Al did excellent and timely work replacing a power supply in a legacy water cooled machine. This required some detailed care to route everything properly and to ensure it all worked as it did.
Al is great! I came in randomly one Saturday afternoon after having crashed my old Macbooks hard drive. He was able to tell me what the problem was the same day and let me decide what to do with my options. He is fast and efficient and really so nice. I am so glad I found his shop, as I dont think I would have gotten my computer back in two days flat. Thank you so much for helping me out. :)

I found my PC guy... and his name is Al!!! This is now my go-to spot for any tech support needs.Needed new thermal paste for my laptop. I called the shop and Al let me know it would be done the same day. Not only was it done the same day, but he called me back 2 hours later to pick it up. He took photos of the whole process because he could tell I was a bit skeptical of someone potentially frying my machine. PC ran like new afterwards.I never leave reviews you should come here. Trust me. Great service, kind people, family run for 17 years.
My laptop screen unexpectedly broke and I was unable to do work. The old repair shop that I used to take my computer into closed so I went on Google to see who else is available in the neighborhood that is good. I left my laptop with him on Friday and he was very friendly, and honest as he let me know right away the services and cost. Even though the estimated time was by the end of the week he had my laptop ready in only two days! So he works really fast too. I highly recommend and will be back. Thanks again Al!
I am so glad that I found this place that does amazing service. I got my Mac hard drive repaired in exact time I been told to.Owner is nice and very knowledgeable. He knew right away what was wrong with my Mac so he saved me money on running detection test( I think that’s was it’s called) which was around $60.00. My computer fell onto my hard wood floor, cracked the screen. I took it straight to Almir at TA PCREPAIR on my bike and he was understanding but also straight forward with what had to be done. The price of a macbook screen, which if you have a model within the last five years, is expensive, especially in my case. After getting over the price of the part, I realized the price of the labor was super reasonable and the job was done in two days. Service was amazing. Ill be going there again if I have any other trouble.

This place really is the best and the only place I would ever bring my computers for repairs. The owner is a computer wizard, honest, straightforward, and timely, and I truly wouldnt trust anyone else to even gaze in the direction of my computer! Al is thorough in ascertaining exact with the issues and needs of the computer are and advises only what is truly needed. The recent repair and upgrade of speed and storage for my iMac has worked out perfectly. An Importantly, I find his pricing is fair and affordable, and beats by a large margin the pricing of Apple and other techs.
I recently took my 10 yro Mac book pro to be fixed and Almir did a great job. He replaced the screen in a day and gave me a fair and honest price. I definitely recommend this place and would go back if I need any assistance.

Dropped my PC off for green screen/black screen issues. 3 weeks and $285 later for a new motherboard only to be told it’s the video card and I’ll need a new one. Still experiencing PC issues, nothing resolved. Would give 0 stars if possible.
A week ago a called and told them about my issue with the CD player not working Al told me to bring it in to see if he can fix I have the oldest Mac book the white Leopard and it wasn’t even going on google I just wanted it to work for basic web searching and documents, I went today to drop it off and Al was so awesome! Very professional and kind he assured me that he can get it fix and get it running, I came back with in an hour he not only updated my Mac book to more Ram gigs , he added word , and had it up too speed like any other Computer this guy is a computer wizard and he even gave me a great deal way better than apple, which they was trying to charge me $400 to fix it , I paid way less than that with Al ! I highly recommend getting your laptops fix here if he can get my old 2007 Mac book running new I’m sure he can fix anything ! I’m so so happy! Al runs a fantastic repair service! He is experienced and honest, and has reasonable prices for quality work.Al has fixed my old computer on a few occasions. Each time he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and was transparent about repair costs before doing any work. In this COVID moment I depend even more on my computer. TA Repair is the only place I would trust my computer. I can ask them anything. My entire family are proud TA PC Repair fans. There is nothing they cannot manage. My father, my brothers, my ex-husband, we all trust Al. It has been a relationship over fiver years now. We see him regularly. Al is wonderful!! My 4 year old XPS had a broken space bar and was acting very slow. When I brought it in to Al, he explained all the possible options to me including the option to buy a new laptop and where to go (which would not benefit his pocket). He was very honest and thoughtful and caring. I decided to fix my laptop keyboard and update the drive instead of spending the money on a brand new laptop and now I feel like I have a brand new laptop without having to spend all the money. Hes communicative, fair with his pricing, and very kind. Al youre the best and youll always be my computer repair guy!
Al was great to work with. Few weeks ago called for check price for iMac repair. Very professional, responsive, and thorough. Went out of his way to make sure that not only did he address my issue with my iMac 27 Inchesbut also that I understood what was going on. Removing LCD and replacing my old hard drive with new SSD. Amazing services. I’m an interior design student who is reliant on the everyday use of a laptop. When things go kaput, I definitely want a reliable source that will not only fix the PC in due time, but can reassure me that they know what they are doing on the spot. Al is THE BEST!! He was so nice, funny and most importantly, he knows his stuff!!! I had to recover data off a corrupted hard drive, and had gotten a quote from the service Dell recommended for $900-$3900!!! I was panicked and decided to check around just to see if other places might be a little more reasonable. I called Al and he told me to come on in; I went in, he hooked up my hard drive right then and there, and within a matter of minutes, had recovered my data. I had all my data transferred to an external drive within 3 hours and he sent me a text complete with the boom fist emoji when I could come pick it up. And the price? $150. I AM SO GLAD I CALLED AL!! Go to him. He rocks.
Al was a fantastic, accommodating, and helpful guy when I went in a few weeks ago to get my laptops cooling problem fixed. He found the problem right away and quickly fixed it. I was seeking repair shop to fix problem with power unit for my notebook. First, the pricing is very reasonable - $60 to diagnose, which can be applied towards labor fee. Big retails diagnostic alone typically goes for $100.Al identified the issue quickly, ordered necessary parts, and completed repair within 4 business days. Im very satisfied with his service, and will not hesitate to come back in the future. Thank you!
So some background info: I came in yesterday to get a very easy to do RAM upgrade on my 8 year old laptop. Didnt even really need the upgrade, but I just wanted to keep running my programs nicely through the next years. This laptop has been my workhorse for both college and grad school and has never failed me to this day; weve been through a lot (from pesky adware, rootkits, dust, battery failures...etc.) so you can imagine that Im quite attached to it sentimentally. This was my first time ever going to a computer repair shop since, normally, I would have done the service myself as Im no stranger to taking apart PCs. At the moment though I didnt want to do this at home where even more dust or static could mess something up inside. I also dont have time to search online for the best RAM replacement either.Al was very upfront about the price for both the RAM and his service fee. He didnt need to dust out the hardware, but I appreciated that he did it professionally. At first I was a bit salty about the service fee, but I know hes a businessman whos got a kid thatll probably be going to college soon, and with COVID going on, everyones trying to save and make money these days to pay rent. He could have charged me more and taken more than 1 day to do the job, but he didnt, which Im happy for in the end.Als a trustworthy guy and if I ever need to get any of my other comps. serviced for things I dont feel like doing myself or cant do on my own Id gladly go to his shop again.But Al (if you read this) the only reason I gave you 4 stars instead of 5 though is because I didnt really like the guessing-the-song-to-get-$5-off game ...kind of makes a person feel bad when they miss more than once you know lol Anyway, with probably more than 100 5-star reviews (which I think you really do deserve) I dont think my 4 stars will make much of a difference :-P
Al is an amazing man. I been to a lot of repair shops and no wear near the experience Ive had with Al hes above and beyond the rest. He did a great job on a custom build computer I had just wanted to ad and extra video card to it he explained everything to me in detail and didnt want me to spend more money then I had too and when I had an issue or a question all I had to do was call him, Im very happy I brought my computer to Al. Do your self a favor dont let other repair shops take your money come see Al before you go any wear else. I wont be going any wear else Al does it all computer up grades virus removal and the best part custom computer builds for gaming and to your liking you wont be disappointed. My MacBook had suddenly died on me and I refused to wait a week to visit the genius bar for them to ship out my laptop to who knows where. Took less than a week for my computer to be repaired, the price was much more fair compared to what Apple would have charged me! This is going to be my go-to spot from now on, thank you, Al!
I called to ask about repair and over the phone he advised me that my ac adapter wasn’t charging and recommended my getting a new battery. He didn’t make a dime off me and gave me advice to save money! I will definitely go to him if and when my dell xps 17 needs service!
Have not had my computer repaired but this review is based on first impressions.My computer does not boot up it just cycles. The guy told me there is a $60 diagnostic fee (which is reasonable) & I asked him what can be an issue for a computer not booting up & he told me multiple things & gave me an idea of the price it can end up being. Did not feel pressured in any way, I can tell this place does not scam people.The reason I did not leave my computer was because I have an appointment at Apple so I would like to see what they have to say first. If Apple does not give me a good option, I will definitely leave my MacBook Pro at this local repair shop.I will update soon.
Al is the man!!I came in with an HP laptop that is quite a few years old. It was overheating, had a virus, and was just totally acting up on me. Al replaced the hard drive and cleaned out the computer while saving all my data/photos. He even upgraded my windows, added the newest version of Microsoft office, and gave me a replacement battery (I misplaced mine), all at no extra charge!! He did this in just of 2 or 3 days. His prices are very fair and reasonable. And if you answer a trivia questions correctly he will knock a couple bucks off your bill! He’s one of the friendliest people you will ever meet. I definitely recommend!
I took my laptop to TA pcrepair after reading some good reviews and so glad I did! Al is pro ,super reasonable and very quick turnaround. Good communication -he took pictures from inside computer and texted to me.I expected to pay more for the service and was pleasantly surprised when it came in much less than expected. That never happens! My laptop is back to normal .Totally recommend them
Al was very helpful and fixed my problem. I had gone to another computer repair store in the area and while they tried to just give a quick fix, he did a thorough review of my laptop to make sure he knew what the problem was and provided me with all my options. The options he gave me were also better and more convenient than the other repair shop and he tried to make sure that I understood everything well.The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that his store hours (10-6:30) during the week are a little more inconvenient for me to drop off/pick up my laptop since I am usually at work during those hours. Otherwise I highly recommend this store!
My laptop was overheating, and I dont have the cash to replace it right now. I had asked the folks at Apple to take a look, but the price was outrageous. Went to Best Buy too but I had to wait two to three days to have it repaired. Well I was kind of OK with the waiting time but when they told me the price, I was shocked. It was not much of a difference in pricing from the Apple store. I didnt know where to turn, luckily my friend knows Al from the repair shop and told me to go, so I figured I would take a chance and go to him since she has told me some great things about their services.I could not have been happier. They gave me a loaner so I could keep working while my laptop was in the shop. They got it fixed the very next day --- and even sent me a pdf of the insides to show me what was wrong and what they fixed. Fast, affordable, reliable -- these guys are amazing. Another good thing is they are in my neighborhood so I dont have to go far to have great service with affordable prices. I have been recommending them to everybody I meet. I give them five stars for outstanding services.Thank You!

Brought my 7 yrs old HP Laptop to Al as it would not start. Al was able to diagnose the problem in a day. Mother board was shot. Al was able to order a replacement and had it fix within a week which I was not expecting. Didnt expect the part to arrive till Friday and figured I would have it after memorial day. Just picked it up and its working fine. Thanks Al!
Probably the best repair experience of my life. I brought a MacBook Air in with what I thought was some water damage. Al took it, assessed it, and quoted me. I agreed. A few days later he told me the issue was something different, and that it might be more expensive. I agreed. When I came to pick it up, he had found a completely different solution to the problem, and only charged me about half as much as he originally quoted. He EASILY could have charged me for two or three things that I did not need. Instead, he backtracked on those assessments, solved my problem, fixed my computer, and all at an amazing price. I cannot stress enough how rare this is, and how priceless it is. I will always go back to T A PC Repair with any issue, and I STRONGLY recommend you do the same. Honesty, Efficiency, Knowledge, and Customer Service are all an A++++.

Recently I had a problem with my 27” iMac. Everything suddenly stopped working and I saw nothing but black screen. I brought my computer to Al’s computer repair store hoping for some help from his end. He quickly examined my machine and quickly identified the issue. It was a short circuit on the logic board that was causing an issue. I had my computer fixed and up and running very shortly after. Here’s what I like about Al’s approach:1) he can be as detailed as you would like him to be about what is the problem, or as high level as you would like him to be. In my case I wanted to know everything about the problem and he took his time to explain to be very closely why logic board was failing2) he gives you a couple of repair options and, based on my experience, tries to save you money. In my case he spent good amount of his time trying to fix broken logic board before we decided to give up and replace it.3) he keeps you updated. I’ve had several phone calls with him to update me with the progress of the repair or to ask which option I want to chose. I felt very informed.Overall, I highly recommend him for your computer needs. I’ve used his service twice already and both times he was very quick and effective.
I hardly leave reviews, but I feel TA PC REPAIRS deserves one! After my computer screen broke, and various different viruses were slowing down my computer, I was debating if I should get a new one or repair the old one. While hanging out in Astoria, I stumbled upon TA PC repair and I spoke to the owner of the store, who was very knowledgable and helpful. I was worried about my data being lost, after cleaning out my comp, but Al was very reassuring, and explained all the steps he would take in order to save and recover DATA. Price was VERY fair, much cheaper then buying a new comp for sure, and my comp was fixed within two days. I am glad I found this shop, as I will be their customer for a long time. THANK YOU

Great service, and he ended up charging me less than the quote and getting my laptop back to me faster than hed forecast. (The quoted cost was 70% of what Geek Squad said they would charge, and the forecast time was 1/5 as long as GS said it would take them.) Very happy with the experience.
No need to go further. working from home and being dependant on my computer I have needed Als assistance many times. His service is truly one in a million.I find a need to update my review based on a fake negative review I saw for TA PC Repair. Al has saved me from many computer issues, I even bought a computer from Al that was really a great deal. When Im in his shop I always hear him helping ppl in any way he can, to the point of charging the most minimal fee. His personality is welcoming and most important is his knowledge of computers.
I recently brought a laptop to TA for repair , issues with the keyboard. The laptop was a couple years older, and I felt they were very upfront with me about my options, stating that it may be an expensive and more intricate repair, and with the delicate nature and age of the laptop, other issues may arise during the process. They offered me several options, and I was happy with the entire process. Laptop workers now just like before.Highly recommended
Very professional and great work ethics. I had went there after buying pc parts to build a gaming pc. Before they took my money he looked at all the parts to make sure it was compatible with one another. Within 24 hours my pc was done and ready to be picked up. He also advise me that I should look into getting more RAM (Which I had already known) and sent me on my way. I advise anyone to gi here if they are having computer problems.
Al. provided exceptional service when my MacBook Pro hard drive failed during the early months of the pandemic. I had to work from home so it was essential that I had a functioning laptop. I got a new SSD installed within a one day turnaround and then I proceeded with data recovery. Now I have a working laptop again and my old data back. Thank you!

I have done business with Al a few times over the past 2 years and he has been nothing but helpful & patient.The first time I went there with my 9 year old laptop bc it was lagging & getting a blue/black screen. He advised my laptop probably had a few months to live, but after he updated the hard drive (and added the whole MS Office suite & virus protection) it survived another year plus! When it died again after I dropped it recently, he was able to get it up and running again, saved my data and sent me home with a cooling pad & extra battery. The price for repairs was very reasonable.After looking at prices online for a desktop pc, I called Al about a possible gaming tower custom build. He said he could give me much more for the same prices online (I was looking at desktops in the 1000 to 1500 range) - and he did. He built a super powerful custom tower with a 3 year warranty, with even more features than we initially discussed. In addition to the stuff that comes with Windows10, Al threw in a keyboard & mouse, virus protection, Photoshop, InDesign & Power Director. He saved me hundreds of dollars on programs alone. If I bought this computer from Best Buy, I easily would have spent $2000 or more.Its obvious Al is excited about his work because he goes above & beyond no matter how much you spend. Im a happy customer.

Not only I am 100% satisfied with my laptop after taking it to T.A PC Repair (they changed my screen and also restored my laptops system which turned out to be fast and efficient again - like brand new), but also the customer service amazed me. Unfortunately the computer wouldnt even turn on, but Al came to the rescue and was able to recover all my data . Great job. You are number one in Astoria and in New York. All others where asking over $ 500 for data recovery and you did it for $125. The BEST computer place.
The shop owner was able to find out what was wrong with my laptop in the shortest amount of time possible. Also, he was kind enough to attend to my request for fixing the laptop on the same day.(@ extra cost of $40) Almir is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and gives great advice for your devices. I had a really good experience at TA pcrepair. My laptop was running really slowly and IT from TA reinstalled Windows and added Microsoft Office and my files back on. Now it works great! I would recommend TA pcrepair to anyone with computer issues.
I came into TA PC Repair thinking I knew the issue and Al (the owner) said hed check it out and not fix what I said because he didnt want to take my money if he didnt think that was the problem.He fixed the problem, kept me updated by phone the entire time, and best yet, what I thought was wrong woulda cost me $150, but what he did only cost $95. Really honest guy, and my laptop is working great so far.

This is the first computer repair store Ive been to in Astoria, and it will be the last because I will never give my business to any other store here. Al was extremely accommodating and hands on with helping me figure out what was wrong with my computer, even whilst busy with other customers coming in. He knew I was in an emergency and needed my computer back as soon as possible, so after figuring out what was wrong with it after diagnosis and replacing my video card, he told me to go without charging me for repair or for the replacement part. Amazing service and kindness to boot.

My Custom built PC had been broken for months. I took it to another computer repair shop and was given the ring around. Brought it here and the owner had the problem fixed within a few days at a fair price! I couldn’t recommend this place more. My computer feels like brand new!

Do not believe any of the above reviews, I had the worst nightmare experience with this guy He only wants the 60$ diagnostic fee after that he will not even try to fix the computer and will tell you it is better to buy new computer (obviously will not say that before you pay 60$), mine Was setting for two weeks at the end lost 60$ without fixing it is not only that when he close back the computer he missed to install the wirles bottom & the battery is not charging now.Most of the places they do not charge anything before they found out what wrong and how much will coast to fix your computer.if i could have zero or minus i would, my advise DO NOT go there

My PC blacked out on me and I called Dell who remote diagnosed the problem as a bad motherboard and suggested I call the Geek Squad to repair. Geek Squad said their diagnostic service was $100, but they couldnt set an appointment because.....their computers were down!I called TA, and the owner said bring it on in, that theres no way to tell what it is by a remote diagnostic. His diagnostic fee, $50, applied to any repair. He zeroed right in on the problem, a bad RAM chip...After testing to see which one it was, he pulled the faulty chip and the PC was back in business. He suggested I check ebay for the best price if I wanted to replace the chip, one of four.Total price? $50 - and walked out with the repaired PC in under an hour.The owner KNOWS HIS STUFF with a masters degree in computer engineering. Hes smart, quick and professional all the way.
I dropped off my MacBook Pro a few weeks ago for repair (trackpad and then found out battery also needed replacing). Al is very honest, proficient and professional at what he does. HANDS DOWN THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! VERY reasonable pricing, Al is a very HONEST person who isnt trying to rip you off!!! I had an emergency situation with my laptop, called a few places (even pricey geek squad) not one would be able to fix my laptop the SAME DAY. I was given TA PC Repair number from a local repair person in the area where I work who would not be able to even diagnose my problem for 3 days. I called and spoke with Al he said to give him about an hour to get to his shop. I dropped my laptop off at 1pm on Thursday 6/7/18 . At 3:30pm Al called me with the diagnosis and 2 options on how to handle it...my motherboard was completely FRIED!!!! But it didnt effect any of my programs stored on my hard-drive, OPTION #1 - A new motherboard would take about 3-5 business days for delivery and was $195 (which would be $135 minus the $60 diagnostic fee)...OPTION #2 - He had a used laptop that was the same make as mine but A LOT BETTER & FASTER he would transfer everything from my old laptop to the used one, but the battery pack was missing he told me the model number and they werent expensive (I found one on ebay for $13) and he would only charge me $35 in addition to the $60 diagnostic fee I already paid (total cost $95) I needed a laptop STAT and waiting 3-5 business days for a motherboard wasnt an option for me!!!! So I told him to proceed and transfer everything from my FRIED LAPTOP to the used one!!!! By 5:15pm Thursday 6/7/18 I had a NEW USED LAPTOP with all my programs and my ESTIMATING SOFTWARE which was my main concern. The used laptop Al sold me IS 1000% BETTER than the JANKY one I had....its like I went in with CHOPPED LIVER but came out with FILET MIGNON instead!!!!I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD....Al made a very stressful situation much better!!!!!
Few months ago I had big problem with my laptop and so far everything is OK. The camera on the HP laptop did not work, and the needed for my work urgently. I have my business office on Ditmars. Ive used TA pcrepair for many several different problems, including saving data from damaged hard drives to replacing logic board on my macbook pro. Reasonably priced and excellent work. I highly recommend this service! Professional and very knowledgeable .
Normally I go to a place in Manhattan for computer fixes but I figured Id give the local place a shot with my 2012 Macbook. He replaced the hard drive, which has been great. But the next day, my bluetooth went down. He opened the computer up again, but since it was a problem with the logic board, he said it couldnt be fixed and recommended buying a USB bluetooth receiver, saying theyd work on Mac. But if you read the reviews, none of those actually do work with Mac well. So I just brought my computer back to my normal place in Manhattan and they fixed it in an hour. It was a simple fix--they showed me that a little transistor next to the Bluetooth card had been knocked off or improperly removed (like with a fingernail instead of a tool). I also had them quote me on a hard drive too because Im a glutton for punishment, and a solid state hard drive with more space would have been cheaper there. Overall, while the guy seems nice and was transparent about his abilities, the expertise is more on the PC side, so I would not bring my Mac products here again. He also said, Macs are for girls, PCs are for guys, right off the bat. I said Tell that to all the guys I work with and then he went on to say how all work computers are PCs. So I probably shoulda just stopped things right there, but now I just have to live without the extra time and money I spent.

I know almost nothing about the tech side of things and it can be easy to feel intimidated (or totally baffled) when needing help or repairs on that front -- I experienced none of that here! Al is very friendly and easy to talk to (even for a total non-techie like me), knows his stuff, had great communication, fixed my laptop even faster than promised, and at a reasonable price.
I went there to figure out why my computer which recently had gotten a new battery but still wasnt turning on. Al was incredibly busy, actually working on a computer when I came in and had several to finish up on before leaving to go out of town the next morning. He still was able to sit with me, give me undivided attention on troubleshooting all the possible reasons this was happening. I had been experiencing a problem with the trackpad on my laptop for about a week. The problem was getting worse. I called the store to find out when was a good time for me to come in for a diagnosis. They told me 1:00. I arrived around 1:25 and the owner was able to look at my computer right away. He fixed the problem in 15 minutes. I had very good service and would definitely go back to this store.

I have built 3 or so PCs. With my latest build I was using a Ryzen Threadripper series. It lasted for about 07 months. After trying & failing to find the issue, I went here. He found the problem & also offered solutions after running a thorough diagnostic (It was the MB for those who are curious).I fully expected to have to reinstall/reboot the OS & all else when I got it back home, but he was also able to save my current install & CPU, which I didnt expect (& am quite happy about, reinstalling all those programs takes me 5 days these days).Anyone who lives near here or even within a 2 mile radius, do yourself a favor if your PC gets out of whack, & come here. The prices are reasonable, they take pride in their work, & always offer you alternatives.

My Macbook Pro mid 2012 went dead. Apple Store on 5th ave was quoting me $500 just to ship it out of state to find out what was wrong with it. Any extra additional parts would be extra cash. 2022-05-03My older MAC for the home office gave up the ghost. Al was responsive, and ended up replacing the Hard Drive at a very reasonable price. While I was waiting to pick up my computer, I witnessed them being very patient with another customer. Very. Patient. Call before you drop off so you get a good idea when it might be ready based on the work they have scheduled.

2022-01-11The best PC repair shop in Astoria. Timely and professional service. Brought in my laptop after it wouldnt boot up. Al was able to get it working again and even replaced the corroded coin battery for free! Thanks to Al, my laptop is fully functional again.

2021-12-21I brought in my Windows 11 laptop, i had trouble with the new OS. The owner explained everything to me, and he did not charge me anything. This is the go-to spot to repair your computer now. It certainly is the best in Astoria!

2021-06-16This place is amazing! I brought my Macbook Pro (early 2015 ) n after the battery completely died. Al fixed it within 2 days, and its as good as new. Thank you for saving me the headache of buying a new computer and from losing all of my data! They also were willing to stay open late so I could come pick it up after work. I dont normally write reviews but this place deserves it.

2021-10-28Awesome!YES !! waited for 3 weeks ALMOST 3 WEEKS..but at end so happy... Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Explained everything in a way I could easily understand. Diagnosed my computer for$80 and total repair was $125 with 1 year warranty . Thank you for grat job .

2021-03-22They are amazing! Clear communication, very kind and helpful. They know what they are doing and go an awesome job at it. My loptop was unresponsive for a whole year and Al fixed it in 2 days with all my data intact! They indeed are the best. Will never hesitate to go back to them again!
