spot to eat while you wait. Enjoy fellas.
Had my tints done, same day service was nice considering I was a walk in. One window peeled but they replaced it in less than an hour when I went back a week later. Only thing to change is some of the language these guys working their had was foul. Im a manager and would not tolerate cursing from my employees in front of clients its not professional.

Went there recently to upgrade my factory speakers. Then decided to change them for a different brand (so far no complaints from the original installation at T-Rexx Audio). However, I decided to go elsewhere to remove the speakers I had installed at T-Rexx audio, to install the other set of speakers I purchased, only to find out from the new place I went to, that the T-Rexx Audios installation guy that installed my rear deck speakers took the shortcut way to install my rear speakers, not to mention that this same little guy laughed at me when I tried to enter the store because I had trouble finding the right entrance, to walk in. Anyway, at the new place I went to, the owner actually showed me where the installation guy took a shortcut to access the original speakers by forcing the cover panels off, actually bending the plastic on both left and right panels. When I saw that, I now realized two things:1) Thats why the Owners son told me it would take about 40 minutes to install the front AND rear speakers (There was another guy that installed my driver and front passenger door speakers)2) He insisted I sit down and watch TV,. Im assuming so I would not see the idiot prying my rear panels, otherwise the installation guy would HAVE to ACTUALLY do a little more work and remove my rear seats (Which BTW was done at the OTHER place I went to)In conclusion, I dont doubt that the angry Hispanic guy that installed my driver and passenger door speakers would have done the SAME thing little man did with my rear panels , had HE done the installation for my rear speakers. Other than that, I dont think I will go back here. Im SURE the owners son knows this goes on. Integrity and ethics are two things that will keep people in business for long periods of time. Im sure they get a lot of walk-ins just off their reviews, but beware and WATCH these guys when they install things to your car. At the other place I went to, the owner explained this is exactly why his installations take more time. And you know what? I would rather wait longer for a thorough job, than have an installation/repair rushed ANY day.
Waste of time. went 4-5 times on the same job. the very first time, i asked and suggested to do the job the right way. yet, there i was, 4-5 trips later. so i just stopped going. it’s cost me more coming back than actually what i paid for. ibrahim, yes it was your store. i don’t make mistakes on where i’ve gone and what i’ve paid for. gave you guys the benefit of the doubt more than enough times. what you did on my car doesn’t matter anymore as i got it somewhere else. can’t keep talking to you guys and not heed what i said to begin with. don’t worry about this review, you have more than enough customers for years to come.

These guys are nice and welcoming, they did both my cars in no time. Am happy with my tints if they had a 6 star would definitely give them one.
These guys are terrible (except the father) they are unprofessional and have poor craftsmanship. They attach the audio fuse to car fuel line. They leave wires hanging out and use the wrong gauge of wire. Their audio selection is subpar as if they brought over stock from R&S Strauss before they closed. The sons are unprofessional they argue about price with the father in front of customers in Arabic. The shop is small they can only service two vehicles but will try to work on vehicles in the street. They are only good for tinting if that...
Today December 16 Saturday took my car to T-rexx to fix my sound system from a previous installer nightmare. T-Rexx did a amazing job with a great price and most important treated me like family. The guys hands down are the best in town. I am a customer for life. Thank you guys
Lied About Been an OPTIMA Authorized Dealer. On December 2016 I visited this business to have a DVD Mounted in the roof and have my battery replace. The first thing they did it was that they didnt connect the constant 12V to it and I had to go back. The second thing they did was to lie about been an OPTIMA Battery Authorized Dealer to get your business. Now Im stuck with a Batter that I paid closed to $300 dollars and OPTIMA does not recognized them as Authorized Dealer. Please keep away from an unethical business practice location like this one. I dont think Ill ever do business with such person.
DO NOT GET YOUR TINTS HERE!!! Three times my tints had to be redone; first time they put ones that were too dark, and one of them had like a wrinkle; they probably didnt clean the window correctly; went back and they had to redo them to put the correct tints and those came out messed up bcuz one of them had wrinkles and looked horrible; went back a third time, where they replaced it with, yup, another one that has a wrinkle in it... its not even a bubble, its a wrinkle about an inch long... looks horrible. Waste of money; I dont even want to go back to get my money back; theyre NOT about customer service, just all about the money... I would have preferred getting my money back the second time I went, but Abraham assured me theyd get it right the next time.... NOT!
I brought my 2015 Kia Optima here for tints and for L.E.D Headlights, made me feel welcomed and they did it for a very great price, I strongly recommend this place!!!
The best to get any after market work done. Ive been coming here for years. Never had an issue. The prices are good. And you want good work done your going to pay a a fair price.

T rex sticker on my expedition on my lexus on my durango on both the bmws on the Altima i remember that one had the knock lets not forget the Infiniti the golf had a knock too... since 2009 2010 even when t rex yonkers official dudes for audio tints alarms everything..
Horrible clean up and over charge on tints. My car had tint all inside my interior plus glue from the old tint removal and windex streaks everywhere. Last time I go there again.

Went there because I was recommended will say was a bit unsure even though my tint is too light (def my fault I picked it) it looked good when all was said and done.
First off.If i could give extra stars, I would.Went to T-Rexx about 6:30pm.There was 2 cars being worked on, but were completed about 15 minutes after I got there.I just wanted a factory radio removed and replaced with another factory radio i had.Spoke to Abraham who told me I have 2 cars ahead of you, but Im gonna take care of you myself.The 2 cars were inside the bay.Abraham told me to pull up on the sidewalk and he proceeded to remove and replace the radio in a short time.I paid wit my card and left.....About 10 minutes after i left I was getting ready to write this review, my phone rings, its Abraham, he says Patrick whats your last name?.I tell him...he tells me I found your credit card outside where your car was HOLY SH--! I went back and got my card...which i didnt even know i had lost...Thanked Abraham and promised him lunch...I GOT YOU ABRAHAM!! Definitely going back to get more work done...Air Horn and alarm.Try them you wont be disappointed.Need more honest ppl like Abraham.

2022-03-04Job was done. Had to do a lot of waiting after being called saying they were done. I had tints and alarm installed. The alarm works great but tint job couldve been installed better since I paid for the premium film and I see bubbles.Nice guys, but they should consider being a bit more organized and making sure things are done 100% correct before calling the customer. Also, please do not leave scraps of your work inside the car after doing a job, I had to clean up after them and put my head rest back in place.

2022-01-23I had a viper security system and remote start installed by Trexx on a Honda Accord. These guys are top technicians and the customer service is unmatched. They also offer the most reasonable prices in the area. I will definitely be coming back to get my tints done here! 100% recommend!

2022-03-01This place is horrible tell me how I bring my car to diagnose a problem with my radio as I was experiencing no sound coming from my oem radio the owner tells me it will cost 25 to check it then ramps it up to 65 dollars mind you this only took 15 minutes tops for them to figure out what was wrong with the radio. When they finished they told me the radio is no good and I will need a new radio he also stated it will cost 175 plus 570 if I buy there radio. I decided to buy my own radio few days later and reached out to the owner he then changed the price around now to 275 dollars to install the radio lol I’m like wow thank god they only got me for the 65 bucks… this place is just money hungry they are dishonest & not about the customers and furthermore I went to another audio shop called audiomax in fordham and the experience was a lot more professional only got charged 150 dollars to install my radio when this place was trying to get over by 125 dollars … smh it’s really just outrageous how they try to rob every customer! Audiomax is the place to go !!! Stay away from Trex!!!! #Neveragain

2021-08-28I was shopping around for where to get my 2018 Honda Accord tinted. I decided to give these guys a try due to other tint places being booked for weeks. One of the worst decisions I have made. First, I had to leave a deposit for an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment at 11am, the owner told me I had a car ahead of me, and assured me I would be next. He wanted me to leave the car but I could not do that so I decided to walk the neighborhood and get some lunch from the local I-hop. When I returned at approximately 2:15pm, they were just tinting the driver and passenger sides. No where to sit and wait due to COVID. I had to stand and wait on one of the hottest days of the summer. It was a rush job. Seven days later, bubbles still in my back window. I called the owner he stated I have a lifetime warranty which was great. He gave me another appointment to get it fixed. When I returned the process went smooth. My back glass re-tinted. Days later small bubbles and scratches on my back glass. I did not even bother to call back. At this point I am fed up. A couple of weeks later, I happened to roll down my passenger side window which is never rolled down only to see the tint starting to peel. I went back to T-Rex and showed the owner. The owner tried to tell me I rolled the window down to soon, BS. He told me they would fix it the same day wrote my number down and told me he would be calling me in a hour. Never called. Unprofessional business period! I never had so many problems with having a car tinted. Over the time I was there I saw several people coming back with issues. I think you only get good service if they know you. Please do yourself a favor do not have your windows tinted at T-Rex there are other qualified tint places in NYC and especially in the Bronx.

2018-07-29I bought a brand new truck. I wanted to put a nav radio in, so i went here becuase they had a shop across the street from me for awhile, thought they would do the right thing. The radio has been acting up and not working properly for months. Finally i decided to look at it myself, after many calls to t-rexx and no answer. What an utter mess they made splicing wires! What a shame or should i say sham. Look at the pictures. A few dollars more and thecould have bought the correct harness adapters but they decided to cut stuff up like any animal on any street corner. Plus for every 5 screws they took out they put 3 back. I guess you just cant trust people to do jobs neat and correctly these days. What a shame

2019-07-21Where do I start... lets start with the little things that matter.. DM them on Instagram and they replied very fast with full details answering my questions. Showed up next day and was greeted professionally with a handshake and introducing himself. Broke down the details of my options and explaining the differences. Price was fair for full tints and taillights tinted. Everything was done within the time frame they stated. I inquired about other things I will be doing to my car and these will be my guys. Everything is in the details and Ill be going back.

2021-09-20Upon going here i looked them up, read some reviews and said “ill give them a shot”. So i called to make sure they werent too busy. So after i went down, and was greeted by Very welcoming and humble people. I knew i picked the right spot. just by the Aura of the room, One of them even bought me a water while i waited for my jeep to be worked on… great experience. And the tints they came out perfect. Ill definitely be coming back here. Im happy with the tints… i would recommend these guys to anyone.
