Great showers. Smalls place. Plenty of parking
Workers smoking pot right out front, clearly zero discipline. Showers never cleaned properly. Watched the kid with glasses do a quick dry and put it back to ready. No restaurant. Roller grill area always filthy and bunch of flies. Sorry excuse of a truck stop. One of the most unorganized fuel stations ive ever encountered. Corporate needs to step in.
Little restaurant within walking distance, “Beer Thirty,” has good fried pickles and fried green tomatoes. Older truck stop, but well taken care of, and friendly staff!
Well, this place is a small truck stop. But it has alot of personality. Lol... Showers are clean and the food was great. Not alot of parking space. I was having a rough day and could figure out why my fuel card wasnt working. An a lady name Cheyanne was helpful and patient. The manger was nice as well. This is a great place to take a break. As far as gas they are great customer service even better but the mechanics beware if you’re having work done. All I wanted was a oil change that first seemed like forever to get to only to have the Machanic break my oil line that they were unable to fix until the next day because by the time they finally got to me everything was closed so that left me sleeping in my hot box truck unable to run the engine from 10:30 pm- 8:00 am and that’s how long I have to wait for them to order the part only God knows how much longer it will be
Swift reasonable service, prices, and generous portions. Wait staff is always friendly and accommodating.
Restaurant is closed. I’ve seen bigger and better stocked stop & rob gas stations. The shop is the biggest disappointment. The early evening before I made an appointment for 9am today. Was told at that time 3 trucks in front of mine and they were servicing one them at that time. At 9:15 this morning I walked over to see what the word was. “A/C tech is working on something else, don’t know when he will be done”. If you can’t call me and tell me you’re behind you are telling me you don’t want to work on my truck. The only reason they do this is because truck drivers put up with it.
Worst TA in the USA...🤮 they dont have anything you need... drivers DO NOT waste your time...workers hate themselves then everyone else...
This place is pretty awesome. Something about it I really like. The workers are all friendly and will chat with you. I got a few pizza recommendations from the night shift guy that I cant wait to try on my way through next time. Its always clean. The store part is kinda small but they have the basics.The restroom is upstairs. So if you are handicap keep that in mind.Speed test for Verizon when I was parking overnight.
Great parking even in middle of night and bar and grille next door with excellent philly. Beer thirty bar and grill
Yeah, its old. Lets get that out of the way. Oh, the restaurant is closed too. Thanks cuomo. But the people at this TA are hands down the best. I frequent the Petro in Scranton, the TA in maybrook, the TA in fultonville, and this TA. I dont sleep here, as I live locally. But I can tell you Ive never seen this place more than 60% full, outside of a major snow storm. Parking is not a problem. As for fuel, you never have to worry about the pumps being down or broken, holding up trucks. Of the four truck stops I frequent, this is the only one I can count on having washer fluid and brushes 100% of the time. Something so small, yet so important. Thank you for earning 5 stars, and keep up the good work!This review is for the store and fuel pumps only. The service department... Thats a story for another time. Mixed reviews there.

If you’re voluntarily looking for your truck to break down on the road then visit TA Binghamton Truck Service Shop for any repair or even a light or a wiper change.Got stung twice, Never AgainDrove a perfect truck in for an oil change took 7hrs. Drove off with a check engine light on, then truck broke down 50 miles away.Called at 2am and was given 6hrs eta, they never showed up, called me instead and asked me to call a service closer to where truck broke down.Truck always breaks down on the road after visiting this TA Binghamton truck service shop.
A shout out for Tara at the fuel desk.. the most wonderful and helpful person I have encountered in quite awhile. I needed a copy of a lost receipt..I made one call and in one minute she had my problem solved. In this time of apathy and separation.. she went above and beyond when most others I spoke with couldnt be bothered to help. Thank you Tara..T/A needs many more people like you.

It was my first visit to this TA truck service but in just one visit I feel very comfortable with staff. All staff members are very friendly and always ready to help others. I am very thankful to all staff members.
Remodeling the resteraunt but fully functional. 2nd shift waitresses were two of the nicest Ive come across in a very long time. They are the example of what a waitress should be. Corporate should have these two training across the country. Fuel desk staff was very pleasant and attentive also. Been a very long time since Ive had a total pleasant experience. Thanks to all...
Stopped tonight to do a trailer swap with one of our local guys, and spent the 10-hr rest period here.Had a shower, it was nice and clean. Water was adequately hot. Stopped into Country Pride, it was as expected. The servers were very friendly.Ran a load of laundry, which was a bit pricey. A necessary evil, I reckon.Fuel islands can be busy and parking fills up fast. One of the nicer TAs around.:)

I just stopped in have my p.m. done had my own filters it just charge me or oil and labor in and out less than an hour torque to the right specification with the drain plug fill to the right level very fast and efficient definitely try to get my p.m. done here unlike all the other bozos shop just place is top notch I really appreciate them Tom the manager great job and the mechanic Jose really seems to care about details thats fine with me while waiting spoke with another driver who gets his p.m. done here and only here been coming here for years he had nothing bad to say so I give it five stars as far as the rest of the place I guess like all the other ta Petro just another stop
Small but is one of my favorite TAs. Nice people waitresses are always great food is always good. showers always nice and hot with nice clean towels. Restrooms are always very clean and smell good I always recommend drivers to stop at this TA..
Really did not care for this place. We had dinner here. Waitress was friendly but the food, yuck. Dont get me wrong I support truck drivers (my dad drives otr). But this one was loaded with ones that just didnt care what they look like or smelled like.

Went here to Western Union money to a friend. The lady behind the counter was polite, funny, and nice to speak to. She made the process easy. I would recommend this place for WU, gas, snack run, etc. As all the staff are friendly and the place is clean.
If you want to eat or get your truck and trailer maintenance done this is the place for you. I pulled my tractor in the shop to get a nail pulled out of a tire and get get the hole patched. The service advisor ,Pat got me in a Bay and said if I wanted to go in for a bite to eat he would phone me when it was ready to go. David the tech was just finishing up the tire repair when I arrived back to the shop. The repair cost was fair and the service was over the top.
Those towels. Someone needs to smell them. They stink. Honestly, Im very disappointed. I dont even make reviews but, my husband and I spend at least $1,200 with TA alone in fuel not even counting the items that I daily purchase. It would be nice if I knew that i could at least get some decent smelling towels. I had to air dry. The ladies downstairs were polite but I am not used to TAS being this way.
The shower facilities at the TA here are the CLEANEST and MOST COMFORTABLE Ive used in ANY travel scenario, (even hotel stays!). The Country Pride restaurant on the first floor has the BEST SERVICE I couldve ever asked for! Im on my first REAL Road Trip through multiple states, and we got there pretty late in the evening. I ordered a milkshake which I had NO IDEA had loads of coffee/caffeine in. The waitress informed me of that and said she could make a decaffeinated version of the milkshake for me and I eagerly accepted! She actually catered to MY wants and needs. (And, BTW, that milkshake was AMAZING!)! As well as the salad bar and supper.
These guys run a very unorganized operation. They need a class in production management. I had to wait a whole day for 2 tires because a tech had a 10 hour job in front of me.
Always on my must stop places. Definitely one of the better ta restaurants. Very friendly staff and get together place for local drivers. Not a large store by truck stop standards but clean with quite lot that fills quickly from drivers trying not to have to use pay spots that TAs are good for gouging on the wallet.
It has everything so to speak from getting gas, snacks, and whatever else you can think of! There is also a Wendys inside so that gives you a little variety! The staff everytime I have been there has been professional and friendly which is a plus as well as being clean inside and out!
The waitresses are sweet. The steak is very good! We come here all the time. There breakfast, dinner and salad bar are very good!
Called there a couple weeks ago to reserve a parking spot. Was told there was 4 or 5 left but they cant reserve a spot over the phone even with a credit card number. With the loves around the corner being full as well had to drive 10 or 15 miles to find parking.
We needed a tire repair but they dont patch tires so the company had to buy a new trailer tire. They got us in fairly quick and out. They had been flooded by the rains and were still trying to get the shop in order.
I had horrible service at the loves shop across the street and called these guys here at the TA, they were absolutely amazing. I was given great service and they had me in and out quick. I will always come here for service when I’m n this area. Thanks guys. USA trucks appreciates you. Linda Leonard
They dont have much of a selection as far as food goes. Thats why I gave them three stars. They do have them a decent staff. Today when I came in I was in a bad mood and being difficult, but they still delt with me.
Id give 0 stars but didnt get to taste the food. I went in to the Country Pride Wed evening, at the counter, and never got waited on. Only 5 customers seen, all eating, and the only waitress I saw decided she didnt want another customer. I saw her stare at me, walked away twice, peeked around the corner, and finally after 5 min of waiting I showed her the menu & pointed at myself...she huffed, mouthed off something to the customer she was talking to, and walked off out of sight a 3rd time!!! I slammed the menu in the counter when she peeked around the corner one more time and walked out!!!
This was by far the most expensive TV dinner that Ive ever paid for. It was so digusting. Everything that we ordered tasted like it just came out of the microwave. I had the baked Mac and cheese and he had was said to have been some sort of steak..well the pasta was wayyy over cooked and bland, and he said that his was nasty as well. The decor of the place dated and the booth seats were falling in because they have been so neglected. The tables were dirty. We will never be eating there ever again.
Honestly the worst TA Ive ever been in. And Ive hit just about all of them, showers are tiny! And has NO water pressure AT ALL, Clean though they maybe youll have youre chest and belly up against the wall to wash your butt. (And I am FAR from a road apple). There is a new guy who works the register in afternoons he is nice. The early morning shift, specifically the black shirt (manager maybe) I think shed crack up and fall apart if she ever smiled. Very unfriendly. This review is based on at least 10-15 times staying here. Go to the loves.
Not a bad place to stop. Friendly staff, good food. Waitress is very nice and efficient. Had an oil change done here also. Took a little longer than normal but very nice folks.
This place is small because it was the ol travel port truckstop.......still keeping it real with good food and waitresses considering its a ta now. Been coming here off n on over 25 years. Not as cool as it was back in the 90s......but still better than most ta s
Its was a little tight place to park but ok .clean restroom movie. Room all up with the shower area. One of quiet TA I have been in.1.6 mile from willow run foods.
Compact 2 story location. A training room! Other truck stops should offer them. Thanks for my fre e shirt for driver appreciation week! It fits a big man like me!
Well when you go in for breakfast, and you order, and you get your juice. But umm, a half hour later the waitress comes back over to the booth and says what did you order? Umm, no. Im done, Ill just take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Gave 3 because of the showers. The bathrooms are nice make you feel like home ,but the water pressure sucks. Trickles out. I was in shower 6 if it makes a difference ,and also the parking lot is to tight they could have designed the property alot better.. NOW the lady that works the fuel desk if i could rate her she would be negative 100. I dont get it if people are that arrogant and stuck up get a JOB you want todo. Not saying everyday should be ha ha he he but I couldnt Help I had to stop here thanks ELD but hell do somthing to make yourself feel better.
I am on their driver rewards program when you get a free meal after the 6th meal you purchased. And the waitress knew this and still charged me for my free 7th meal. I had to call the corporate office to get the issue resolved. I have been patronizing TAs for well over 20 years almost 30 years. Their restaurants have really been going down hill with in the last 10 years. I cant even have breakfast at 2am, like it used to be, because all of them are closed. The rumor is that it is the new district manager they hired a few years ago. I dont know if it is true, but TAs need to get back to their good old service like it was before they merged with Petro.
TA restaurant very good Hannah Friday all the fish you can eat you got very one very nice nice waitress there shes very good shes kind she polite shes there she talks to you to the very nice young woman I dont know her name but she got like blonde hair about 5 6 shes very pretty attractive and shes kind like I said and the food is great no problems
TA Binghamton, NY 207 has the best showers Ive yet to encounter at a TA. They recently updated and it felt very much like a hotel atmosphere. Some of the amenities I enjoyed were the fresh real flowers, the oval mirror (giving the place a touch of home),the pristine white towels (2 bath, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 bath mat), bar soap, new shower head with different settings, heat lamp, one of those disability type sitting stools, hair dryer, Rotating fan!! and ample hanging hooks. Did I mention the FRESH REAL FLOWERS? Lol. As a female truck driver I thank you for providing the best home away from home atmosphere one could get.
They have the worst TA I have ever been to. TA should be embarrassed to have their name on that location. TA must be loosing self esteem or their reputation, maybe both. The Flying J around the corner is much better & cleaner, & has a lager selection of products. This TA is just a plain out embarrassment to the TA brand. 1 star is way too much for them!
I have been to several T As and petros around this great country, but I believe this has got to be the most helpful, most courteous staff members, and management, that I have ever been to, Thank you for being bright shining star in this industry!

The all you can eat fish on Friday was fantastic! The showers were really nice and clean. Restaurant also.
Shop sucks didnt have a fuel filter for my truck when I want to do my p.m. and they want to charge me $90 to go pick up from other Petro in Scranton worthless people avoided this possible
Shop is always open FUEL DESKSTAFF MEMBERS ARE GREAT .RESTAURANT STAFF MEMBERS NEED TO BE REPLACED I ORDERED A B.L.T. ON TOAST WITH A BACKED POTATOE TO GO25MIN LATER I ASKED IF MY ORDERED WAS READY. SHE STARTED YELLING SHE IS NOT THE COOK THINGS TACK TIMESO I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK THE $8.56 WAS NOT WORTH GITING BACK WILL NEVER STOP AT THIS PLACE AS IM OUT $8.56
Watch out for the night shift mechanic Mike Battersby, not an efficient person, i dont recommend coming to get ANY service after midnight!!!!!!! He takes about a half hour per light to fix, only had 2 bad lights and the others needed new butt connectors. I highly encourage not coming here ever again.
Packed small store, friensly staff, dining room appeared very nice and food looked good (as I wallked thru to the restrooms), and a very nice exit at a light if you leave out the back left side where the trucks do.
Lots of parking. Smaller TA but well worth the stop. Clean, hot showers. Good food at country pride. Game room and weight room upstairs with showers. Blue beacon around the corner.
Staff is great, always clean and fresh coffee. Nice little TA. The repair shop has some great and reliable mechanics.
I got eggs over easy with corned beef came with hash browns and toast. Eggs and corned beef was good. Hash browns and toast was undercooked. Service was okay.
Service in County Pride is the best I Have seen across the US. Cook (John)is awsome, food great,, nothing but the best here...Tiffany is incredible, ran the hole service area solo during dinner rush, and didnt miss a step.. BEST SERVICE I HAVE SEEN IN YEARS! Just down right Awsome.. BEST COUNTY PRIDE IN U.S!!!! 5 STARS
If you need electronics as a trucker, go to where truckers are. I polled 5-6 drivers about a GPS and got the low down on the real experience. Price was competitive with Amazon.
Great TA. Country pride is awesome here. I feel most of them are not good. Showers, laundry, tv room, and fitness room. One of the few TAs I enjoy staying at.
Great service, bad cook goofing around and messing up orders. Maybe come back for some coffee but definitely not dinner 🤢

Not on the top of the list...Easy parking and quiet but evey employee we encountered (with the exceprion of the shower attendant) seemed unhappy to be there...Not friendly at all...I ordered a Farmers omelette and it was overloaded with peppers and they left out the bacon...When I asked the server about the bacon, she proceeded to go get some on a plate and bring to me...If I had wanted seperate bacon I would not have ordered an omelette...BUT, the sausage gravy was the best ever so I guess thats something....Would have been nice to get a smile though....
They have a soup and salad bar which is nice. But they also have a lot of homemade food. Definitely a good place to eat with reasonable prices.

This is a great place. Fuel Food Supplies and even some novelty items. Shower and laundry facilities for those traveling over the road. Efficient friendly staff
Very clean amenities. Small store with a restaurant. Large parking lot for truckers and not hard to find. Not a fan of the entrance driving into the fuel pumps.
The counter people were very friendly. Its an older building so the only thing i dont like is the restrooms are located upstairs. Today 8/16/18 Binghamton is in flood clean up mood, lots of closed roads.
Bought 6 tires there and was quoted 350 a piece. Once they were on the truck the price changes to 420 a piece and they took the better part of 3 hours to do it...
Very clean and acomodating to all needs bathrooms are extremely clean it also has showers,laundromat and game room a very good place to stop to refresh and rest
I had two visits to the country pride at this current location my dinner was excellent and so was my breakfast for a small truck stop lets run my ta Petro I highly recommended
Liz is a beautiful person...im bias lol....shower fitness room great...tv room small..a guy coughed alot and i felt uneasy..just too close and too boxed in..game room sucks..parking great always..tends to be a ton of fruit flies in the small coffee area..just nasty and i love coffee so it sucked..restaurant is ok..servers are really nice and fast..shop takes forever to do any job..its known trust me..so a 3.5 out of 5
I hadnt been to TA in a long time and was pleasantly surprised!! The waitress was very friendly and personable and the burger was cooked to my liking !!
Truck stop old not updated. Limited selections. Limited parking. Limited access. Laundromat close. Real Dunkin Dounut shop close, Subway. Repair garage.
Yes, this is a smaller truck stop, but its 10pm right now and there are still quite a few open spots....wonder if its always like this.....
COUNTRY PRIDE IS CLOSEDjust FYIOrder nirchies pizza its pricey for delivery but its worth it and they deliver to the TA ya know since COUNTRY pride is closed ....blows my mind !!
Its rather small but the employees are nice and carry on a good convo and the place is clean and the lot isnt to bad decent amount of parking

Just about 2 hours in the shop for a truck service. I took my fuel filters home and change them myself I didnt want to spend another 45 minutes in the shop. Sorry I was not that impressed

Store is so small for being a truck stop. The 2nd floor is awesome!! It has a workout room, tv room and game room.
Surprisingly good breakfast. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Think Dennys without the sticky tables.
I love stopping here! Great place with good people working. My only gripe would be the exit to the scale. Its workable.

Pulled into the parking area and went in to the service desk and they told them what I needed and was pulled in to the garage and was out quickly.
Good place to go for a cooked meal. I like their specials different nights of the week.

The service at the shop was terrible,after 7hrs waiting for them to service my truck ,they told me they have no mechanic available to work on it,if I wanted to wait another 6-7hrs for another crew to come in and may be they could get a mechanic to work on my truck,so your service I defenely think is bad.i end up leaving because I could not wait anymore

The entrance is horrible and causes massive traffic jams! The parking lot is cool, it has 3 different sections.. Its a nice little size.

2022-06-03I ARRIVED AT 2150 AND 5 PAY PARKING WAS AVAILABLE. I DID NOT GET FUEL HERE. THE PRICE FOR IT SKYROCKET MONEY RIGHT OUT OF THE BANK FOR THOSE WHO DO. SHOWER ARE EXTREMELY HOMEY. THEY HAVE A HEAT LIGHT THATS ON A TIMER. THANK TA FOR THE SERVICES AND HOSPITALITY.

2022-04-14Ive had one problem with the service department, I told them the company wanted an oil change and the inspection. I only got one of them done. I havent ordered the food here, but if its like any other country pride, its not bad as long as the server listens. The store employees are great. Always greeting me coming in and leaving, theyre courteous. Great bunch. My biggest issue is with the showers. I know theres quite a few light fixtures in the showers. It still seems so dark. Plus the shower head is placed so we have the smallest amount of room to move. And I know Im not the biggest driver, nor the smallest, but I use the toilet, Im sitting on top of the toilet paper dispenser. That is so irritating. I know men stand but even they need to sit. I dont know where the designers come up with the spacing measurements. Oh, and the parking lot needs to be repaved.

2022-05-06Service is ok at the fuel desk. Waiters at country pride are super nice. Showers could deff use a better cleaning. Parking is usually good at this TA.

2022-02-28Have to say we were pleasantly surprised here. Parking lot wasnt tight, plenty of room. Had to use service - got right in with no waiting and done in less than an hour. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. And heres something unusual for a truck stop...4 washers and 4 dryers, all working!

2022-01-10Defiantly of the worst places to stop and get work done on your rig. Heard one woman yelling at a guy that clearly didn’t speak fluent English. The guy was literally agreeing with her about something and she was blatantly being disrespectful and disgusting towards him. Even the gentleman told the woman there was no reason for her to be mean and yelling. She literally threw his receipt at him and told him to leave. I was so disgusted at how that woman treated that gentleman that I ended up leaving and going over to loves. I don’t know how a company can allow people to be like that towards customers. It’s disgusting and inhumane. We all have problems and obviously if we’re in the shop then we’re probably having a rough day too. Just overall disgusting and I hope if you don’t speak fluent English or even if you speak perfect English that you refuse to stop here cause you will obviously be treated like garbage by that woman that was there that morning.

2022-04-23I have scheduled an appointment for DOR inspection at 1:15pm after I got there on my appointment they said oh there is someone a head of you but wait until 7:0pm again going back to 7:00pm same excuse until they told me there’s someone a head of you and we’re not going to DOT inspection tonight… they are biggest liars

2020-06-05I took a shower yesterday at this truckstop and I am disgusted by it. They require us to wear masks and stay 6 feet apart, we are being responsible. But this fan hasnt been clean for at least half a year. This is very unsanitary.
